Das erste Hotelzimmer .Was sie uns angeboten haben.

Für zwei Nächte vollkommen ausreichend. Eine perfekte Lage, mitten in der Innenstadt, fünf Minuten vom Bahnhof weg. Ja, es ist das Bahnhofsviertel direkt um die Ecke. Wer nicht weiß was das ist, sollte dort nicht buchen, wenn das stören sollte. Mich hat es nicht gestört, denn vor dem Hotel war es ruhig und sauber und das den ganzen Tag über. Auch innen, ausreichendes und sauberes Zimmer, was will man mehr. Freundlicher Empfang und Mitarbeiter muss natürlich auch erwähnt werden.

Ja, der Fahrstuhl ist sehr klein. Zwei Leute mit Gepäck, wenn man alle Augen zu drückt, sonst bleibt nur die Treppe. Hatte mein Zimmer im 6. Stock, da muss man noch ein paar Treppen hochlaufen, da der Fahrstuhl nur bis in den fünften geht. Frühstücksbüffet war ok, hätte ruhig etwas mehr Auswahl sein können. Sehr Standard und mit 14€ dafür zu teuer.

Direkte Lage zum Hauptbahnhof. Als Zwischenunterkunft zum Airport ideal. Frühstück war sehr gut.

Der Straßenlärm war furchtbar und raubte jeglichen Schlaf. Direkt an einer Hauptstraße gelegen, minütlich fuhr die Straßenbahn lang. Gegenüber ein Späti mit entsprechendem, lärmenden Klientel davor.

Harstikke schoon, kleine maar nette kamer met een goed bed en airco.

Gelegen direct tegenover het station, zeer goed bereikbaar maar omringd door drugsgebruikers.

Ekstremt dårligt - sælger lydisoleret værelse, mens det ikke er tilfældet. Skulle sove og være frisk til dagen efter. Det var umuligt efter kl. 06:00. Måtte flytte efter 1 dag ud af 2, da det slet ikke var som de solgte det. Nu vil de ikke kompensere den sidste nat, og må derfor køre en retssag for at få den ene overnatning refunderet.

The attitude of one member of reception to a member of our group regarding the bedding arrangement. A twin room was booked but a double room was allocated. The receptionist refused to reallocate to a twin room of which one was available but only at an increased room price. All other members of staff were very helpful as one would expect.

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was not good. What bothered me most was the large number of people using drugs in the area surrounding the hotel, as well as the shouting and disturbing behavior nearby. Overall, the atmosphere in the area is uncomfortable, and I believe many guests may not feel safe in such surroundings.

the hotel is great for the money you pay but the location is horrible, and by that I mean that the hotel is surrounded by drog addics and homeless people that make you feel soo! unsafe even walking around during the day.

L’hotel è molto bello, è facile da raggiungere perché si trova a due passi dalla stazione per cui è molto comodo per chi vuole spostarsi e girare la città. Le camere sono ampie e pulite ed il personale è cordiale.

Purtroppo l’unica pecca è la zona, trovandosi vicino la stazione la sera c’è un grande via vai di persone anche molto poco raccomandabili. Noi non siamo riusciti ad uscire di sera a causa dell’alto numero di persone che voleva importunarci.

Camera spaziosa e ben insonorizzata, tranquillo.

Pagare i 30€ per il cagnolino x due giorni, un po' esagerato. Moquette nei corridoi sporca. La posizione è comoda al centro ma purtroppo ad ogni ora del giorno è letteralmente invasa da tossici, spacciatori, barboni.

Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet, sehr sauber. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die Lage ist nah an der Messe und am Hauptbahnhof. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist in Ordnung.

Die Umgebung ist laut und schmutzig. Das nimmt man in Kauf, wenn man ein bezahlbares Hotel an der Messe bucht.

Da proximidade com a estação central de trens que usamos

Chegamos próximo das 24h (meia noite), e a porta estava fechada sem ninguém na portaria. O entorno do local é frequentado por usuários de drogas o que nos deixou expostos. Somente depois que gritei na porta apareceu um funcionário que abriu a porta.

非常满意，整个酒店干净，房间也干净整洁，有冰箱、空调、热水充足，床稍显软，睡了有点腰酸背痛，员工很NICE！送了小礼物给她们表示感谢！

Good facilities

Sehr schöne kleine Lobby mit Bar, beide 24/7 mit Personal besetzt, eher ungewöhnlich in dieser Preisklasse. Das Zimmer war sauber, die Klimaanlage funktionierte, alles wie es sein soll. Sollte ich wieder einmal nach Frankfurt fahren, dann geht's wieder ins Manhattan 👍

The rooms and walls could be cleaner. The elevator is very tiny. Please replace the carpet in the room with a cleaner one. No big screens outside windows.

In camera tripla il terzo letto è aggiunto. La zona della stazione è, purtroppo, pericolosa e mal frequentata.

Gut funktionierende Klimaanlage

Mitarbeiter sind nicht gerade freundlich und haben, verbotenerweise meine ID als Pfand einbehalten. Als ich abreissen wollte, hat man 20 Minuten gebraucht, um meine Identitätskarte wieder zu finden, was dazu geführt hat, dass ich mein Zug verpasst habe. Das Hotel weigert sich, die Mehrkosten zu erstatten. Der Aufzug ist furchtbar klein.

Early Check In möglich, eigener Balkon, gute Klimaanlage, sehr ruhig trotz Hbf-Lage, alles sauber, keine Probleme trotz problematischer Lage, man sieht mal 1-2 Junkies, die einen in Ruhe lassen und das war's, 24/7 Rezeption, Aufzug vorhanden, sehr netter Mitarbeiter am Empfang - top! Zum Frühstück kann ich nichts sagen, hole mir meistens außerhalb was wegen Preis/Leistungsverhältnis.

