We stayed one night. Our room was large, very clean and opens to the pool. Our beds were so comfortable too! Great location and the bus to Disneyland is right near the entrance. Joe's Italian ice is walking distance. Breakfast was great. Make your own waffles, eggs were exceptionally fluffy. I highly recommend this hotel and we will be coming here

We had a great stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites Anaheim/Garden Grove! The hotel was clean, spacious, and a great choice for our family trip to Disneyland. We especially loved having our own kitchenette and table in the room, which made it so convenient for our family to have snacks, meals, and extra space to relax. The complimentary breakfast had a really nice selection, and the kids especially enjoyed being able to make their own breakfast. The waffle maker was a huge hit! It was such a great way to start our busy mornings. The service was excellent. The staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating, and anything we needed was provided without any issues. Another great convenience was having a Target just down the street within walking distance. It was so nice to have a store nearby for anything we needed during our stay. The location was also very convenient for Disneyland, which was only about a 10-minute drive away. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely stay here again on a future Anaheim trip. Great value and a wonderful option for families!

I landed in LAX during a medical visit to Los Angeles and made a last minute reservation to this hotel since most of the hotels were sold out for the weekend. Upon check in, I met Bevz who I observed multi tasking at the front desk as she was attending to a customer, still sneak in a smile and hi that I will be with you shortly. She gave each customer the required attention they deserve and listed the relevant details on the property. We got checked in and was on our way to our room. Whatever, I needed and probabaly went back to her a few times, she was there for me and pointed us to the right restaurants in the area for dinner. She really walks the talk of good service quality for the customer. Hotel was clean and room spacious. Only downside, it was a Saturday night and the ice cream shop next to the hotel seems to be a popular crowded place where a lot of youg people hang out and some motorbike guys kept the revving up till 12. But once you close the door and the ac is on in full, you can drown out the noise. I would recommend the hotel as it is in a good location with all surrounding amenties. I said a brief hello to Rachel the Sunday, Bevz sister but really great reps and ambassadors of this hotel.

Great location and amenities. 30 min walk to Disney or $8 Uber/Lyft. Free hot breakfast was great. Staff was amazing. Pick a room on the South side. We had room 700- Top row at the end of the hall. Quiet all night. I believe others comments about the ice cream shop on the north side being loud till midnight- but it’s worth eating. I would stay here again.

The noise level from the ice cream store guests in the parking lot was excessive and came right into the windows . And it went on for hours. My room had multiple problems - the shower had a disgusting yellow substance dripping from a handle. The air conditioner made a screaming noise after about 5 mins of running and never stopped. I had to turn it off to sleep. I attempted to just use the fan on the second night (after asking for it to be looked at and not getting an update or it fixed ) a rotten foot musky smell filled the room as soon as it turned on. We had a long hot day at the park and were really looking forward to a cool room to rest, but the smell kept me up for most the night. I was traveling with 2 adults with special needs. I had asked to be close to them for safety reasons. - I asked at the front desk as well at check in and was told no - without much effort to even put us on the same floor at least. I even offered to take any available room to be closer. The attendant didn’t make an effort to try which was disappointing (and a little scary for my friends - this was the first time they’ve travelled like this).

Bevz and her Co-worker when we checked in on 08/01/26 were phenomenal. During the system outage they both were able to check us into a room. During this chaotic moment, they both held it down and worked as a team to take care of their guests. Thank you Bevz and your sister! You both were great during our stay!

Location within the vicinity of Disneyland was quite convenient. Atmosphere was good. Room was decent. However, we had air-conditioning issues in the room side, but the living room side was functioning incorrectly. The main issue was parking every night as a lot of other people decided to use this parking lot for other purposes other than the hotel. This makes it a difficult decision to come back. However, the experience itself was pretty nice. There was a couple of days where we had less than satisfactory breakfast due to the lack of proteins available. Rachael and Bevz were super helpful at the front desk and guiding and listening to our concerns and requests. They were amazing. Our housekeeper, Daniela, did an awesome job with our room during our stay

This is from the pov of someone going to Disneyland. It's under 3 miles, and takes less than 10 minutes. Don't book if you want walking distance. The drive is easy, and Harbor is very light traffic in the morning. The staff here is excellent. Friendly, helpful and willing to assist in any way possible. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The bathroom is equally roomy. There's plenty of closet and shelf space for clothing. If you like to watch TV, the flat screen is huge. For light sleepers, there are great blackout curtains. If you want to see the fireworks at the park but don't want to stay late there, it's possible to get a fireworks view room as a small upgrade. The breakfast is excellent, and there's a lot of seating. Overall, this is a great place whether you're going to Disneyland or just want to stay in the area. The rates are better than lesser quality places close to the park.

