der Boden war so dreckig. Wir sind einmal ohne Schuhe (nur auf Socken) durchs Zimmer und diese waren schwarz. Die Eiswürfelmaschine stand direkt neben unserem Zimmer. Es war wirklich sehr laut und unpraktisch. Die Zimmer (2 Zimmer mit Schiebetür als trennung) hatte KEINE Schrank ohne ähnliches. Das Waschbecken war außerhalb des Badezimmers, mitten im Schlafzimmer. Die Klimaanlage stand direkt neben einem Bett, so das diese Nachts nicht auf die gewünschte Temperatur runter kühlen konnte, weil die Person im Bett sonst erfroren wäre

Only thing I liked was it was close to Disneyland

The fact that at check out they want to charge me 85$ for 1 small stain on the comforter from the color popcorn my kids got from Disney ..I left that room clean And they said because it’s “stained” they can’t use the but all I see on the reviews is stain on sheets from people staying if they don’t “wash” or “re use “ then why are there stand when pieles check in I thought that was crazy

Close to Disney, I love close to food places, pool and hot tub were amazing, friendly staff, delicious breakfast also neo lights were pretty nice

The stay here was great! The rooms are huge, with a living room. The beds are ridiculously comfortable. Everything was clean, most importantly. Overall, it was a great experience.

Decent breakfast & good location

Horrible establishment, front desk stole my credit card information when I took my daughters to the resort, come bk to the front & caught Sam taking a picture of my debit card. . Checked my online banking a few hours later and was charged an extra 30$ 10 minutes after I got my room key. Went downstairs to confront Sam & he lied and said it’s your bank, not us. Called my bank and they said it’s impossible for it to be us. Was on the speaker phone with my bank, went downstairs then he admitted it was us, but never explained anything after that, just got on the phone with management and said they’ll reimburse me on the morning. Was never reimbursed instead had to dispute the damn thing with my [link removed] NOT BOOK HERE . Especially if you’re African American

It was close to our dinner reservations.

The property was decent. Upon checking into our room we walked around and it smelt like cleaning solutions which was nice or so we thought. We had dinner reservations for ready and left about an hour after checking in. When we got ready for bed we pulled the blankets down and saw that they were not washed from the previous guest. There was blood on the sheets crumbs and lint from socks or clothing and hair all over the bed and pillows. We called to have them changed out or moved to a clean room,they offered us none of the above. So we slept in our clothes on top of the blankets.. super disappointed in the hotel. We asked to speak to a manager and they told us they are only in a couple days a week. Basically good luck getting ahold of them. We won’t be staying here again 😩

Location , front desk hospitality, price, comfort, cozy breakfast area, and hotel reliable room reservation and honest room refund deposit.

Floors and bedspread grimey, pillows lumpy. Shower knob very hard to turn and the pull sign on shower door is deceiving guest can accidentally pull open instead of pushing and could break. Maid for room #200 walked in to clean when cleaning sign wasn't outside the room door. But mostly long-term guest were very loud in the midnight hours on my 2nd night couldn't sleep. But overall was pleasant and I will probably return. These are not complaints but constructive facts to better serve your guest. Thank you.

The floors were pretty dirty we had to contact the front desk and they send housekeeping to mop them.

The room was completely dirty still with food all over the couch and dirt/ trash all over the floor. The shower floors were extremely grimy . Worst of all my youngest child went to sleep and woke up with bed bug bites all over her face and body. When discussing a refund with the front office, they advised us to get our refund through Booking.com which seemed impossible, considering I couldn’t navigate the app to do that and did not even discuss moving us to an actual clean room. I will never book there again. The place is disgusting inside and out. During checkout, the staff was extremely rude as well.

There wasn’t a single thing we did like or enjoy about the room.

The staff was inconsistent. Check In was fine but the clerk didn’t know how to split payment between two credit cards. We arrived back one evening to find the room had NOT been cleaned and we had no clean linens. A different clerk was there the next day and he was very rude. Said that I should have put a sign in the door if I wanted my room cleaned. There was no sign left in my room so I didn’t know. The clerk yelled at me that it was this problem that I was stupid and he resented the fact that I asked for clean towels and pillowcases at least. He went into a store room and slammed the door and when he returned with the linens they were thrown carelessly on the counter. I asked to speak to a manager but none were there. I got the name of a person but he was never there when I called to report my dissatisfaction. Decent location though

You get what you paid for. One night stay would be ok, we staid 2 and it was too much. Small rooms, poor quality amenities. Thing that you have a micro oven but no plates/cups/forks is a bit unusual. Finally, were charged $15 extra a few days after checkout have no idea what for.

It was dirty. The room smelled like mold and bleach. As soon as we walked in multiple bugs on the window. The bed sheets and blankets had stains on them. Given the first floor and there’s an alley behind the building have to keep the window closed. We ended up not staying. They refunded our money. And had to look somewhere else to stay.

Me gusto que tuviera un mini refrigerador eso ayudo mucho considerando que nos quedamos 1 semana.

