great location with access to many shops, restaurants, bus and train stations is just outside the hotel. Breakfast was good too with good variety. Room was serviced on daily basis. You can book your transfer to/from the hotel if you are traveling from HKG airport.

Wi-Fi could be better as the service was really slow at times.

Location is the best, right on top of kuiqi rd metro station. If your business is in foshan, this is probably the best possible location. Breakfast is good enough for the price. The dna plaza below can solve your everyday need. View is amazing.

The room was spacious, the house keeper did a fantastic job daily, location perfect - next to DNA mall, Metro and another massive mall across the road with street food vendors/sit restaurants.

There's no PARKING! You have to manoeuvre the busy road to cross over. ...breakfast can be improved just a little bit. But it was still lovely with options.

Le personnel c'est un veritable désastre à commencer par le Gérant qui criait et s'énervait au quart de tour. Le petit déjeuner est très limité. Quand je lui ai demandé s'il y avait des croissants, il m'a rabroué en me dsant que je ne suis pas dans un hotel 5 étoiles. C'est un minimum pour un hotel de chaîne intenationale même si c'est un Holiday Inn Express. Ma dernière expérience avec cet hotel qui était pressé que je quitte : j'ai demandé de l'aide pour qu'il m'appelle un Didi car pour aller à la foire de Canton à Pazhou et je leur paie le prix de la course en espèces, la dame m'a dit que c'est 150 yuan. Quand j'ai riposté en leur disant que c'était cher, elle est passé à 100 yuan. Finalement je suis descendue et un chinois dans la rue m'a rendu ce service et il m'a montré le prix affiché sur l'application et c'était 48 yuans. Sans compter que si vous avez beaucoup de bagages vous aurez des difficultés car l'entrée de l'hôtel est inaccessible aux voitures. Faites attention car de nos jours, il ya beaucoup de faux témoignages dans l'appréciation des hôtels de manière générale. The staff are an absolute disaster, starting with the manager, who would shout and lose his temper at the drop of a hat. Breakfast is very limited; when I asked if there were croissants, he snapped at me, saying I wasn't in a 5-star hotel. Yet, that is the bare minimum for an international chain hotel, even an Holiday Inn Express. My final experience involved them being in a rush for me to leave: I asked for help calling a Didi to get to the Canton Fair in Pazhou—offering to pay the fare in cash—and the lady quoted me 150 yuan. When I pushed back, saying that was expensive, she dropped the price to 100 yuan. In the end, I went outside, and a local man helped me out; he showed me the price displayed on the app, which was 48 yuan.

Location is good. Close to Foshan design centre if you are a buyer. They are situated in a large shopping centre.

It's nothing like the photo. It's a couple of floors in an apartment building. If you want cheap and cheerful, this is it. But they shouldn't present as 4* when there isn't even a fridge.

The location. Only 50m from the metro and attached to a big mall. The breakfast was excellent.

When you walk in, there is stuff everywhere. It’s like a dumping ground.

The way the hotel is set in the building with a small reception at the 34th floor, reminded me about some really cheap hotel in Europe. Nothing to compare with the American standard of Holiday Inn Express. Internet connection: bad.

Очень хорошее расположение, метро практически в 10 метрах от отеля. Доброжелательный персонал, красивый вид из номера, чисто,уютно. Завтрак обычный для отелей в Китае.

В номере был утюг,чайник, полотенца, тапочки, но почему-то не было халатов, но для меня это было не критично.

Location is good, next to a mall. Check in and out was super easy. Staff were accommodating. Room was clean and comfortable.

Just minor things like no proper drop-off. No bidet (which is common in China i think). And little variation on breakfast menu.

Tôi đã email và liwen hệ booking.com yêu cầu xuất hoá đơn nhưng booking.com không phản hồi. Tôi rất khó chịu và không hài lòng với cả khách sạn và booking.com. Bây giờ tôi không thể lấy lại tiền khách sạn từ công ty. Truóc đây tôi đã từng book qua booking.com ở những khách sạn khác, họ đều xuất hoá đơn cho tôi theo đúng số tiền tôi trả cho booking.com, nhưng khách sạn này từ chối xuất hoá đơn, tôi cảm thấy vô trách nhiệm với khách hàng. Sau này tôi sẽ không quay lại khách sạn này.

Location is very convenient next to a subway station. The view from the hotel is amazing and the interior was very thoughtful and cozy.

It seemed there was no exhaustion fan in the bathroom.

The reception at 34th floor, should be at ground floor to save going back and forth, otherwise best location and value for money

The staff and location is exceptional. It is on the same building as DNA Mall, which is a big mall and have the subway station also within 10 metres. It is value for money. You have many international chains in walkable distance because of the mall. I saw taht there was free laundry available, nice perk to have, didn't use it. Also, the hotel says Public Washroom, it is actually the laundry room.

The lobby is on 34th floor. The taxis stop in front of subway, but you can see the Holiday Inn Express board on the building, might be a bit difficult to get a taxi from here because of no dedicated space for that. It is the same pickup point as the Subway. I didn't have the breakfast so no idea about that, but I wanted to try some food, but they said only breakfast available. You will have trouble finding Halal food, if you need.
