몇 년 전 어머니와 방문했을 때 좋은 기억이 있어 이번에는 가족들과 다시 찾았습니다. 4인가족 이용하기에 트윈룸 넓고 좋음. 시청과 버스정류장이 가까워 이동이 편리하고, 사우나와 조식도 이용할 수 있습니다. 근처에 병원과 시장, 강변 산책로가 있어 여행하기 좋은 위치입니다. I had stayed here with my mother a few years ago and had good memories of the hotel, so I decided to visit again with my family. The location is very convenient, close to City Hall and bus stops. The hotel also offers a sauna and breakfast. There is a hospital nearby, which is reassuring in case you get sick while traveling. There is also a local market and a riverside walking path nearby, making it easy to explore the area on foot.

객실의 청결 상태와 문제를 제기했을 때의 직원 대응은 실망스러웠습니다. 주차장에서는 소변 냄새가 났고, 객실 방화문도 처져 있어 제대로 닫히지 않았습니다. 체크인 후 짐을 두고 저녁을 먹고 돌아와 객실을 자세히 보니 청소가 제대로 되지 않은 흔적이 보였습니다. 세면대에는 금발 머리카락이 있었고, 냉장고의 생수 한 병은 절반 정도 마신 상태였습니다. 객실 배정 전 확인이 제대로 이루어졌는지 의문이 들었습니다. 변기 물을 내리면 욕실 바닥으로 물이 새는 문제도 있었습니다. 특히 야경을 보려고 커튼을 열었을 때, 창문에 먼지가 잔뜩 쌓여 있었고 이전 투숙객이 먼지 위에 그린 그림과 오래되어 보이는 거미줄까지 남아 있었습니다. 프런트에 말씀드리자 “거미가 다시 줄을 친 것 같다”는 답변을 받았습니다. 오래된 것 같다고 말씀드렸지만 대응이 친절하게 느껴지지는 않았습니다. 객실이 만실이라 방을 바꿀 수 없다는 설명을 들은 후 청소를 요청했고, 다음 날 청소해 주신 점은 감사했지만 여전히 먼지가 많이 남아 있었습니다. 전반적으로 객실 관리와 직원의 대응 모두 아쉬웠습니다. Unfortunately, the room was not very clean, and the staff’s response to our concerns was disappointing. The parking area smelled strongly of urine, and the fire door in our room did not close properly. After returning from dinner and taking a closer look at the room, we noticed that it did not seem to have been properly cleaned. There was a blonde hair in the sink, and one of the three complimentary bottles of water in the refrigerator was already half empty. It made us wonder whether the room had been properly checked before we were given it. There was also a problem with the toilet, as water leaked onto the bathroom floor whenever it was flushed. The biggest surprise was the window. We opened the curtains to enjoy the night view, only to find the window covered in dust, with drawings left in the dust by previous guests and old-looking cobwebs. When we mentioned the condition of the window to the front desk, we were told that the cobwebs may have been newly made. The response felt rather dismissive and unfriendly. The hotel was fully booked, so we asked if the room could at least be cleaned. It was cleaned the following day, which we appreciated, although there was still quite a bit of dust. Overall, we were disappointed with both the cleanliness and the way the situation was handled. Unfortunately, we would not choose to stay here again.

The room was big and spacious. There are a lot of restaurants near the hotel. The gym and sauna are decent.

The room lighting is dim. The breakfast variety can be better.

청결도

방이 넓음 청소만 잘해줬어도 훨씬 좋았을듯.

왜인지 모르겠으나 세면대 테이블에 초코케잌 가루 붙어있고 변기에 소변자국도 있었음. 현관쪽에 바선생도 마주쳤는데 애들 재우던차 늦은 시간이라 방 교체 요청은 못하고 남편이 대충 쫓아냄. 근데 벽을 기어오르는 모습 보고 진짜 식겁함. 멘탈털리고 조식 먹을 맛 뚝떨어져서 조식 결제했던거 환불하고 안먹겠다 했더니 정책탓하면서 못해준다그럼. 그래서 바퀴벌레 나온거 관련해서는 보상해주느냐 물으니까 그제서야 내려와서는 선심써주듯이 환불해줌. 남편은 밥 먹는대서 아침에 혼자 조식 다녀왔는데 밥은 어딨는지도 모르겠고 먹을거 없었다고 함. 사람도 없었다고 함. 진주에 가족호텔이 거의 없어서 그나마 웨딩홀 호텔이면 기본은 하겠지 싶어서 간거였는데 방 넓은거 침구류 괜찮은거 빼고는 청소랑 위생이 많이 아쉬웠음. 방역 일주일 전에 했다던데 세면대 초코케잌 가루 봤을때 바퀴벌레가 방역 직후인데도 출몰한건 놀랄 일은 아닌듯....청소에 좀 더 신경써주시길 🙏

위치가 좋아요

아침식사는 보통이었으나, 가격대비 숙소의 컨디션과 크기도 좋고, 헬스장도 있고 출장와서 잠깐 묶을거면 좋습니다.

