위치가 너무 좋음. 주변 먹거리 많음.

수건이 너무 적음, 옆방 물쓰는 소리까지 들림.

객실이 깔끔하고, 침구도 좋음. 방에 스타일러 있어서 완전 감동. 체크아웃 날 조식이 없는 날이었는데 얼음요청을 흔쾌히 받아서 제공해준 직원의 친절함도 감사드립니다.

체크인시 직원의 태도가 친절함 전혀 없는 너무 딱딱함. 무엇보다 언어전달력 미흡.

Need more food variety at breakfast for vegetarian

The location was great and I really liked that I could do laundry there. It was conveniently placed within the city and I appreciated that I always had complimentary toiletries every day. I liked that the beds were on the firmer side too and that I could watch netflix because someone else was still signed in.

The breakfast was not complimentary nor was it worth the price.

Great location and great cost.

The 1 thing I would change is for them to add shower doors or curtains. Water splashes everywhere.

The room was very nice and the area was really great

Shower was odd, no storage for clothes and not being able to control the heat and air was disappointing

창문 밖에 거미가 넘 많아 열수 없고 탁자에 먼지가 가득 화장실 샤워기 물줄기는 제각각 온통 곰팡이가 천지 스타일러에는 물이 줄줄 수건은 얼룩덜룩

Hotel is very clean, in very good location with variety of restaurants around.

Breakfast could start little bit earlier - around 6:30 am . I was not able to have a breakfast due to the late serving time.

The bathroom had a strong sewer odor all night, which made it hard to sleep. At first, I thought I was just being too sensitive, so I decided to wait, but the smell got worse overnight. I requested a room change in the morning, took a shower, and checked out right after.

Very nice location on the river side. Very quiet and nice area for a walk or run. Many nice Korean restaurants very close by.

Not «western» type breakfast and coffee. 7-11 was the best option for breakfast. Crackers and ice coffee worked as well.

3인 투숙에 연휴기간 숙박비까지 오른 상황이라면 투숙객 편의를 위해 카드키는 2장씩 줘야되지 않을까요? 명절연휴에 유등축제 기간이라고 가격이 오르면 그에 걸맞은 서비스가 제공되어야 합니다. 숙박인원을 고려한 수건과 어메니티 비치도 미흡하고 문고리에 걸어두고 예약시 안내된 조식이나 런치박스 이용도 제약이 있더군요 저렴한 비지니스호텔이지만 한철 노리고 손님받는 듯한 느낌이 들어 재방문의사는 안드네요

The mattresses were really hard it’s uncomfortable.

Great hotel, still a very new property. Easy check in and very modern room. Only downside for a westerner is the beds were very hard. Otherwise, a great stay.

주차장은 찾기 편하고 늦은 시간에 입실 했는데 주차자리가 많이 남아 있었어요~ 다만 주차공간이 좁아 차가 크다면 조금 번거로울 수 있습니다. 늦은 시간이라

강뷰로 숙소경험하니 조용함. 신도시도 보이고 저멀리 산등성이도 고즈넉함. 입실시만 쫌. 나머진 귿. 주변 명소이동도 편리하고 맛집 아닌 맛집들이 가까이 있음. 자가 아니더라도 콜도 달 됨.

침대가 상당히 딱딱했습니다. 천정에 설치되어있는 에어컨에 초록색 불이 항상 켜져있는데 상당히 밝아서 수면에 방해가 됩니다. 화장실 욕조에 샤워커튼이 없어서 샤워할때 물이 밖으로 튑니다. 수건에서 퀴퀴한 냄새가 났습니다. 세면대 근처에 전기 콘센트가 없어서 드라이어를 침실에서 사용해야 합니다.

위치가 좋았고 깨끗해서 더욱더 좋았습니다.

체크인시 리셉션 남자직원 무슨말인지 하나도 알아들을수가없다. 호텔의 첫얼굴인대 말이나 태도교육이 시급한거같다. 객실청소하시는 외국인직원들은 친절하다.

주변 경관이 아름답고 깔끔합니다. 아들 공군 입대때문에 예약했는데 좋았어요. 근처에 편의시설이 너무 잘되어있더군요. 롯데마트 CGV 편의점등

Very clean and comfortable room with a nice view out over the river.

Breakfast was not too convenient but there was a lovely cafe across the bridge.

Great location within walking distance from Lotte Mall, restaurants and shops. LG Styler equipped in the room makes business travel a lot easier.

Coffees (in the tea bag) in the room did not taste good. Instant coffees could have been better.

The location is quite ok. LotteMall is directly opposite. The direct sourrounding seems to be a bit deserted.