Mir hat besonders die gute Lage in der Nähe des Hauptbahnhofs gefallen. Außerdem war das Hotel sauber.

Mir hat nicht gefallen, dass bei der Minibar im Zimmer keine Preise angegeben waren und es auch keinen Hinweis darauf gab, dass die Getränke extra bezahlt werden müssen. Dass ich die Getränke später bezahlen musste, war für mich grundsätzlich kein Problem. Allerdings fand ich die Preise sehr überhöht – teilweise etwa dreimal so teuer wie im Supermarkt. Bei dem Preis, den ich bereits für eine Nacht im Hotel bezahlt habe, hätte ich insgesamt eine bessere Leistung und mehr Transparenz erwartet.

El hotel es moderno y las habitaciones son decentes. Cama cómoda y baño nuevo. Tenía AC y nevera, algo que apenas estábamos encontrando en los 7 hoteles anteriores que cogimos en Alemania.

Cuando pides cuna para bebé nunca se acuerdan de poner colchón y al final el niño duerme sobre la estructura (tuvimos que mullirlo con el nórdico). Tampoco pusieron toalla para el niño, como si no se bañara. Lo peor de todo sin duda es la zona. Delante de la estación está lleno de indigentes que se drogan a plena luz del día, venden droga y se pelean entre ellos. El hotel es como el sitio seguro al que llegar después de varias calles que generan mucha inseguridad.

Das Zimmer war zwar groß und man hatte viel Platz.

Der Fußboden war nicht so gut, sollte mal erneuert werden. Es gab kein Frühstück, weil die Dame krank war. Wir mussten in ein anderes Hotel zum frühstücken gehen. Dort im Hotel, war das Essen nicht gekühlt ( Käse, Aufschnitt, Joghurt) Das geht meiner Meinung gar nicht, bei diesen hohen Temperaturen. Es war leider nicht gut gewesen.

Hotell liegt sehr zentral, keine 5 min vom Hbf entfernt

Ausgewiesen mit 4 Sterne, naja eher zwei bis drei Sterne. Extrem hellhöriges Zimmer, man hört eigentlich alles sobald jemand über denn flur spaziert. Zimmer war dezent dreckig (Fußboden) Dusche Badewanne nicht zum Baden nutzbar da der Stöpsel fehlte. Gebucht wurde ein Französisches Bett, erhalten jedoch nur zwei Einzelbetten. Klientel vor der Hotel das typische Frankfurter, von Junkies bis hin zu dauerhaften Bettlern. Hotel-Personal nicht sonderlich motiviert und freundlich. Preis-Leistung stimmt in diesem Hotel nicht. Einmal & nie wieder.

Nettes Personal, sauberes Zimmer, nah am Bahnhof

Ich war nur etwas überrascht das die Getränke die im Zimmer im Kühlschrank standen ich beim aushecken bezahlen musste, keiner sagte mir etwas davon, für 2 kleine Wasser Flaschen und drei kleine Limonaden hatte ich 17€ Euro bezahlt, wenigstens das Wasser konnte kostenlos angeboten werden, vor allem da dort keine Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer war, meistens alle Hotels bitten Wasser und Kaffee ohne kosten an, nach meiner Meinung für 20€ mehr könnte man schon besseres Hotel buchen , na ja hab nur zur Info geschrieben damit jeder weiß was auf ihn zukommt

Die Lage am Hauptbahnhof ist gut, auf dem kurzen Weg dahin kommt man aber leider durch die Ausläufer der Drogenszene. Kann das Hotel nichts dafür.

Das wenn man über 24 Stunden wach ist und einfach nur ins Bett möchte, man angekackt und extra Geld zahlen muss obwohl diverse Zimmer frei waren und sich dann anhören zu müssen dass man unfreundlich sei !

Freundliche Mitarbeiter, an sich sehr sauber. Nur ein kleiner Mangel,dass der Mülleimer im Bad voll war mit Windeln und Binden. Kein schöner Anblick, aber kann mal passieren. Betten sehr bequem. Dusche sauber. Alles in allem kann ich das Hotel empfehlen.

Location excellent to railway station.

Beware of this hotel. Despite booking a twin room end up with a double bed. Friends booked this hotel after us and checked in after us yet they got a single room. The manger had no leeway despite single rooms be available. AVOID this hotel without a guarantee of the type of room allocated. Sharp practices to ensure as many rooms as possible are taken. I won't use this hotel again.

Hotelzimmer schmutzig, Möbel beschädigt oder abgenutzt, Glasplatte Tisch beschädigt, Bad viel zu klein ohne Ablagemöglichkeiten, Dusche Schimmelbefall, Toilette defekt, Wascharmaturen abgenutzt. Frühstück kein frisches Obst und wenig Auswahl. Zimmer mit Stadtblick entpuppte sich als Zimmer mit Blick auf den Hof inklusive Lärmbelästigung. Vom Betreiber hochgelobte Kunst im Hotel habe ich leider nicht entdecken können.

The reception and bar were lovely, the room was very clean.

Location (although close to the train station, we didn't feel comfortable walking about). Unsure what was in the middle of the ceiling in the bathroom but my daughter didn't like it nor the plugs in the bath so unable to use shower. Lots of outside noise from people drinking on the streets. The bar not opening until much later.

I had a wonderful stay at the Manhattan Hotel in Frankfurt. The location is excellent—just a short walk from the main train station, making it very convenient for getting around the city. The staff were welcoming, professional, and always happy to help with any questions.

The Hotel is very nice with lovely staff - breakfast was also fantastic, a very good variety of lovely breads, etc.. Staff was really helpful - first night I was given a smaller room and next day I was able to change the room to a bigger room.
