The Skypool was lovely as was the Over the Moon Bar

We had booked and advised the staff of coeliac needs 4 months in advance. Neither the restaurant nor the exclusive Sora Lounge, included with our booking was able to accommodate my medical dietary need. I was not even able to get a simple bowl of steamed rice. After waiting over an hour, I was served a sandwich of lettuce, egg and tomato on raisin bread (?). The staff did bring some cheesecake out which I was able to eat. This was supposed to be a family lunch and dinner for a milestone birthday, and I ended up having to eat 2minute Gluten Free noodles I had brought from home in my room. I was beyond disappointed. I had advised the kitchen the night before what time I would be coming down for breakfast so they could be prepared, and was again served the same savoury sandwiches on raisin bread, which was not a suitable breakfast. The staff kept offering me the menu for the restaurant and the Sora Lounge, but were not able to provide ANY information at all as to what was actually in the food. If you have a need for gluten free food, don't count on this resort for any dining. The room itself had a damaged wall and mould in the shower.

Ruhige Lage, direkt am Meer. Zimmer mit Poolzugang. Reichhaltiges Frühstück mit sehr großer Auswahl und lecker. Genügend Parkplätze, sogar im Schatten.

Vor dem Hotel stinkt es gewaltig aus der Kanalisation. Kann das Hotel jetzt nichts dafür, schmälert aber das Gesamterlebnis. Im Zimmer paar technische Einschränkungen. Verschluss Terrassentür zum Pool locker, Wasserhahn Warmwasser locker, kann man teilweiser nicht mehr zudrehen, Schranktür zum Kühlschrank und Safe gegensätzlich angeschlagen, dadurch Platzproblem beim Öffnen. Durch diese Details weit weg von 5 Sternen, es es eigentlich hat !

Great location on the beach. Staff were wonderful. Room extremely clean and had great amenities. We loved our stay.

An adults only pool would be good.

櫃檯人員非常專業，服務貼心，原本安排的房間門口是電梯，但我們希望安靜一點的房間，櫃檯很貼心的馬上幫忙更換還親自送房卡上來帶我們去房間，服務100分。飯店內每個工作人員都笑容可掬，很親切。房間的床超級舒服乾淨，睡得很好，唯一的小缺點是水的部分，是玻璃瓶裝覺得不太好喝還是要喝礦泉水，可能這裡是海水淨化（？）飯店的腹地不大，但週五週六晚上的火舞表演非常精彩必看！早餐也很棒很好吃，有班尼迪克蛋可以選耶！算是pattaya性價比不錯的飯店。

沙灘的沙屬於比較粗的沙子，不是舒服的細沙。

Sehr gutes Frühstück, unbedingt die Feuershow am Abend anschauen (direkt am Strand!) tolle Atmosphäre und nettes Angebot für Kinder, die Ausstattung ist sehr gut und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Am Pool gibt es eine Reifenrutschen für groß und klein. Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Unbedingt buchen, wenn man in Jomtien eine Unterkunft sucht!

The resort is super nice! Very nice view from every angle. The concierge staff was so nice to upgrade our rooms and offered us a connecting room for our family of 7 (without knowing, we booked 3 rooms in different buildings at first). I enjoyed the stay in Ana Anan Resort so much. Don't forget to book a spa during your stay. It will make your day

Hotel itself was clean and well organized.

Biggest complaint would be about water stream separating the hotel from the beach and their own beach bar/restaurant. It is honestly more of a open sewer than a water stream. Crossing the bridge is not pleasant. Also would not want to enjoy pizza from their kitchen right next to this sewer. Same smell comes out of storm drains next to the hotel. Beach and sea water aren't all that clean either. Pool would benefit from some shade. Its east/west orientation means that it is in full sunlight whole day.

The room was spacious, good designed and clean. The service was as expected for Thai service standard.

The pool is too small for the amount of guests and can be very crowded. The pool is located near the restaurant/ cafe area which makes the area wet all the time.

Wir hatten eine Sky-Deck- Poolvilla mit Frühstück gebucht, die war super ausgestattet. Der kleine Pool war super zum Abkühlen und ein paar Schwimmzüge ließen sich auch machen, auch wenn er nicht so tief war..Die Dachterrasse war nur für den Ausblick geeignet (der auch eingeschränkt war), da diese keinerlei Ausstattung hatte. Sitzsäcke, wie sie am Strand vorhanden waren, wären hier toll zum Sternegucken gewesen. Bei dieser Buchungskategorie war zum Buffet noch Frühstück a la Carte, von 14:00-16:00 ein Buffet mit Snacks und 18:00 bis 19:30 ein Buffet mit Snacks und Getränken und die Minibar inklusive. Speisen und Getränke waren sehr gut, das Frühstücksbuffett abwechslungsreich und mit a la carte-Bestellung noch individuell anpassbar. Die Rooftop-Bar "Over the Moon" ist sehr stylisch, die Cocktails sehr lecker und man hat einen tollen Ausblick. Die Anlage ist sehr sauber und das Personal sehr herzlich. Am Strand sind in der Nähe viele Restaurants und Bars und es werden auch Massagen am Strand angeboten.

Leider waren bis auf den oberen Pool des sog. Doppeldeckerpool (der mit der Glasfron) die anderen Pools sehr flach. Der "Flusslauf", der eher ein stehendes Gewässer war, welches über eine Brücke zum Strand überquert werden musste und zum Hotel gehörte, roch unangenehm modrig und nach Abwässern. An unseren letzten 2 Tagen zog der Gestank bis in die Anlage hinein. Das Resort liegt sehr abgelegen und bis auf eine Feuershow und abends Filme in englisch mit thailändischen Untertiteln auf der Leinwand am Strand gabs keine Unterhaltung im Hotel. Ein Hotelshuttel nach Pattaya wurde vom Hotel auch nicht angeboten. Der Hotelstrand war sauber aber ging man ein pasr Meter weiter, war der Strand sehr vermüllt, was wiederum auch ins Meet gespült wurde. Traumstrand ist anders, aber wir hatten ja unseren Pool Bitte beachten: In der Regenzeit wird der vorgenannte kleine Flusslauf wahrscheinlich ins Meer überlaufen. Der Zulauf ist aber ca. 400 m entfernt. Meer war sehr warm - bot keine Abkühlung.- Pools waren angenehmer
