This hotel is listed as providing cribs, so we requested one when making our booking. When I messaged the hotel a few days later just to make sure, they said they would try to accomodate us, but that it depended on availability... By then, we had already committed to staying here, so it was stressful not knowing if our baby would have a safe place to sleep. When we arrived, the staff brought us a Pack-n-Play, but it was broken. Luckily they had a second one, which was in working order but stained and showing signs of wear and tear. It served our purpose in the end, and the staff did everything they could to help us, but I think it's time for the hotel to buy a few more Pack-n-Plays. Tap water was extremely soft (didn't rinse off soap efficiently) and tasted unpleasant, but at least there was a water fountain in the lobby. Carpets could use a deep cleaning and rooms could use some renovation. As others have pointed out, the sound of neighboring rooms' doors closing was very loud. For the price we paid, I would have expected things to be a little fresher.

Reviewed Jul 15, 2026
