Ein sehr ruhiger hotel, abgeschieden von dem ganzen Trubel mit eigenem Strand. Sauber und gemütlich. Eine viertel Stunde mit Taxi zur Stadt Mitte gut und günstig erreichbar. Das Essen ist unwahrscheinlich lecker, große Klasse.

Für all inklusive Gäste ist eine eigene separate kleine Karte mit eingeschränkten Auswahl, die aber das selbe hohe Niveau hat wie für die zahlenden Gäste. Das Hotel ist mehr auf die zahlenden Gäste eingerichtet. Auf zwei Restaurants verteilt kommen auch alle inklusive Gäste auf den Genuss. Darüber zu meckern wäre eigentlich nicht fair. Ich bin sehr zufrieden gewesen und in 8 Tagen nicht alle Gerichte probieren konnte.

ห้องพักเล็กมาก เหม็นอับ ไม่เป็นส่วนตัวเลย มีอ่างไว้ระเบียงแต่น่าจะใช้ไม่ได้จริงเลยสักห้อง คนจากชั้นล่างมองขึ้นมาเห็นหมด ห้องน้ำก็เล็กมาก แล้วยังทำประตูแยกแต่ใช้ไม่เหมาะสมนัก ประตูปิดไม่ได้ น้ำไหลกระเด็นออกหมด เพราะพื้นที่เล็กไป ผนังไม่เก็บเสียงได้ยินเสียงข้างนอกตึงตัง ที่จอดรถไม่พอ ตอนฝนตกหรือมีคนเล่นน้ำทางเดินของโรงแรม และลิฟท์เปียกแฉะมีน้ำหยดไปทั่ว ไม่มีคนเช็ด เสี่ยงลื่น กลิ่นในลิฟท์แย่มาก แม้จะพยายามวางน้ำหอมปรับอากาศตามจุดต่างๆแล้ว สระว่ายน้ำก็เล็กดูแออัดสำหรับครอบครัว ไม่ค่อยเหมาะสมกับราคา

Toilet and shower are separated. Not easy to change clothes. Bed mattresse is a bit hard. And electric light system is confusing.

The hotel ambience is just as i wanted for my holiday. Its beachfront which is very convenient, the rooftop pool was the best.

Many things to like about the property. First of all the hospitality and understanding of all the staff was commendable. Manager Pete and Wong were very helpful with early check in and late check out. Chargeable but easy🤪... Pete changed our room promptly when we had a slight issue. Secondly the best food in Thailand in their restaurants. Loved the breakfast spread. The Italian restaurant was also serving delicious food. Especially the Salmon. Also, the access to beach was easy. Cleaning staff also were nice. We had a great and comfortable stay. 😍

You can improve on the elevator as it was too hot and suffocating. No fan or AC in it was quite uncomfortable.

L'hôtel est bien situé en bord de plage avec possibilité de manger aux divers restaurants alentours. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner est riche et de bonne qualité. Notre suite à 2 chambres avec vue sur la mer était confortable.

Quelques équipements mériteraient un rafraîchissement telles que les crochets dans la salle de bain. Il manque des services pour la kitchenette. L'éclairage des 2 salles de bains ne devraient pas fonctionner de manière synchronisée.

Les chambres donnent sur un bâtiment très proche: donc aucune intimité. Les machineries de la climatisation très bruyantes. L'eau de la piscine ne donne pas envie.de d'y baigner Aucun siège pour s'asseoir sur la terrasse et aucun parasol pour se protéger du soleil. La salle de sports est minuscule et peu équipée. Les tarifs des restaurants sont prohibitifs.

Great view from the pool. Staffs were generally polite and helpful.

The hotel was small and overcrowded by guests. Got put into the room on the second floor, which was sometimes noisy. The phone in our room didn’t work. The air-conditioner didn’t function properly. Breakfast was not good. My sister found an undercooked loaf of bread and their cream cheese tasted weird.