We were in town for a softball tournament. Hotel was sold out. I haven't had this level of customer service and overall staff friendliness in a long time. I hope the staff is recognized and a special thank you to Bevz for making our stay as wonderful as possible.

The whole check-in process was simple and fun plus very informative by Bevs. She was exceptional, professional, informative, and had the brightest and most wonderful personality. The room was extremely comfortable, very roomy and it was nice having that microwave and refrigerator that help everything that we carried. It was very clean and everybody that worked there was fantastic. They had a really good breakfast with the pre-made omelettes, the usual toast bagels can make your own waffles they had everything and it was absolutely perfect. I enjoyed my stay there so much I just booked my next trip in 3 weeks to go back.

We loved how much space the lobby had and we loved the outdoor seating space too. The staff was accommodating and gave us everything we needed and asked for. Our room was always cleaned timely every other day. We love that it is fairly close to the Toy Story parking lot so we were able to walk there and get the shuttle to Disneyland.

We always had to ask for towels at the pool. There would be a few when we got there, but then they would be gone. So maybe just stock more towels in the morning or check more frequently. But they always immediately brought them out when we asked!!

We spent a wonderful two days at Hampton Inn and Suited Garden Grove. We are a family of 5 and having a suite with an actual door in between the rooms was wonderful. There were enough surfaces to put our bags and enough outlets and plugs to charge all of our devices. We liked that the bathroom and shower were separate from the sink so we could get ready more efficiently. Breakfast was your typical fare for a Hampton Inn and it had everything we needed for each day. We had an issue with our air conditioning and Jose came to check it out at 11:00 PM. When we realized he’d need to replace the unit, they gave us a new room. To my surprise, Jose brought us the keys personally and a trolley to transport our belongings to the new room! If you are planning on going to Disneyland or DCA, there are two options to get there. One was a shuttle that cost $7 for the day, leaving at the 15 and 45 of the hour. We were originally planning to do that but of course we missed the 15. We didn’t want to wait around, so we used Option B. We walked about 15 min down to the Toy Story lot. The walk was easy and felt very safe both in the morning and even at park’s end at night. I wasn’t worried at all about walking back. There were plenty of people out and going back to their own hotels. Thank you for a great stay!!

Overall, a wonderful experience. We got a suite which was very roomy and comfortable. The common areas were clean and inviting. Daily breakfast was well represented with a variety of offerings which change daily. Also, the breakfast area was always kept tidy and refreshed. This hotel also has a nice pool area and is right in the middle of the action, walking distance to all kinds of restaurants and even Disneyland! One of the only downsides is that parking is an extra $20/day. Not terrible, but with what you pay for the rooms, you would think this would be included.

Bevz was so helpful an professional when we checked in! We had a dilemma when we 1st got here an she pointed us in the right direction !

The breakfast wasn’t particularly appealing with limited selection. Car parking could also at times be a challenge (despite the $25 per night charge) with customers of the neighbouring ice cream shop regularly using the car park.

We love this place. The staff is always helpful and nice. The location is great and the private shuttle is a plus. Breakfast is amazing and bed are comfy and rooms are clean.

Lately parking in the evening can get tight especially next to the Italian ice place next door. It's been getting very loud at night because of it also. There was a lot of work on the hotel this time. There was no water at all for a few hours when we were told there would just be no hot water for a time. Then the following day we were told there wouldn't be electricity or a wording elevator for a few hours. Had we known this ahead of time we would have made alternate plans ana bookings.