There are plenty of things.....at first an absolut absurd bath installation with a bathtub and a shower head without any splash protection. Taking a shower is flooding the bathroom. Further more there was black fungus in the grouting which would have been possible to be removed. The bed and the couch is rock hard and really rock. I slept more comfortable on the floor during army service. There is neither a wardrobe nor any drawer to store your clothing. Below the amenity basket wasn't cleaned for a long time

아침 식사가 월요일은 안됨. 주니어스위트인데, 큰 타월은 하나만 줌. 2일, 3일째는 청소를 안하고 타월과 어메니티를 봉투에 넣어서 문에 걸어두고 감. 근처에 롯데몰이 있고 주변에 식당도 많음. 산책로도 아주 좋음.

It was clean.

Room was quite tiny while bathroom was large.Rooms were dark due to small windows. Lots of parking slots but each parking space was too small for large vehicles. The hotel was far from most tourists’ attractions.

객실 내부가 어두운 편, 침대는 하드한 편이나 잠자기에불편하진 않음, 화장대에선 약간 냄새가 났다. 방에 안마의자와 드레서가 있었다. 조식 티켓 2장 구매했는데 당일 한정이란 말을 못들었었으나 시간이 지났다고 환불, 도시락 싸주는 것등 안된다 해서 실망이 좀 됐다. 이 날짜에 진주에서 가장 비싼 호텔이여서 예약했는데…실망이 좀 되었다. 기념일이라 갔는데..기념일이라 가는건 비추, 출장이리면 오케이

테스크 직원이 많이 친절해서 좋았습니다 방음도 잘 되어있고 무엇보다 주차공간에 여유가 있어서 다른 호텔보다 분명 편한 부분이 있었습니다

객실은 깨끗합니다. 침구 매우 깨끗하고 편안합니다. 방금 잘 되고, 소파 책상 등도 편안합니다. 다만 욕실 청소는 신경 써야 합니다. 욕실에 락스 냄새가 좀 납니다. 샤워부스 안쪽 벽면과 아래 부분 곰팡이가 제법 있네요.

너무 별로에요 카드키도 하나에

깨끗하고 직원 친철합니다. 다만 뷰가 없고 주변 식당이 많지가 않아요 차로 이동해야 합니다.

The location is not very central without a car

특히 스타일러가 있어서 최고로 좋았다. 여행중 구겨진 옷을 깨끗하게 정리해줘서 최고예요

혁신도시 가까이 있어 편리하고 주변에 갈 곳도 많으나 직원의 서비스 태도와 말투는 조금 불편했습니다. 화장실도 깨꿋하지 않았고 수건도 좀 오래된 듯한데 앞으로 개선되어 지길 기대해 봅니다.

Despite it being Sunday and facing challenges in connecting with the car insurance company, Mr. Hong's persistent efforts and kindness ensured a smooth resolution to the problem. I am deeply grateful for his help and extend my sincere thanks for his exemplary service. I wholeheartedly recommend the Brown Dot Hotel Jinju to anyone visiting Jinju. I am eagerly looking forward to my next visit to this hotel.

우선, 화장실에 전기코드가 없음, 그런곳은 처음봄, 간단한 조식이 무료라고하여 아침에 이용하였는데 제대로된 커피도 없었고 양도 모자라 나중에온 사람들은 먹지도 못하고 갔습니다. 차라리 조식을 안하느니만 못하는 수준입니다. 저희뿐만 아니라 다른 이용객들도 조식을 보고 당황스러워하였음... 이게뭔가 싶었고 투숙객들 농락하는것같았음... 비추천합니다. 룸에 머리카락도 많았고 제대로 청소가 안된것같습니다. 그렇다고 프로트 데스크 서비스도 좋은것도 아니고 다음에는 전국 브라운 도트 호텔 모두 이용하지 않기로 마음먹었습니다.

Hotel located in a nice area with various stores, restaurant and buses to reach the city center. The room is well equipped with bathroom amenities, towels, hair dryer, etc. The room has a bathtub and view on the river. Good wifi and elevator to access the room.

The room could be a bit cleaner (hair in the bathroom, a bit of dust,...). Not very quiet as the room is not well insulated and noises from corridors can be heard (housekeeping, other guests).

깨끗하고 편했습니다.

지은지 얼마 안된 건물이라 깔끔하게 보이는데. 실제로는 방 구석구석 먼지가 많이 있다. 조금만 신경 쓰면 더 깔끔해서. 담에도 오고싶어 질것 같은데.. 아쉽다..

어미니티에빗이 있었으면좋겠어요

Front desk person was a hassle even after I showed him my Expedia confirmation, he pretended to not understand and made my check-in difficult. The bed is rock hard and made sleeping extremely uncomfortable. I would never stay here again.