Right on the water. A few kms out of central Pattaya - nice and quiet. Free Golf cart ride to convenience store.

Room was a little small. But had everything I needed. International plugs are useful too.

Definitely the view, the view is amazing. First I didn’t like the room much as it’s small and felt so packed. But it’s not bad everything is clean and safe. Breakfast was amazing. Different choices of food and all delicious.

The hotel's location is excellent, with comfortable access from Sukhumvit Road and direct walking access to the sea. The room was great, offering a beautiful sea view. The overall value was exceptional, especially the Executive Breakfast (lunar), which featured a private room and an excellent panoramic view. Special thanks to Khun Oh, Khun Aoi, and Khun Bee for their excellent support. One item need to improve about the car park is quite small and not easy to park.

Breakfast was quite good, great selection. Sometimes the staff were a bit slow in clearing tables and slow at replenishing the food.

More sunbeds at the pool please. There was 3 sunbeds broken, couldn't be used, never replaced. The sun beds at the beach are not sufficient, pretty dirty first thing in the morning as people used them late at night and left there rubbish behind them. Having said that, a bigger bin or more bins at the beach bar, pool area and reception are would be a big plus. The Happy hour is not a happy hour! The hotel puts the price of the beer and cocktails up for the happy hour and then take 50% off. They make a big thing of this that they are giving you 50% off but in reality it's only 20%. Do as everyone else does, go around to 7 eleven and bring back your own beer. I did bring this to the attention of the bar staff and the hotel reception, they just smiled, it is Thailand after all. Beach is not the best, hence we used the pool more.

Messze a központtól. Takarító személyzet nem a tipp egy wc papírt kaptunk ha elfogyott mert kevés volt rajta akkor így jártunk.A reggeli személyzet köszöni nem tudott. A kenyér választék kevés száraz. . Előtte egy négy csillagos szállodában szálltunk meg sokkal valasztekosabb jobb reggeli volt , és kedvesebbek voltak A medence körül kevés napagy. Egy ötcsillagos szállodától többet vártunk.

Olimme hotellissa sesongin ollessa lopuillaan, ainakin siinä hetkessä hotelli palveli meitä täydellisesti! Emme kaipaa hälinää, rannalla ja upeilla kattojen uima-altailla oli väljää ja rauhallista. En tiedä millainen meno olisi ollut kuumimman sesongin aikana, mutta ainakin nyt jäi hyvät muistot.

Hieman jäi sellainen olo että edellisten vieraiden jälkeen olisi siivous voinut olla tarkempi.

Отель очень расстроил. При достаточно высокой цене, отель выглядит очень уставшим. В лифтах очень жарко, и воняет затхлостью. При заселении в номер 404, нас ждал вздутый ламинат, катающиеся кровати на колесиках. Самое отвратительное это тараканы, бегающие по номеру, кровати. Персонал не удивился, попросил видео. Сами были инициаторами, чтобы нас переселили в другой номер. В другом номере не работал кондиционер, два раза вызывали техников. Диванчики в номере все просижены, садишься и оказываешься на полу. Матрасы на кровати достаточно жесткие, самые дешевые.

We had an amazing stay and truly felt taken care of from the moment we arrived. A special thank you to Waan, who went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. We had to change rooms twice during our visit, and each time Waan handled everything smoothly and without any problems, making the whole process stress-free for us. The hospitality from the entire hotel staff was exceptional. From the bellboys and receptionists to the waiters and the housekeeping staff, everyone welcomed us warmly and made sure we were well taken care of every single day. We honestly felt at home while still receiving an exclusive “princess treatment.” During the room changes we accidentally left behind both of our passports and an expensive pair of sunglasses. Thankfully, Waan and the housekeeping staff kept everything safe and made sure it was returned to us. We are incredibly grateful for their honesty and kindness. The hotel itself also has fantastic facilities, including two beautiful rooftop pools and a lovely beach just steps away in the backyard. You can simply walk down to the beach where there are restaurants, a bar, and even shows in the evening, which made the experience even more special. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay! ☺️

