Gosto da tranquilidade do local, que é bem gostosinho de andar e tem estação de metrô por perto. As comodidades do hotel são boas, com café e água disponíveis 24h para os hóspedes (e não é qualquer café, é um café com grãos especiais, moído na hora, delicioso) e tem uma academia relativamente bem equipada. Já é a segunda vez que me hospedo aqui, e acho a equipe ótima também. São prestativos, bastante dispostos a ajudar e, inclusive, quando tivemos um problema de cancelamento de voo que nos impediu de fazer o check-in na data marcada, resolveram nosso caso com muita gentileza e eficiência. Com certeza, recomendo demais!

Acho que poderiam pensar em melhorias quanto ao isolamento acústico, pois acabamos ouvindo ruídos de outros quartos (ao lado, em cima, em baixo, rsrsrs), e o café da manhã poderia ser mais variado, pois todos os dias servem exatamente as mesmas coisas.

Breakfast. The hot food was not refilled past 9am. Saw the staff started putting food away 10min before breakfast hours ended. Very limited selections of bagels.

Location Convenience. Close by to eateries and is in a generally safe neighborhood. My room was very clean and modern looking. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Room was on the small side, even though I had a king size bed, there wasn’t much space for a closet or dresser for clothes.

El personal de recepción no es lo suficientemente amable. No se pudo conseguir un taxi en la zona. El colmo que el hotel no le ayude a sus huéspedes a conseguir taxi.

24/7 Coffee in the lobby, but no in-room coffee maker is an interesting trade off. I'd go for in-room myself.

I got lucky and parked on a side street to drop off bags. It's not clear what one should do for a drop off zone.

They charged me twice , withdrew extra 1500$ extra and refused to refund it , they love charging you twice as you will find other reviews having same experience, they also took 50$ extra as deposit though the payment was totally done ,I spent my whole stay in a dirty small room as my pocket money for the trip was taken by the receptionist and refused to be refunded, my stayed was from 9th to -15th June and I left the hotel without my money being refunded and without an apology. The receptionist Zef once he was me checking in started to ask so personal questions regarding my marriage that made me so embarrassed which is so unprofessional, he was rude and aggressive as well . They have no room service. Breakfast is extremely poor and bad My room stayed / days without being cleaned My trip was totally ruined due to my wrong choice of this hotel & as a British Doctor i advice everyone not to go there

I checked into this hotel on June 10, 2026, after a grueling 18-hour drive with my mother. Our arrival was met with hostility and irrelevant questions from an employee named Zaf. It was incredibly intimidating, especially considering the hospitality industry. As I was checking in, I noticed a man walking in and out angrily. Zaf claimed he was upset because he had to pay, which was completely irrelevant to me. His unprofessional and rude behavior made the situation even more unpleasant. Fast forward to the 13th, around 10 or 11 am. I was searching online for better rates because the prices they charged Are absurd. I had also experienced terrible management and customer service. Determined to resolve the issue, I went up to the desk. The manager, Naji Kotob (also known as the owner), was not friendly or welcoming. He persistently insisted that the availability I was seeing online was not real and refused to let me change rooms. He even lied about having different-sized rooms. I politely requested to book directly, but he informed me that the rooms were completely booked. the day before, Zaf had been informed that I would be extending my stay by a few days, and that they were fully booked at that point. It was 11:30 am, and I had already walked up to my room, gathered my belongings, and checked out. Despite my efforts, I was left with no choice but to accept the situation. I strongly advise anyone considering staying at this hotel to read the reviews. They consistently report similar issues and scams. I am still waiting for the return of 150 worth of my deposit. It will be a challenging battle, you won’t be keeping my money Naji Kotob. To add insult to injury, I was also given linens that were dirty . I will upload them below.

Clean, quiet, and comfortable. Wonderful friendly staff! Not a huge room but good for NYC. I would stay here again.

Troppo costoso non ci vale tutti quei soldi ho pagato una camera molto spartana e rumorosa circa 435 dollari , ci siamo avvicinati verso aeroporto ma abbiamo speso di più che in albergo a due passi da time square , troppo piccola la camera colazione minimal

Very clean and comfortable. Housekeeping is nice, bathrooms are bright, high quality shampoo and soaps. Was able to check in 2 hours earlier at no additional cost. Great stay, pretty decent breakfast!

Grab and go breakfast was great, but for the grab option, it would be nice to have some to go containers, just small ones... I almost dropped my omlette on the way out the door to my cab

The front door didnt work after hours. Two of the four night desk attendants disappeared for 30-40 minutes at LEAST TWICE in my three nights. Then one of them was basically trying to fight me. The price is ridiculous. The room is a shoe box. Id never stay there again.

The staff were rude and the room smell

There was a guest smoking weed below us which it got into our room and made our first night very unpleasant. The hotel refused to compensate us because it was a non-smoking building.

I’ve been staying at the hotel since it opened. It has gotten worse and worse in terms of cleanliness, and the friendliness of the staff, there’s also a lot of individuals that are out of their minds that are renting the hotel room rooms. It is no longer safe. I was there and there was an incident that happened where I was approached by a woman I didn’t know, and they called the police on me and proceeded to kick me out, even though the police said I did nothing wrong. That would be the supervisor of the people that clean, as the boy Kevin on the front desk saw everything happened and he didn’t stop it because I’m sure he saw that I wasn’t doing anything and he knows Me. I think this is a disgusting way to treat guests, especially guests that I’ve been staying at the hotel for 2 to 3 to 4 years.

The rooms were very dirty, there was no order, the breakfast. Most of the machines were broken, the rooms were dirty and had peoples hair all over them, there were no slippers, the only nice thing was the front desk.

All three people we met at the front desk were extremely professional extremely personable very friendly and made us feel very comfortable I believe their names were Gulshat, Princess and Azad, I could have the names wrong. (Lol) .... but everybody was really really nice .... we met the manager Naji as well and also is very gracious.... glad they turned Nathan's into such a nice hotel

The property is safe and clean, the room size is adequate, the staff are friendly and helpful, parking is readily available on the streets, there is 24-hour coffee service, and breakfast is sufficient. We were more than satisfied