I want to thank the Anaheim Hampton Inn staff for their outstanding hospitality . The rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfast was delicious and staff was always courteous. BUT I want to give an extra shoutout to Bevz for going above and beyond. She helped us recover a very special item we left behind by picking it up for us from the restaurant next door on the property. This type of consideration will certainly bring us back to the Hampton Inn. Thank you !

We took a family vacation to Disneyland in May. My wife and I and our adult children all stayed here requiring for room rooms. Bevz checked us in and assigned all the rooms. Her kids were coming in later and she had everything ready, including a very nice birthday gift basket for my daughter. Her expert, thorough, and compassionate care was most appreciated. Throughout our four days staying, she always greeted us by name with our comings and goings. In addition this weekend required the evacuation of 40,000 people. So in addition to vacationers, they also took in refugees. Bevz and the rest of the staff were always kind and courteous in dealing with everyone. we’ve stated this particular Hampton Inn before and knew they provided good service. They outdid themselves this trip. Bevz made it feel like an extension of home. Thanks to everyone there.

Stayed at Hampton Inn and Suites Garden Grove Anaheim- it was fantastic- staff is very friendly, room very clean , and breakfast is wonderful. I was here for a business trip- however this hotel is in the center of it all- walking distance to Disneyland gates- close to Angel Stadium- or to any of the local eateries which there are plenty as well as the local tourist hot spots- myself I choose the local eateries- regardless of your food choice this hotel is great the staff is friendly, rooms are clean , kid friendly and I like the price point- I highly recommend.

i booked a king room and when i got there was told it was not available so they assigned me to a 2 queen bed room but was not notified of this changed until my arrival.

We planned a Disney vacation and Bevs and the Hampton Inn staff made our trip magical. Started with a birthday package for me and we’re just so kind and went above and beyond. I’ve never been greeted by name at a hotel upon almost every return, but I was here. Thank you, Bevs and team!

First off, this was during the Hazmat evacuation in Stanton/Garden Grove starting around Memorial Day weekend. I live at ground zero, meaning we were first to be evacuated and last to be going home. EVERY HOTEL AROUND THE EVACUATION ZONE WAS FULLY BOOKED. I had to evacuate NOTHING because I was at work when they announced the second evacuation. It was so stressful. The website said to call in to try and get a room and you might be able to take someone's cancelation, which I did. I called around 10am, noon, 1pm, and 3pm. Each time I called, I could tell the employees were multitasking like crazy trying to handle both the vacationers and the evacuees. It didn't matter how busy it got, each time I called asking the same question, I was treated with respect and patience. I could hear the employees talking to other customers at the front desk while they were on the phone with me, who they also treated very respectfully under pressure. I am a grocery manager and my job demands a high level of customer service under pressure, and what I experienced impressed me greatly. Naturally, as the day goes on, employees are changing shifts, and you have to hope they are passing along messages to the other employees... Well I probably talked to 3 different employees throughout the day and they were all aware of my situation and why I'm calling. This tells me that the communication among staff is excellent, and it made me worry a lot less. Finally after calling enough times, I was told they would call me if a room becomes available... I kind of figured this was the end of the road for my attempt at getting a place to sleep for the night.. But hours later, I ACTUALLY got a call back from this hotel, specifically from Bevz, who told me a room became available. How often does a business follow through with actually calling you back - and during a holiday weekend AND an evacuation going on at the same time? When I showed up to the hotel, Bevz knew who I was by just recognizing my voice, and she was able to help me get situated with my room. Knowing how hard of a time we were having with finding a place to sleep (seriously, everything nearby was booked. We were ready to sleep in our cars,) she was able to waive our parking fee, which helped immensely. Even in the morning when the employees are setting up breakfast, everyone has been very friendly. The room itself has been great. The two of us aren't staying for a vacation and we are both working everyday, so I imagine it matches a similar experience as if you were using the room to sleep and using daylight to visit Disneyland. That being said, what time we do spend in the room is extremely nice. I check every corner of every piece of furniture whenever I stay at a hotel because I'm paranoid about bugs, and I couldn't find even a trace of a single one - even places like the tops of the doors were properly dusted. The hotel has a hot breakfast bar in the morning and it has also been a blessing during the evacuation. Again, while I'm using the breakfast bar to fuel up for work, it would do great to fuel families up before hitting the park. So I guess the most important part of these reviews is whether I would ever come back, right? With that in mind, I say, hopefully I won't ever have to be evacuated again, but if i do, my first choice would be the Hampton.