We had a spacious and well appointed corner room with floor to ceiling glass offering excellent city views. Comfortable bedding. Very clean large luxury bathroom. Excellent gym facilities. Didn’t use the sauna despite having complimentary vouchers. Breakfast voucher for one a little unusual. We purchased a second breakfast which is probably the whole idea behind it. Breakfast menu offerings quite good. Check in strictly not till 3 but we were able to leave our bags. Short walk to the big market. Coffee shop downstairs. Staff were very nice and spoke a little English. A very nice modern hotel we would definitely recommend.

Would have loved an iron and ironing board.

가성비 굿! 시설도 청결도 나쁘지 않았음!

여직원 불친절함. 객실 전등이 너무 어두워 안에서 뭘 할 수가 없음. 다른 객실 화장실에서 담배 핀 냄새 다 올라옴. 이건 호텔의 문제라기보다는 담배를 핀 사람이 교양이 없고 미개한 것이므로 꼭 호텔측의 단점이라고 볼 수는 없음.

방도 넓고 연식에 비해 관리도 잘 되어 온 듯 조식권과 사우나 이용권 제공도 좋았음

낡은 기기(헤어드라이어 파손되어 있음)는 교체하여야 할듯

Location was great with very good amenities! The fitness center had everything i wanted, and close proximity to convenience stores for late night runs

My AirConditioning didnt help cool the room. There was a night where my room went up to 28C, so i had to open the window. I set the AC to cool but it did not help at all.

두번째 숙박인데 프런트 매니저님들이 항상 친절하고 잘 도와주셔서 만족스럽습니다.

Make up room 표시를 했는데 청소가 되지 않고 수건 교체도 하지 않은 날이 있었어요. 욕실 어매니티는 도구가 없이 끼울 수가 없는데 청소하시는 분이 교체해주지 않고 그냥 두고 가셔서, 저녁에 호텔 프런트에서 직접 오셔서 교체해주셨습니다.

조식은 조금 아쉬웠네요

Poor service, foreign hair in the shower, stained towels and bed linens, windows covered with fingerprints and facial smudges, and visible stains on the walls. It was obvious what previous guests did in this room.

진주 내 다른 호텔에 비해 비교적 최근에 지어진 호텔입니다. 전체적으로 시설이 깨끗하고 쾌적해서 좋았습니다. 방이 넓고 깨끗했고 휘트니스와 사우나도 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 1층 로비도 넓고 소파가 많아 대기하기에 적절했고 카페 커피도 꽤나 먹을만합니다.

조식은 다소 실망스러웠습니다. 서비스로 먹는 정도라면 괜찮았겠지만 금액을 지불할 정도는 아니라고 생각됩니다. 방음이 안되는 편입니다. 옆방에 아이들이 있었는데 소리가 꽤나 크게 들렸습니다. 저는 예민한 편이 아니라 넘길만했지만, 아니라면 호실을 이동하는편이 나았을겁니다.

The breakfast is good, with fresh lobster salad and fresh scrambled eggs and orange juice, great coffee and much more. Amazing. There is a great spa/onsen/sauna included, the best on our 3 weeks trip. Parking is right beneath the hotel. Room is spacious and clean. Toilet and bathroom amenities are perfect and of course with a Japanese style bidet.

The futons were thin and the floor was hard concrete, not tatami, making the whole sleeping comfort pretty bad. Make sure to ask for an extra layer before going to sleep.

냉장고가 거의 쉬원하지 않았고, 객실바닥이 머리카락과 먼지 덩어리가 좀 보였습니다. 그리고 수건이 좀 낡아있었습니다

사우나도 있고 좋았습니다

Close to many restaurants however needs some attention to cleanliness. Rooms were huge but a little dark.

주차가 편리했다 정도 외에는 가격에 비해 모든 것이 미흡합니다. 객실 및 욕실 청소 상태, 침구 상태, 편의성 등 오히려 등급 낮은 다른곳 보다 현저히 떨어집니다.

