Reviewed Aug 29, 2026Close to Coney Island and the subway. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful and courteous. Housekeeping staff were very obliging. Wifi was patchy but ok.
The trend of providing coffee and tea sachets, creamer, a stick to stir, and paper cups is a backward step. The ridiculous "coffee maker" is a crude development in the room facility service and would be better omitted. It seems to be a current trend in the USA. Otherwise no complaints except that the lighting of the room was quite poor. The area is rather industrial and the area around the hotel is rather forbidding, especially at night. It is a shame there are no restaurants within easy reach. Otherwise it was ok but i felt it was still overpriced. I would not stay there again as a solo female traveller.

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026Clean, perfect beds, towels are white and fluffy, good water pressure in the shower. Perfect breakfast with waffles, fruits and coffee. Visitors mainly tourists from Europe, families with kids.
The area around the hotel is a construction site. You can’t see the hotel behind all of the buildings. Generator has died at night, so WiFi didn’t work and there’s no cell service on lower level.

The room we were given overlooked a very dirty parking lot and storage area with discarded and decaying furniture The staff at the front desk did not appear to be well trained and needed assistance Breakfast was mediocre The room was clean but the hotel definitely needs an upgrade

Reviewed Aug 6, 2026It was a typical hotel. Fairly decent and breakfast was included. Associates were nice. Walking to Coney Island was simple and took only 20 minutes.
Rooms were expensive & I'm glad I saved some money by reserving my stay through "Booking" because what I could ascertain is the cost would have been doubled! Considering the location was surrounded by some type of truck garages, the location was iffy..best to use the "buddy system" when walking around.

Customer service first of all. I tried calling the property countless times, NO ONE EVER ANSWERED! Can you believe that? And then I sent them a message via booking requesting a call back, and they messaged back saying to contact the company. I ALREADY TRIED BUT THERE WAS NO ANSWER! Second cleanliness of the room and bathroom. Nasty.

Zona così così, vicino ai ponti della sopraelevata. Servono 20-25’ per arrivare al mare. Camere piccole e claustrofobiche. Costosissimo, con un pessimo rapporto qualità prezzo.
