주차장 진입이 매우 어려웠고, 월요일에는 아침 식사가 안된다는 정보를 예약시 제공하지 않아서 당황함.

It was an unreasonable standard for the hotel to accept check-in starting at 4 PM, but an even more unreasonable demand was that I pay 12,000 won per hour if I checked in before 4 PM. I truly believe this is a hotel that disregards its customers.

The location is central and close to the Lotte mall.

The entrance is filthy and instantly uninviting, setting a poor tone for the rest of the stay. ​The corridors feel more like a prison than a hotel, featuring stained, stain and grime-ridden carpets, dead plants, and unsightly metal doors. ​ The tiny balcony was clearly ignored by cleaning staff for a very long time, rendering it unusable. ​Conclusion: This property is run-down, depressing, and not worth your time or money. Look elsewhere for a clean and comfortable stay.

조식은 신청하지 않았습니다. 시설은 생각보다 좋았습니다.

방음이 잘 안되는거 같았습니다. 복도를 지나갈때 신음소리가 들립니다. 저녁시간에 주차공간만 많이 부족합니다. 맞은편 건물에 무료로 주차할 수 있었지만 호텔 주차장을 이용하지 못 해 아쉬웠습니다.

조식시간에 여유시간없이 도착했는데 일하시는분이 친절하게 대해줘서 기분좋게 마지막까지 먹고 나왔음

Das Zimmer war angenehm geräumig und bot dank des Balkons und des Fensters im Bad viel Licht und Frischluft. Die Umgebung war sehr ruhig, was für erholsame Nächte sorgte. Besonders praktisch war auch die Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Haus – ideal für Ausflüge und den Weg in die Stadt.

Leider war das Bad bei der Ankunft nicht vollständig sauber mit vielen Spinnen am Fenster. Zudem war das Zimmer recht hellhörig, sodass man Geräusche aus den Nachbarzimmern deutlich mitbekam. Das Personal wirkte außerdem unfreundlich und konnte kaum Englisch sprechen, was die Kommunikation etwas schwierig machte.

혁신도시 중심에 있어 문산IC 이용도 편하고, 공군부대와도 5분거리라서 매우 편했어요. 프론트직원분들도 친절하고, 객실 상태도 좋았어요. 연박했는데 둘째날 청소도 잘 해주셨구요, 추가생수도 요청드리니 친절히 받을 수 있었어요. 객실과 욕실의 면적이 작은 편이기는 하지만, 토요코인 보다는 훨씬 쾌적했구요, 숙박료까지 고려한다면 매우 만족할만한 선택이었어요. 주차장입구가 협소하기는 한데 저는 큰 문제 없었구요, 맞은 편 넓은 주차장을 자유롭게 사용할 수 있다고 들었습니다.

Nice hotel in the new area of Jinju. The room was comfortable and the staff was polite. Very comfortable beds!

It would be nice to add a styler to the rooms ^^ Parking spaces aren't enough for the hotel's size. We had to park at a nearby building.

진주 출장마다 가는 곳, 한결같습니다. 익숙하고 편히 쉴 수 있어 좋습니다. 아침식사도 만족스럽습니다.

It was a very nice room - comfortable bed, nice view. My only complaint was that there was so much heat coming from the ondol floors that I was woke up sweating in the middle of the night. The front desk said to turn the AC on. It's really wasteful to have the heat and AC on to control the temperature, especially in late November.

Just staying there for getting some sleep. It's so embarrassed that I could evaluate the staying. Anyway, the hotel is located in a cluster of commercial areas, such as shopping mall, etc. If I had much time, I was much better to enjoy something. The facility is so good, excellent.

Good place for stay. In my room, soundproof was not good enough. The breakfast was good for the price. But we need to remove our trays before leaving the table.

Economical and reasonable. Has a great park to have a walk or exercise.

Really comfortable, high quality mattress. Having a balcony is also a rare and welcome addition for a hotel in Korea.

The ceiling ac had mold or black dust build up. My throat hurt the first night so left the windows open for some air. Location wise nice for short walks and local eatery places.

최근 진주 출장갈 때마다 묵고 있으며, 위생상태, 안락함 모두 만족스럽습니다. 가격도 합리적이며, 주위에 여러 편의시설이 있어 굿입니다.

Position of the hotel next to a big mall and with many restaurants around.

저뿐 아니라 저희 회사사람들도 진주에 출장 올 때마다 이용하는 호텔입니다. 진주혁신도시내에서는 가성비가 가장 훌륭한 호텔입니다.

매우 청결하였으며 친절도가 좋았습니다. 아쉬운건 주차장 입구 출구가 좁아 초보운전자의 경우 불편한점이 있었습니다

Very large, clean and comfortable room, the bed was also very comfortable.The staff was very kind and helpful, the young man at the reception desk went to great lengths to explain us the way to Jirisan National Park. Thank you!

The hotel's location is not very central, although well connected by bus. The bus system is a little complicated to understand for non corean speakers though.

The hotel fully met our expectations and the staff were very helpful. The WiFi truly was fast. Some hotels claim to offer fast WiFi, but it’s only fast under favourable conditions. Here it was fast and rock solid 100% of the time. Plenty of power sockets for recharging things.

There was no downside to this hotel. Everything was as I hoped it would be.

Woher das "New" im Hotelnamen kommt, blieb offen - die Badezimmer könnten dringend eine Auffrischung gebrauchen, war schon sehr viel Schimmel in der Dusche. Das Zimmer war eher klein und miefig. Immerhin sind die Betten richtig bequem und das Frühstück war auch o.k. Lage ebenfalls recht praktisch. Insgesamt okayes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

주변>> 혁신도시 내에 위치해서 걸어서 바로 갈 수 있는 가까운 거리에 괜찮은 브런치가게나 식당, 술집이 제법 있어서 좋았습니다. 길건너엔 롯데몰(롯데마트 백화점브랜드 영화관)도 있고 조금 걸으면 강변공원과 CGV도 있습니다. 주차장>> 입구와 내부 공간이 너무 협소해서 주차가 어려웠습니다. 맞은편 뽀빠이프라자 주차빌딩에 주차하시는걸 추천합니다.. 룸컨디션>> 가장 큰 사이즈 방으로 예약했음에도 불구하고 기본적으로 방크기가 아주 작은 편이며, 욕실도 작습니다. 욕실 내부 청소상태도 그닥입니다. 어메니티는 향이 좋았습니다. 고데기는 없습니다. 룸 편의시설>> 요즘 웬만한 모텔에는 있는데 의외로 호텔에는 없는 스타일러가 갖추어져 있어 편리했습니다. 근데 넷플릭스는 개인 아이디로 로그인해야해서 불편했습니다. 작은 드레스룸과 싱크대, 전자레인지, 소형 냉장고(생수 3병 들어있음)가 갖추어져 있고 인덕션은 사용불가입니다.

숙소 좋아요. 직원분들 친절합니다. 지하주차장 들어가는 입구와 내부가 좁아요.

숙소 청결 출장시 만족 가격 조금 비쌈 주변에 상가 없음(도보 10분거리)

샤워부스의 보수가 필요해보임, 문 하단부로 샤워중 물이 부스박으로 많이 나옴.

진주 혁신도시 내에서는 규모 제일 큰편이라 오픈 했을때부터 지금까지 10번 이상은 이용한것 같은데 여기는 매번 갈때마다 직원들이 어리버리 함