방과 화장실이 굉장히 넓고 침구가 깨끗해요. 컵은 깨끗하지 않네요. 욕실에는 샴프린스클렌저바디로션 디스펜서가 있고 일회용칫솔치약은 없어요. 리셉션에서 챙겨왔는지 물어봐주시는데 챙겨와서 따로 비용이 드는지는 모르겠어요. 사우나 바우처 받아서 가봤고 시설 깨끗한데 공용 샴프 등은 없었어요. 조식은 아주 단촐합니다. 대식가는 약간 아쉬울수도요. 만난 모든 직원들은 매우 친절했습니다.

진주 내에선 가장 후기가 좋아 선택한 숙소였습니다. 처음엔 좀 실망을 했지만 연식이나 도시의 관광성 등을 고려하면 납득할만한 수준의 호텔이었습니다

청결과 직원들이 친절합니다. 침실등이 파손되어 있고 충전코드는 있는데 충전이 안되어요. 겨울인데 온도를 높여도 추워요 ㅠ

Very comfortable thanks to kind employees

Hotel is classy. Front office staff were professional. Lobby's elegant. Gym is fully equipped. Included were vouchers to buffet breakfast catering to both Western and Asian guests. And free entry to Sauna. Spectacular views on second top floor which had ample sunlight coming through. Very clean and bed's super comfortable.

Kettle wasn't working at the start. It turns out there's a problem with the power outlet, you have to push the plug hard. I was dismayed I couldn't use the sauna because I wasn't permitted to go in there using my swimmers. I found only front office staff member (I think her name was Ms Lee) friendly and helpful. Other staff I had encountered were not warm, smiling and approachable. Pricy hotel which I won't mind at all if it was good value for money which to me included friendly, warm and excellent customer service.

The hotel staff was very friendly. The room seemed to be new and the view was nice. We had complementary water in our room. Unfortunately, it was very dirty. We have found trash from the people who lived there before and asked the staff to clean it. It has been removed but not cleaned. It was OK but not very komfortable.

1 night on a business trip. Town is quiet on an afternoon but evenings there are plenty of great Korean BBQ family run restaurants along the street. Room is spacious with comfy firm bed and Aircon (Aircon and light controls are next to bed in wall unit which took a bit of detective work!) Huge room with dividing partition. Free WiFi. Fridge with free water. Super powerful shower Left bags there all day no issue whilst went for meetings. Didn't use sauna /spa but was available for free. Definitely stay here again when on local business. (European male. Mid 50's)

No plug sockets next to bed ...but getting out of bed to turn off phone alarm gets you up and awake! Breakfast was enough but not a great choice. Scrambled eggs, kimchi, coffee, pastries, rice, fruit. (Maybe a good thing as you just eat a normal breakfast!)

It has a public bathroom. It's wonderful.

에어컨 청소가 전혀 되어 있지 못하고 바닦 청소가 안되어 먼지와 머리카락 그대로 보였씀 비데는 작동하지 않았슴 공간 넓었지만 아쉬움이 많아보이네요

부대시설 특히 사우나 넓고 편리하게 잘되어 있어 잘 사용했고 룸욕실 만찬가지 만족했어요 편안하게 잘쉬고 갑니다

무난해요. 방의 크기가 꽤 넓은 편이어서 그건 좋았어요. 샤워실에 코너선반이 떨어졌나본데 설치를 안해놓아서 샴푸, 비누를 올려놓고 샤워할 수가 없더군요. 어려운 것도 아니고 꼭 필요한 것이니 하루 속히 선반을 매달아 놓으셔야 겠어요. 기본인데.

첫인상은 와 괜찮은데 였어요 방도 크고 테이블.소파. 옷장도 두쪽 선반도 많아 물품을 둘곳도 많고 복도도 넓어서 방음도 잘되는것같고 그런데 그다음부터 눈에 띄는것은 모두 문제더라구요 바닥에 머리카락수북 에어콘은 작동안되고 먼지 잔뜩 끼어있고 금고도 작동안되고.. 복도카펫에 먼지까지 여기는 기본이 청소 많이불량이더라구요 티켓을 주셔서 방문한 사우나는..시설은 아주 좋은것같은데...하수구마다 시꺼먼 물때가 바닥홈엔 누런물때가 가득해서 많이 가본건 아니지만 제가 경험한 사우나중 최악의 청소상태네요 피트니스랑 주차는 제가 간날은 괜찮았고 조식도 많지않지만 괜찮은편이었어요 시설이 좋은편인데 유지에 문제가 있는것같아 많이 아쉽네요

O ar condicionado do quarto é muito ruim. Vento em cima da cama e fica ligando e desligando a noite toda. Fica muito frio ou muito quente. Nao consegui dormir direito por causa disso. Reclamei na recepção, mas nao consertaram. O suporte de toalhas no banheiro esta a quebrado. Hotel muito bom, mas precisa de manutenção.