Estaba muy sucio el piso de la habitación. Pedi en dos oportunidades que fueran a limpiar la habitación pero no lo hicieron ( solo hciieron las camas y cambiaron las toallas) pero el suelo estaba tan sucio que no podiamos andar sin zapatos porque nuestros oies quedaban negros y el piso estaba muy pegajoso! Fue muy desagradable

Facing east room so it was SUPER bright in the morning with no way to make the room dark. Ur we were able to get a great view of the Main Street .

The shower wasn't clean, there was visible mold, the towels had hair on them, and the floor of the room felt sticky. The elevator was also very dirty. Not even plain water to drink in the room.

Really, it was great overall. The staff were friendly. The room was updated and clean. It was a great stay for the price.

The elevator kept breaking I was on the 4 floor with bad knee. My nephew ac went out the last night. Had to park in the back of the building kind of scary in the evening

It was in a good location , near Disney and close driving distance from stores .

The room provided , had very dirty floors when my baby was crawling around his feet literally turned black so I had to keep him on the crib most of the time . Notice the sheets on some of the pillows weren’t changed . Also in the shower there was women hair .

The location was very good. It was clean and good value for money. The pool was pleasant just small.

Car parking wasn’t included and was per night not day. We arrived early on our first and understandably couldn’t check in at that time. We didn’t want to waste the day so went out and arrived back at 8pm checked in and paid for parking for what we believed was 48 hrs. On leaving we asked if we could leave our car till we left for the airport at 3pm and was told no we needed to move it by 11 or pay another day we paid for another day as they needed space for other visitors arriving on leaving at 3 there was plenty of space. In total we paid for 72 hrs but only used 43 hrs.

There was a bad smell in the room. Ned and pillows were not comfortable. Air conditioning was noisy . Had to go ask for extra towels.

They don’t warn you beforehand, but they charge you for parking, so in the end the hotel isn’t as affordable as it seems. The breakfast was almost non-existent. When we got there, there was hardly anything left. The building is really old and dirty, and the rooms aren’t very comfortable. There was a lot of hair in the shower and on the bathroom towels.

The microwave didn’t work and they kept running out of towels, and it was kinda noisy at night. We have to keep asking for towels and sometimes we have to wait till the next morning cause they ran out so they need to get more towels in stock.

It was nice and clean , the hotel was very updated/modern. I really enjoyed it. They even have room service. I didn’t order anything but it looked yummy. 10/10 recommend staying here it’s affordable and comfortable.

The only thing is it is about $18 for parking and I already paid for parking for Disneyland so if you are staying here and going to Disney do not pay for the Disney parking. That was all on me tho not the property.

Nos cobraron por el parqueado de los vehículos, a nuestras hijas le sacaron las cosas de la habitacion cuando tenia la reserva por 3 dias, llegamos cansados y nos tocó esperar mas de 2 horas en que solucionara, las habitaciones no les hacen aseo en la estadia, con estas calores y los dispensadores de hielo no tenian.

The hotel is in a great location, making it convenient for exploring the area and accessing Diesnyland.

Very far away from the airport ,The breakfast is very basic with limited variety, and the sofa beds are uncomfortable, lacking proper bedding and pillows. The room would also benefit from a wardrobe or adequate storage space, which was unavailable during our stay.

I didn’t expect $100 deposit!! Booking didn’t say anything about the deposit ☹️ and $17.75 per day parking 😕😕😡

Short drive to mickey&friends parking or about a 30 minute walk to the parks. Breakfast is available, convenient location.

The room wasn’t very clean, seemed as if they just did the beds and nothing else. No hair dryer in the room, you have to ask for it. The living room area didn’t have a tv, no ironing board. The bathroom door creaked every time it was opened and closed, the shower door didn’t stay shut so the water would leak out when showering. They assign you a parking spot and will assign it to someone else as well and then just tell you to park wherever. Short staffed, only 1 person available when checking in at 8pm and there was a long line.

I was waiting for 45 minutes to check in, it was a big line people was upset because there was no one in the lobby, and they charged me for parking.

It's a simple property but well taken care of, especially the rooms. You can tell they are respectful of guests and are trying their best at their price point. Nice breakfast!

I recommend they dedicate some money on the exterior, particularly the elevator.

Hotels with hidden fees after booking- $18 to park in hotel parking lot, plus $30 per pet. Not advertised on booking site. cleanliness was subpar and the sheets smelt like bleach. Bathroom had not been addressed between guests and there was still mess on the sink. Don't normally leave reviews, but hotels with hidden fees deserve them

Comfortable stay for the cost. The staff was super friendly attentive and willing to make sure we didnt need anything. They would open the door to the elevators so we didnt have to hassle.

Just maybe a better cleaning on the floor boards and bathrooms like a deep cleaning so u cant see that mold is building up in some edges. Having some drawers to put your clothes into versus having to dig into your suitcases every time you need laundry. Overall it was super nice, friendy and fun.

1) No hot water, the only one time I needed to shower there was not even warm water to use. 2) the sofa bed was broken and not able to use, we had to switch to other room at midnight when my kids were already asleep.
