Grand Hotel Downtown - Frankfurt Central Station - Boutique Design Hotel

Кімната дуже затишна та стильна, для мене одної вона була нормальна, для двох, мабуть замала. Гарне ліжко, прикольне світло і важливі приладдя які потрібні для життя (чай, шапка для душу, навіть крем та набір для шиття). В номерах чисто , прибирають добре , немає шуму від сусідів , багато дзеркал , холодильник, чайник, все дуже добре. Готель знаходиться недалеко від вокзалу і від магазинів продуктів - це важливо. Особливо хочу відмітити персонал прибиральників. Стукали в двері, щоб не турбувати людей і особливо, коли я виїжджала, прибиральник притримав мені ліфт та поки ми їхали спитав як мені було спати і як сподобався їх номер . Тобто ставлення мене підкорило.

Не сподобалось те, що вікна виходили просто в іншу будівлю , де на мене дивились люди, і вночі було дуже шумно, я повинна була закрити вікно і не було чим дихати, бо не знайшла кондиціонер або вентиляцію. Також сніданки не входили у вартість, тому я купувала собі їжу .

Il letto era piccolo, ma proprio corto per una persona alta 1.9, ho dovuto dormire inclinato, inaccettabile. Doccia sporca, lavandino microscopico, nessun frigobar. La zona è pericolosissima piena di drogati e barboni.

Unfortunately, not the Hotel's fault, the location has a lot of drug users, not a very good area of the city now

Location for getting around the city is awesome....

Although safe at the hotel, the area has a lot of drugs and therefore drug users all night. I certainly wouldn't stay there with my family or allow my daughter to stay there.

Sehr laut. Sowohl die Straße als auch die Reinigungsarbeiten ab 8 Uhr morgens im Hotel im Flur und Treppenhaus. Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert.

Staff at the desk were friendly and understanding. Checking in and out was smooth.

Mould on the ceiling to the point of a nearly collapsing roof. Dirt and hair on the bed. Scratches along all the walls. Warped walls near the door. The room was cramped and small. The AC for the toilet and the room was incredibly loud. The bed was worn and faded. The hotel is centered in the middle of the red light district. There are local drug addicts and dealers who linger in front of the hotel.

It was clean and the breakfast was goid

It was very noisy at night and we couldn't sleep well. On the street you could see several drug addicts making noise at night, distributing drugs and polluting the street.

The breakfast was excellent and the water pressure in the shower was excellent.

The area was sketchy- I was approached or called at several times (I’m a pretty savvy 50+ traveler, not inviting trouble.) The lobby smelled like chemical disinfectant and my room smelled like cigarette smoke (non-smoking room).

I can’t even lay at bed properly. It’s too small.

Beds were comfortable. Close to public transport.

We didn't know the hotel is in the red light district. It didn't feel safe to go out in the evening. All the public areas of the hotel including reception smelt like drugs.

Excellent location for train travelers. Good value for the price. Modern furnishings.

Ich bin seit Jahren dort mit allem zufrieden und als Bahnkunde ist es mittlerweile sicher zu erreichen dank der Unterführung und der Rolltreppe fast bis zum Hotel.

Quick checkin and checkout. The desige of the room is trendy. It is close to the train station and car rental.

It is a dangerous neighborhood. Noisy at night because of the clubs and people on the street at the midnight. Not a safe place once step out from the hotel. Booking gives a "4 stars" and I don't agree with that.

Close to the main road in front of the Central Station. The room was an upgrade as I was staying as Single person in a double room.

The chap at reception was not exactly friendly with an attitude’this is how we do it in Germany’ .Didn’t explain clearly the city tax as I thought that I had already prepaid at bookings.com Also charged me 2 person city tax despite it being clear that one person was checking in. Some small insects seen on the bathroom floor

Das Hotel war sehr schön und sauber. Besonders gut hat uns das freundliche, hilfsbereite und aufmerksame Personal gefallen.

Es gab eigentlich nichts, was uns nicht gefallen hat. Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden.

Un grand merci à Silviu qui nous a accueilli pour son écoute et sa gentilesse. Il a parfaitement répondu à nos demandes pendant le séjour. Merci au reste de l'équipe. Un grand merci également pour Cornelia pour son professionnalisme, sa gentillesse, son sourire. Elle est toujours à l'écoute du client avec un petit déjeuner chaque jours variés et réussi. Nous avons beaucoup aimé la décoration de l'hôtel très original. La climatisation, les doubles vitrages car l'hôtel est situé dans une rue bruyante et animé la nuit.

Für meine Zwecke war die Lage ziemlich gut, konnte schnell das Bankenviertel zu Fuss erreichen und der Preis war Sehr Ansprechend. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und kommunikativ.

Klimaanlage hat kaum funktioniert, es war auch ein Reparaturzettel vorhanden (dass diese repariert werden muss) jedoch wurde das Zimemr trotzdem Vermietet, geht nicht. Schimmel an der Decke in der Dusche.

Das Hotel ist interessant gestaltet und wirkt ordentlich und sauber.

Die Umgebung ist furchtbar und für alleinreisende Frauen nicht zu empfehlen. Bettler, Alkoholiker, Drogensüchtige und Obdachlose betteln jedrn an. Es luegt überall Dreck rum und Bierflaschen.

The area outside was pretty rough with drugs and perhaps homeless due to central train station, perhaps. The hotel was a clean,safe haven from that. The bar next door created noise in first room, street noise in 2nd room. Great staff and good breakfast,

El chico q estaba en la recepcion por la noche , muy prepotente y grosero , la habitacion parecia un Sauna ,no habia aire acondicionado y fue una pesadilla toda la noche nos faltaba el aire no se podia respirar del calor q hacia ,aparte la zona era de personas de dudosa reputacion

A Hotel That Claims to Be 4 Stars, But Doesn’t Deserve It This hotel claims to be a 4-star hotel, but my experience was far below that standard. The reception staff, especially one Egyptian employee, was extremely rude, arrogant, and unprofessional. Even though I had already paid for my reservation in full, I was unexpectedly charged an additional €2 per person for three people without any clear explanation. What made the situation even worse was that after I completed the booking process, the receptionist told me to leave because they had no rooms available. This is completely unacceptable and shows a total lack of professionalism and respect for guests. The area around the hotel felt very unsafe. Throughout my stay, I saw people openly carrying what appeared to be cannabis, with people constantly coming in and out. The overall atmosphere made me feel uncomfortable and insecure. A hotel that advertises itself as 4 stars should provide professionalism, safety, and respect for its guests. Unfortunately, this hotel failed in every aspect. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Poor customer service, unexplained extra charges, unprofessional staff, and an unpleasant environment made this one of the worst travel experiences I have ever had. Stay away from this hotel if you value respectful service, honesty, and a safe place to stay.