테라스에 담배 꽁초가 수북하게 쌓여있었음. 옆방의 소음 때문에 잠을 못잘 정도.

The hotel is ok. I biggest problem is that you have no control over the A/C unit. Yes there is a panel on the wall but it really does nothing. The heat will cycle on without you even doing anything. You will turn it on say at 22:00 and at 02:00, while you're asleep, the heat will pop on. So at that point it wakes you up and then you have to go downstairs and tell the desk person to turn your A/C back on. This is not just me but my colleagues who are here with me and the one before had this same problem. I believe the panel on the wall is just to make you fell like you have control, but you really don't. God help you if you came in the summertime.

청결하고 사우나도 좋아요. 무료조식(1인)도 음식종류가 많지눈 않아도, 딱 먹을만한 것들로 알차고 맛있어요. 또 방문하고 싶네요.^^

사우나에 온돌에 간단한 조식에 가성비 좋은 호텔입니다.

방이 넓고 주변이 조용합니다. 침구류, 화장실 상태도 아주 깨끗하고 양호합니다.

최신시설이라 대체적으로 만족했으나 체크인하자마자 테이블에 먼지, 머그컵에 검은때 유리창은 좀 닦아야 될듯요..

연박 했는데, 청소 안되고, 샴푸도 비치 안되고, 조식도 별로 였습니다. 추천은 못드리겠네요.

침대가 2개여서 3인 가족 여행하기 좋았고, 금액대비 방사이즈도 커서 답답함이 없었어요

I booked the ONDOL type room for four people, but there were only three bedding sets, and the futon size was too thin for the hard floor, so I could not sleep well. We were told we would have to pay extra for another person, so the options were not good.

Geräumiges Zimmer mit schöner Sitzecke und fantastischer Aussicht aus der 10. Etage. Sehr komfortabel. Gute Restaurants in Laufnähe. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert.

The hotel is fairly nice, modern, just a bit dated. Rooms are kept well. Just sound proofing is not that great. You get free Korean style spa ticket which we enjoyed. Free morning breakfast is okay (I'm a Marriott member and it's somewhat comparable to that).

더블배드와 싱글배드가 있는 룸으로 실내공간이 매우 넓었다. 이 금액에 최고 천장높이도 매우 높고 아늑하며 샤워, 화장실도 매우 넓고 청결하였다. 아침 조식도 부패로 충분히 다양한 음식으로 넉넉히 먹을 수 있었다. 샤우나는 조금 실망이다 금액은 좋았으나 건식 사우나나 습식사우나 시설은 실망 스럽다(유성관광호텔보다 매우 낮은 퀄리티) 개선 되었으면 좋겠다. 1층 커피숍은 웨이닝커피숍으로 추천 하고 싶지만 인테리어가 좀 실망. . .원두도 좀 다양 했으면 좋겠다

방이 아주 넓고 화장실도 깨끗하고 충분한 크기를 갖고 있습니다. 주변도 조용하고 직원들도 친절하여 좋은 인상을 받았습니다.

spacious room and isle. Very quiet and comfort bed. free parking with lots of parking space at the building. free Sauna for each day. Will recommend to every one who visiting Jinju to stay at this hotel.

There is only one employee working during the night time so room service was not great.

チェクイン当日の部屋は掃除がされておらず、浴室からベット辺りまで長い髪の毛がかなり沢山の量が落ちていた。テーブルのホコリも拭かれておらず白かった。 チェクイン自体はスムーズで良かった。

The property is amazingly big. it has two bedrooms and two bathroom.

The room with perfect view and pretty big, supplied with everything. The staff was also very kind and helpful.

I am not sure, but the location must be not the best, at least a little bit far away from the main touristic places. 45 Minutes walking is needed)

룸 컨디션 특히 침구류는 깨끗하고 좋았습니다. 조식을 한 이후 커피를 더 마시려고 재입장하려하니 제재하시던데 이게 원칙적으로 맞는건진 모르겠지만 상식적으론 이해가 가질 않네요

Location of the hotel is not the best to stay in the city. The neighborhood is a industrial area.

The hotel itself is very nice. Big and clean room, nice installations, good breakfast. The staff is very polite and try to be helpul. An issue is the fact part of the staff does not speak english, making It difficult to communicate. The hotel location is something not so good. It is located in an industrial area of the city. It takes some distance to reach restaurants and leisure options. It is a good option for a business trip.