This vacation spot is just perfect: sea at a hand distance reach, cozy modern room with a bathtub on a balcony, super-yammy kitchen (OMG how many times we weren’t hungry but still ended up there) & the most magical sunsets. Special thanks goes to Aerin, who helped us navigate throughout the stay, showed most interesting must-see bars & cafes, and was most wonderful assistance in regulating all the challenges (there were not many, but she solved them any way). Big fat five star yes to this place ❤️

Svidjela mi se čistoća objekta, i ljubaznost konobarica na dorucku i u talijanskom restoranu na vrhu zgrade. Bazen je lijep i čist, no fali jos lezaljki.

Dorucak treba obogatiti sa " europskim" sadrzajima, poboljsati ponudu salama i sireva, te voće je uglavnom bilo nezrelo i samim time nejestivo. Rezervirali smo suite sa čajnom kuhinjom, no uz nju nismo dobilu niti jedan komad kuhinjskog pribora, tanjura, nozeva, vilica, ničega pa je bila neupotrebljiva. Ako se nudi cajna kuhinja, onda ona mora biti upotrebljiva .

En rigtig fin morgenmad, hvor der er noget for enhver smag. Om du er til Thailandsk morgenmad eller internationalt, så var der det hele:-) Der er en del fine restauranter langs strandpromenaden, og hvis man har lyst til at gå lidt op af gaden, er der også en del rigtig fine restauranter til billige priser.

Muligheder for at benytte pools og solsenge. Der var alt for få solsenge ved de to pools omkring 20 i alt ved begge pools. Der var også alt for få solsenge ved stranden. Så hvis du kommer for at solbade og benytte poolen, skal du stå tidligt op for at reservere. Poolen åbner dog først kl. 8.00 Der er lidt flere solsenge ved stranden, men måske maks omkring 30 stk. ialt. I forhold til hvor mange overnattende gæster der er på hotellet, er det slet ikke nok. Restauranterne på hotellet var fine, men alt for dyre, i forhold til den prisleje maden ligger i i Thailand.

