They cancelled our reservation half an hour before our arrival. We selected to pay at the property and they tried to charge us before. The lady on the phone was SO RUDE! Talking over me, having a horrible rude tone, and overall disgusting!!! Good riddance!

Property is good value for money,although the decor is a bit worse for wear. No resort fees and that’s a bonus

The shower wasn’t clean. It had previous hair particles in it! The thermostat wasn’t working properly!

The toilet was hard to flush. I thought I was going to break the handle. The shower was always running. I closed the value as tight as i could. I could hear the loud cars on the street. The loud cars kept waking me up. Bar & restaurant was over priced and the food/drinks was mid.

T.v was out, water went out at 11 am, bed pillows were soft and since head board not connected they pillows went in between headboard and bed, food was way to expensive for what u get, coffee also more expensive than star bucks, ppl yelling and running outside hall, several ppl keys didn't work along with mine had to go back to counter to get them to work, holding fee was 100 per day not per stay, toilet was running all night, parking was i think 29 to 30 a night

Their system was down had to wait a few hours for check and line was out the building.

I was not notified when I pre-checked in and at the time I checked in to receive the key, that there were no TV service. No one mentioned this at all. Also, the next morning, there was drilling and pounding either next door or right above my room that was very annoying and loud!! Couldn’t relax in the room because of it!

Didn’t have TV/cable they did tell me this however wish I’d had known prior to making the reservation instead of upon arrival. There wasn’t a Bible in the top drawer instead some other kind of weird book. I didn’t like that. The way the a/c was set up in the room was weird. It was like they controlled the air instead of the guest of the room hella crappy if you ask me

The rooms were spacious with two queen bed with a living room and the sofa could be used as a full bed.

We had to pay for parking to park our van in the hotel's parking lot.

the location was ideal for the activities we were doing during that time.

Overall, our room had issues. Our shower head was not in full operation, there was no shampoo on the rack in the shower, and the shower curtains leaked from inside to outside. Our pillows were flat regardless of how many times we tried to fluff them or stack them. One of our beds did not have a blanket, and we had to take it from the other bed in the room.

The hotel staff cancelled my reservation and because of that me and my kids slept on the street. They let me to book till 03-28-2026,then they let me to stay just 4 days. I didn’t have any spa or food. I asked them about the breakfast they said not available.

The staff was absolutely wonderful. Professional, helpful, and efficient. Absolutely awesome, every single one.

The TV was non operational, the sound proofing between rooms needs a few extra layers, and the fitness center was very disappointing.

The parking lot had construction trailers so it limited spaces specifically late at night. The rooms were nice but you can tell they haven’t been upgraded in a while.

I am handicapped. Not being able to unload anywhere but the parking lot will keep me from visiting in the future. Not having an simple "walk-through" spot, through the bushes that lined the entire parking lot would have been nice, instead of having to walk all the way around with our luggage.

Location was good for what we wanted to do. Which was go to theme parks. The staff were great. The property was clean. The beds were comfortable.

We could tell that this is an older hotel. Details, such as water damage in the bathroom. Among other things, I could see that there was an attempt made to cover up the damage instead of fixing it. The carpet also needs to be tightened up. It was bad enough that I needed to remind the kids to pick their feet up so that they didn’t trip, especially in the hallways.

The tv and refrigerator didn't work the first day they came and replaced refrigerator and fixed the TV then it didn't work agsin my last day and the shower water wouldn't turn off

Staff was friendly and helpful. The location was close to the convention center and was easy to locate.

No clean towels when we arrived at the pool about 5pm. Couldn’t call housekeeping from The hotel phone, no one picked up. I tried messaging thru the Hilton app but no response either.

the cookies were very delicious and the room was spacious and location was close to disneyland and breakfast options nearby. other than that not much else to note of staying here. hotel staff was helpful with a disappointing cancelations by booking but still was outrageously expensive

room was outrageously expensive after booking failed to follow though with the room reservation leading to a problematic stay and parking was quite expensive at around 35 a night, no breakfast included only a on sight "starbucks" whole hotel is overrun with claw machines.

Beautiful rooms with plenty of space

Lack of staff, no room service which was one of the perks we wanted. Also was told there was a shuttle to the Disney park which when we got there was told was only local transit. Stayed for three nights and the room was not kept up, the bed was barely made, and cups we used were never refilled.