I don't know where to begin! This hotel and their employees and especially Bevz at the front desk were incredible. Our family was in a very vulnerable position. We had to quickly evacuate due to a chemical spill near our home. My husband was calling around town to find a place for us to stay with our dog. Thankfully my husband found this hotel. As soon as we walked in the lobby, I felt a peace. The room was beyond clean. I have been in hotels where when you walk in you get that icky feeling. The staff was so helpful. When I was talking to Bevz, I felt embarrassed when I started to cry. Bevz took my hand and reassured me that everything would be okay. They also gave us an emergency room rate. There was no price gouging. This speaks to their integrity and professionalism!

Everything and everybody were absolutely wonderful! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and looked after! The daily breakfast buffet was delicious and we had so much fun enjoying the outdoor pool and a hot tub! We loved everything about our hotel!!!!

Air conditioner in the room works fantastic and it’s always clean here. They’re always cleaning the carpets and that’s much appreciated. BEVZ at the front desk is amazing, such hospitality!

The facility was clean and the breakfast was perfect. Not a crazy amount of options but there were plenty to pick from. Location was perfect, I was here for Disney and it’s a 4 minute drive to the parking lot. Makes it easy to rope drop if that’s what you’re I interested in

One of the women at the front desk was sick and coughing in her hands. Proceeded to hand me and my girlfriend our room keys with sanitizing and she seemed uninterested in our presence at all. Eyes were glued to her phone. Not to mention she had mixed up our reservation with another guest and had already charged us for THEIR rooms deposit. Made things complicated. At the end of the day, if your check in goes smoothly, it’s a great place to stay.

We stayed at the Hampton Inn & Suites Anaheim Garden Grove for our trip to Disneyland, specifically for Star Wars Nite. While the park was incredible, the standout of our entire stay was Bevz at the front desk. She is incredibly kind, attentive, and truly goes out of her way to make every guest feel special. Shortly after checking in, I went down to the desk to ask a question and was shocked when Bevz greeted me by my last name immediately. The next day, after returning from a long day at the park, she greeted us as "Mr. and Mrs. Shaver" the moment we walked in. When I asked how she could possibly remember us with so many people passing through for the event, she simply said she makes a point to remember names so she can provide amazing service and make guests feel special-because they are! Bevz's level of care is rare. If she isn't a manager yet, I hope the General Manager, Mike Domingo, sees this and gets her into a leadership program. She is a massive asset to this hotel and truly made our galactic adventure one to remember

Our stay at the Hampton Inn and suites in Garden Grove was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived until the time we checked out, and everything in between. Joshua, Bevz, and Kim at the front desk are exactly what customer service is all about and what every business should strive for, hands down. You guys are the best of the best. The beds were comfortable, sheets were clean and fresh smelling. Breakfast was great. And the breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful. Thank you all for making our stay with you such a memorable one. We will definitely be back!

The staff was friendly and hardworking. The front desk person Bev was there everyday-so friendly! Hardest worker I know. People staying there do not pick up after themselves in the lobby and at breakfast. My only critique is that the speakers by the rooms could be quieter. Good location

Bevz is the most personable and professional check-in person I HAVE EVER MET. I met her my first night of checking in and she NEVER name and ALWAYS addressed me as Mrs. Harry. When she asked about my day I felt s as of she really cared. I loved the breakfast every morning. The breakfast staff was diligent in keeping the area clean and food stocked. The meals were so good and fresh. My room was “cleaned” every other day however the mirror still has toothpaste splatter and the rubber I lost before the room was cleaned was still in the same spot. Rachel was very helpful when I realized my job hadn’t paid the bill s as I had expected. She gave me the never information for the matter to be resolved. Although the room charge still shoes as pending on my account I’m hoping it will be cleared s expected.