for context I booked this hotel with for my partners 30th birthday, on arrival you had the niceties of the very helpful and lovely staff that genuinely seem happy you arrive. after a long flight we arrived at the hotel around midday/ 1pm but the room was not ready until 3pm - to make clear this was normal as it said that on our welcome email and pretty regular for hotels. the location of the hotel although not far to central Pattaya city approxx 15 mins via moped so not bad - the area where the hotel was located itself was what we can see as 'developing'... some of the luxuries of the hotel we enjoyed was that it was basically on the beach! with a bridge and lake that separates the hotel from the beach, there was a fireworks show (we missed unfortunately we heard it was good) they had 2 gyms, -( but whose doing that on holiday with the missus) but had an amazing view from the 8th floor infinity pool which was a first for my partner and i. there was also a buggy onside that the reception staff will drive you to taxi pick up points, the local supermarket nearby the hotel and back - for free! again is very cool. The rooms...disappointing is the simple word, i arranged for the deluxe room and although small which isnt always an issues as it was well layed out the room they allocated us (although i mentioned we are here bc of my partners 30th bday) they gave us a nice room with beautiful views of the carpark...safe to say the view was poor! so disappointed that i dont even think we videoed the room as you would normal do when you arrive. now later when we wanted to sleep, i pulled the sheets to find a cockroach in the bed. but then my partner also saw one next to her on the wall. - _side note - i don't know if the hotel room was infested or sometimes just hazards of the country so do your research. the reception staff were very quick to respond and got staff to help transport all our things to the other side of the building to an upgraded room where resembled a small 1 bedroom apartment within minutes of the initial report, so bravo to the reception staff as they handled themselves very well. unfortunately although the room itself was much better, there was still issues with this room too. they had us in room 2002 our new view was now a wall to which in the morning you can hear the workers having their breaks and sometimes dropping large metal platters etc - again going that step further would be to recognise that you want to show all the best aspects of the hotel and provide the customer perhaps a much better room with better views. but anyways... we went to eat.... for further context we arrived on the 2nd my partners birthday is on the 4th, i was although im not fussy on food i was nervous to not get food poisoning or ill before the 4th at very least, so i thought it would be a safe idea being from the UK to go to the Hotel restaurant to eat. i ordered the chicken burger and fries, my partner ordered a cheese burger and fries..i can only say that god told me to open this bun up and i did to find what looks like a smashed chicken thigh they attempted to fry or grill. - it was pink inside and my partners beef burger was gray. we promptly sent the food back and i watched the chef put both burgers back on the grill for about 2/3 mins and our food returned, i looked again and no change, we just ate the chips, paid and left. - basically aside from chips dont order meat from the western menu...however someone besides us ordered spring rolls and some other thai dish and it looked and smelled good maybe dont go thailand looking for western food - we didnt return to the hotel restaurant, but also the manager of the restaurant wouldn't allow us to sit inside because of my partners 'lowcut top' although being pretty much a beach hotel. with the restaurant a stone throw from the beech, but we didnt argue because we understand that some countries and cultures are sensitive with modisty....long story short check your food. other issues with the rooms is the level of dusting, like i know thai peeps are quite tiny but im 6ft2 i can see the dust on top of the TV boxing and behind the sofa, and under the bed, and n top of the toilet. - so just clean it * in the new room we didn't not see any further wild life living with us which is good. in summary - ok location taxi into city is about 250bhat/£5.95 each way via bolt or 15 mins by driving or moped - hotel staff lovely and helpful and are very respectful - close to beach, great for sunbathing - caddy to take you to taxi pick up points or the beach or to the shops and back for free -24/7 security and reception - beautiful views from infinity pool and deck area floor 8 (roof top pool) even better if: - reception staff knows better layout of their hotel, as really you want to put your current guests in the best rooms with great views as well as amenities remember although there is internet the best marketing is word of mouth, if you are reading this and you was placed in room 2002 and you were to describe the view- what can you really say about it? other than oh there's a mouldy wall.... - spend the extra money and find a hotel in pattaya city of main Jomtien, this hotel needs further work with training of staff, hotel amenities such as get rid of the western menu and just serve thai food! add a bar area to the very empty green area on the pool deck potentially do some food there too- its the best point of the hotel use it! add some lights to the bridge that separates the beach and hotel - maybe the hotel should also look to invest the beach clubs at the front of the hotel make some events, do some music maybe move night, performances, of just a chill spot with some lights. any further of my help and id have to charge you. but your hotel is letting your staff down, take sometime to work on the refinement of the hotel. i wouldn't return to this hotel unfortunately, unless Bayphere could make some changes and invites us both back, but from what i have seen hotels a bit meh a bit tired. and it really needs to fix up because there other hotels that are much nicer that we had visited in our stay. Bayphere needs to note that a lot of people also book their next holiday whilst still on on holiday and we dont not rebook here at all. if you're looking for somewhere decent and close to the beach, fairly close to ameniteies and have the funds for taxi of transport and you're not eating or staying at the hotel other than to sleep the thsi hotel is fine, if you're looking for relaxing retreat then spend the money look elsewhere Bayphere aint it right now. to the Bayphere team, it would be nice to see that you have made actual changes rather than cat GPT responses that i have seen because someone else said the food nearly killed them and theres clearly been no changes. - trust me, get rid of the burgers and just serve thai food, make changes to the roof top area, make the rooms seem more lux, your hotel has to stand out because the area is still developing, you idealy want to do the works now otherwise newer hotels will spring making this one obsolete love Kc- ps i have no images to post of the room because our view was a wall. its worsened when i know someother peoples view was a beach and seaview. sad for such a special occasion- luckily the beautiful country itself and my birthday itenerary kept me from being in the hot water with my partner.

