Ascott M-City Foshan

Excellent staff. Very professional and always helpful

The best option ever. Last trips we stayed in other good hotels, but this hotel has everything you need. Location, facilities, room spaces, nice staff. We will come back here any new future trip.

It was good.

The location is very convenient, the staff friendliness and professionalism, the facilities are great and the quality of the product is ex exceptional.

Although the quality of the product is great, it is not well-maintained. The bathroom has mold in the shower area, the drain kept getting clogged because it is not cleaned regularly, the shower area is not cleaned during the daily housekeeping. I had to clean the shower drain by removing the hair clog and I left the hair loom aside. When I came back in the evening the room was cleaned, but the hair loom was still where I left it. It could be an individual cleaning staff problem, but I observed this frequently during my stay.

L'emplacement

Besten Frühstück

Sehr freundlich Menschen! 👍

Breakfast spread was acceptable. We booked a 2 bedroom executive room and the stay felt like home.

It was well maintained

Communication was really hard with the staff

The location is near the subway, there are different kinds of foods available, you are above a mall and grocery, familiar brands like KFC and McDonald's are available but the local options are great as well. The pictures are true reflections of the hotel. The cleanliness and non smoking environment was truly the relief I needed.

NA

The hotel was incredibly clean and tidy. Everything needed for was there. The hotel staff spoke English and were very kind and respectful.

The breakfast was varied and offered all kinds of Asian and Western dishes, and it was delicious. What I especially liked about the restaurant was the lady who served there; she spoke fluent English and was very friendly and kind. A truly 10-star hotel.

Amazing breakfast, seamless service

A little bit of construction noise, but nothing unbearable

Personeel heel aardig. Kamer werd elke dag verschoond. Hygiene is echt uitmuntend! Zou dit iedereen aanraden. Zwembad is heel fijn. In 2 woorden; geweldige hotel!

The place is well designed and appointed

Excellent location, the high level of cleanliness, and the quality of the breakfast.

Very poor internet signal. It was difficult to get a connection in the room, whether using WiFi or mobile network

The staff and the location

There is nothing

The hotel itself is fine, the location is great. But there's no mattress—it's impossible to sleep. It was like a wooden box covered with a sheet and a thin pad on top, not a mattress. We didn't get any sleep at all; we woke up with aching all over. We had to change hotels the next day.

Repeat stay. They upgraded us to one bedroom. Very spacious n high quality Ascott apartment. Convenient - Above subway n new mall, with another mall opposite. Breakfast was delicious with western and Chinese options.

Nothing

The location unit size amenities and gym were beyond expectations. Good quality accomodation for modest prices making it a truly value for money property. Very satisfied indeed!

Breakfast but definitely not a deal breaker. Decaf coffee would be nice too.

The property was very clean and well maintained. I loved that there is a small shopping mall directly connected to the hotel very convenient for quick shopping and dining. The room was spacious and very comfortable, and I really appreciated having a small kitchen and a washing machine inside the apartment. It made the stay much more convenient, especially for a longer visit. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options, both local and international. The service was great staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help.

Nothing major. Everything was smooth and comfortable during my stay.

Velkost apartmanu, ocenuji

Nic co by stalo za zminku

Property is clean, bed is comfortable, has kitchenette and washing machine in the room. Hotel is located next to a mall which is connected to the Dongping metro station.

No aircon in the room making the stay there quite uncomfortable, especially during the day. Only found out after getting into my room that aircon cannot be turned on as the hotel switches off all the rooms’ aircon during winter. Was also not aware that the window can be opened until 3 days later when I again complained to the reception about no aircon in the room. By then, it was too late as I was going to check out of hotel the next day. Staff should have informed me earlier to open the window.

Cleanliness and everything you need was there. Very thoughtful and amazing

Big room with all the facilities (kitchen, tableware, washing machine and dishwasher)

Curtains in the bedroom were dirty with some spots which look like blood. The hotel provided a shuttle bus to Canton Fair which we booked in advance. In fact there was only one small bus that can’t accommodate everyone who applied. Instead of the bus hotel staff offered us taxi for 4 people per 1 car.

The location is excellent, right next to a large shopping centre with plenty of food options. The room is quite spacious and well laid out, with separate shower, toilet, and hand-washing areas. The beds are all large and comfortable. The hotel also has a 24-hour reception, and the staff are very helpful.

The breakfast has limited choices. On one of the days, the milk was spoiled.

Ascot M-City Foshan is an excellent choice for business travelers. The location is perfect, very close to factories and showrooms, making it extremely convenient for work-related visits and meetings. In the immediate area, you have everything you need: a modern shopping mall for dining and shopping, as well as direct access to the metro station. If you want to visit Guangzhou, you can reach the city center in about 45 minutes for only $1, which is a huge advantage in terms of mobility and cost efficiency. The breakfast is complete and well-varied, suitable for all tastes, offering both Asian and international options. The staff is highly professional, attentive, and well-trained, providing service at a high standard. The value for money is outstanding, making this hotel a top option for comfort, convenience, and quality service.

Breakfast is not meeting Europeean standards, but it is okay

Very comfortable stay.