From the minute I walked in the customer service was a 10. It started with Benz and Rachael who helped me check in 6 rooms that I reserved. That went very smooth. I then had the pleasure of dealing with Ana who answered some questions for my guests about the area. Esperanza worked the evening shift couldn’t be anymore accommodating helping us with a couple of issues we had not even related to the hotel. The best thing that all 4 employees did for us was that they handled everything politely and with a smile which means more to me than anything else they could do. Great job Hampton Inn.

This is a lovely hotel, in a lovely place to get access to sights, parks etc……but

Sadly the room we had although was an amazing king suite, with lovely balcony views over Anaheim and seeing the Disney fireworks…………the absolute reason we wouldn’t book again is that every night up until around midnight sometimes later but more so Friday and Saturday, young locals hang around the joes ice cream shop, but choose to park in the hotels car park (which we were paying $25 per night for), revving their cars, smoking weed which the smell unfortunately travelled onto balcony and into our room, shouting screaming to name some of what was happening. Their are huge queues both on foot and cars for the neighbouring ice cream shop which isn’t an issue in itself but the car queues seem to embrace a whole who can rev their wide exhaust car the loudest. Our sleep was disturbed between 23:00 and midnight and the hotel kindly refunded our parking as we were not able to move rooms as compensation but we were told this happens every weekend and at least the weekdays are a bit better…..not a good situation for young families who have early park day starts. We wouldn’t want this to impact anyone’s holidays.

We stayed here for a weekend Disneyland Trip. We were very pleased with our stay. Comfortable beds and pillows, rooms were nice and clean. Had no problems with noise and the rooms were very dark making for great sleep quality. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to friends and family.

If you are going to Anaheim or Disneyland DO NOT book this hotel. I repeat, DO NOT BOOK!! My family stayed here and for 2 nights our hotel faced a parking lot with tons of cars and teenagers loitering at night. The first night they were there until 2am being extremely loud and noisy. They were screaming and revving their engines. The second night at 11:10pm we called and spoke to Bevz and asked if they could be sent away since the parking lot is the hotel’s property. We were told the security guard didn’t come that night and they made no offer to help. They were not apologetic and didn’t care that it was extremely loud. We had to ask to move rooms to across the hall on the other side. It was still noisy but not as horrible. It was awful to have to pack up at 11:30pm at night to move rooms after a full Disneyland day. The next day when we informed the front desk worker and again she never apologized and said they are aware that it is an ongoing issue. Her excuse was that the city owns the lot till 10pm. However we were concerned about the noise at 11:10pm, so her excuse didn’t make sense. If it is an ongoing issue and they are doing nothing to stop it, why would you stay here? It ruined our trip and we were EXHAUSTED for our next day at the park. Whatever you do, DO NOT STAY HERE EVER!! I never leave bad reviews, I’m just trying to save your Disneyland trip so please listen to me and stay literally anywhere else!!

Average hotel. The room was clean (good). The location is a mile and a half from Disneyland (also good) The breakfast was free, but meh The water in the sink (we were on the 3rd floor) took several minutes to get hot and the water in the shower vacillated from hot to cold while we showered. I had to call the front desk to chase off a group of young men who were standing in the parking lot below our window drinking, shouting and revving car engines for nearly an hour starting after 10 pm (on a Tuesday in February) The desk did send security out but it took several more minutes to get them to leave. The hotel charges $25 a night to park on site. We were told that the fee was assessed on cars in the lot at 10pm. But it appears that locals park their cars in the lot and hangout on the (North (back) side of hotel until made to leave. I saw groups standing around cars with open doors every night we were there. Tuesday was the only night they got really loud.

Breakfast options were great! Two different waffle batter types (typical vanilla & they changed out chocolate flavors during our 6 day trip). Every guest service staff member was very nice and accommodating. We loved the stay. Bathroom shower/tub faucet worked for the most part- it didn’t fully switch to shower, but still worked.

Would love to see a Dr Pepper option in the store to purchase. In the six days we had breakfast, we had bacon once. Would’ve enjoyed it at least once more.

Property was nice

Property is right next door to very popular ice cream shop so trying to find parking between the hours of 6pm to midnight is hard which makes no sense cause they charge you 25 per day but it’s get very packed parking fee is also a hidden charge not included in your price