The "slow" times for breakfast was too crowded, reception staff promised a birthday cake but never gave it, they also don't speak English well, cleaners always had to be asked to clean the room or they didn't. No cutleries in kitchen, they charge extra for them.

This place is just stunning 😍 right on the beach, a little paradise. We're travelling around Thailand and chose this hotel as a bit of luxury after a busy few days. The staff were so helpful, we got upgraded to a suite which was stunning. And then the 2nd night we went for the room with the sea view and bath on the balcony. Hotel right on the beach with loads of restaurants etc around.

The suite room doesn't have a view at all. But apart from that ; nothing.

For the sizes of the hotel we could never get a chair by the pool or on the beach, this hotel has 2 other hotels next to each other and has around 10 beach chairs and 6 at the pool, there is nothing in this area and was hard eating out of the hotel. I payed for a beach view room it was a nice room but was very small with no wardrobe space and no space to put the cases on the floor.

Отель соответствует описанию. Приехали в 9:30, сказали подойти к 12-ти, и мы сразу на пляж + приветственный напиток в баре на пляже по талонам. Пляжные полотенца брали на ресепшн. С ресторана выход на пляж через два мостика. Пляж у отеля маленький, шезлонги стоят впритык, мы хотели их вынести чуть подальше, нам не дали, сказали, что это граница другого отеля. Потом загорали на песочке, что тоже хорошо. Море мутноватое, но напоследок порадовало (перед отъездом) - было чистое. С пляжа хорошо выходить и омывать ноги теплой водой из душа перед мостиком. После мостика, если с пляжа идти, есть душ и туалет. Везде чисто. Мы заказывали делюкс (где-то в описании я видела, что делюксы выходят окнами на внешнюю сторону. Дали номер рангом якобы повыше (подарок букинга) с кухней, с плитой, но без кухонных принадлежностей. Наверно, если бы мы попросили, нам бы их дали. Плита не работала. Микроволновки нет. В номере тапочки (комнатные и для душа), халаты (удобно одевать для бассейна), мыльные принадлежности (шампунь с кондиционером+лосьон для тела в душевой и мыло+лосьон над раковиной + щетки с зубной пастой, палочки и ватные диски, шапочка для душа, есть фен, мы не пользовались + душ вместо биде). Недалеко от отеля, если идти вправо, есть 7Eleven, где можно купить симку, и банкомат. На Сукхумвит хороший обменник. Понравился завтрак: есть супы вегетарианский и мясной, нарезка сыр и колбасы, сосиски, овощи, тут же стоят соусы, макароны разных видов, с овощами, с яйцами и без (каждый раз менялось), яйца разного приготовления, мясо pork и chiken (немного жестковато) с овощами и без, выпечка, йогурт, фрукты (в компоте и в нарезке) и вкусный кофе из кофемашин, чай. На последнем этаже (2-й корпус) хороший бассейн с красивым видом, несколько шезлонгов и искусственная травка, на которой тоже можно загорать, заниматься йогой. В 1-м корпусе - джакузи, итальянский ресторан, место для пати и еще один бассейн. Есть фитнес зал хороший со всем необходимым (и в 1-м корпусе - поменьше).

Дворик между корпусами можно облагородить, красиво оформить, а то смотришь вниз как на развалины, и так вида нет. Номер нам дали на 3-м этаже совсем дальний и внутренний с видом на подстанцию, которая упиралась прямо в наш балкон, и дорогу. Так что на балкон мы и не выходили. Сейчас при написании отзыва я увидела, что оказывается я заказывала тихий номер) Номер и правда был тихий, шум только от соседей в коридоре, которые почему то ночью любят громко разговаривать, при открытых дверях.
