Mit Balkon direkter Blick auf die Ostsee. Sehr nettes Personal.

Frühstück war sehr abwechslungsreich (Honigwabe, Sekt, Lachs, viele Säfte usw). Zentrale Lage, aber nicht besonders schöne Gegend. Sehr freundlich und zuvorkommendes Personal.

Dusche war kalt. Wurde dann behoben, aber dann war das Wasser in einem anderen Zimmer kalt. Sollte bei einem Preis von über 100 Euro pro Nacht nicht sein.

Buena ubicación, muy cerca de la terminal de trenes. Desayuno muy variado.

La habitación tiene un desnivel de tres escalones entre el baño y donde está la cama. Eso dificulta el fácil acceso.

A beautiful hotel with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The reception staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. They know exactly how to treat their guests and made me feel very comfortable throughout my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and enjoyable experience.

Kamer was prima! Ruime badkamer en kamer. Hard bed en een minder kussen, maar dat is persoonlijk.

Dit is iets waar het hotel zelf niets aan kan doen, maar het licht in een stuk van de stad waar ongelofelijk veel verslaafde dakloze rond hangen en slapen op straat. Voordat we de garage in konden moesten we eerst een aantal verslaafde vragen aan de kant te gaan, die bezig waren met gebruiken. In de avond waren de “normale” mensen helemaal verdwenen en toen we terug liepen naar het hotel was dit niet heel comfortabel en prettig om daar te moeten lopen. Nogmaals niet iets waar het hotel iets aan kan doen, de problematiek is dusdanig groot echt bizar. Maar zeker iets om rekening mee te houden! Verder wel een leuk en gezellig centrum met genoeg winkels en als je goed zoekt een leuke foodmarkt.

Sehr freundliches Personal.

Personell unterbesetzt. Ich kam mit 45min Zugverspätung an, und durfte weitere 20min warten, da ein weiterer Kunde vor mir war. Ich hatte ein franz. Doppelbett gebucht, aber im Zimmer hatte ich zwei wandernde Einzelbetten. Am nächsten früh wurde mir zugesichert, dass die beiden Betten wenigstens verbunden werden, damit man nicht mehr durch die Besucherritze fällt, aber am Abend war es doch nicht behoben. Man bot mir ein Downgrade auf ein kleines y Zimmer an und als Ausgleich noch ein Frühstück. Das Frühstückbuffet ist ok und entspricht dem üblichen Durchschnitt in dieser Hotelklasse, sprich breite Auswahl aber leider nur Billigwurst und Billigkäse. Das Lob in einzelnen Bewertungen hier kann ich bei besten Willen nicht nachvollziehen.

The location is perfect, right in the heart of Casco Viejo.

The bathroom is in the same space as the bed, so if you are not alone, it's not ideal.

The staff on reception were absolutely lovely. Very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room is fairly spacious with a generous sized bathroom. They included a kettle to make hot drinks and complimentary water which is always appreciated. I was also offered a discount on food from their restaurant or room service menu which I didn't get a chance to try it but that was a nice feature.

You can tell the rooms have been adequately cleaned, but the overall wear and tear does bring it's overall impression down. The carpets are very worn and stained. There were huge brown stains on the curtains as well. The hotel is very close to the main railway station but the direct area around the hotel felt somewhat unsafe. I would caution any other solo travellers to consider this beforehand.

Per me le stanze necessitano di cassetti per camicie e maglioni, coma in altri hotel. Ho trovato giusto che per accedere agli ascensori vi è una porta che si apre solo con la carta elettronica della stanza, tuttabia risulta eccessivo che la carta è necessaria anche per azionare l'ascensore

Kostenloser Kaffee, Tee und Wasser auf dem Zimmer. Trotz der zentralen Lage waren auf dem Zimmer keine Geräusche von außerhalb wahrnehmbar.

Auf dem Teppich waren Flecken und im Bad unbehandelter Schimmel. Die Wassertemperatur war höchstens lauwarm. Das Klimagerät (oder was anderes) hat regelmäßig surrende Geräusche gemacht.

Easy access to central station 6 min by walk, and also to Romerberg. The breakfast is wide selection, and the staff are friendly, helpful, and cooperative.

Me gustó mucho el desayuno. Mucha variedad y buena cantidad. Muy organizado el servicio. Siempre había personal pendiente para que no faltara nada. El dormitorio es cómodo y tiene todo lo que uno necesita: las cápsulas de café y el agua están incluidas

Por la noche la zona no es peligrosa, pero es un lugar donde hay mucha droga como todo lugar cercano a una estación de tren en Europa. No me afectó y nadie me hizo nada, pero quizás no es agradable si uno es sensible.

Beim Frühstücksbuffet könnte sich einiges verbessern. Kaffeetassen wurden nicht nachgefüllt, auch der Toaster hatte wohl die Hitze nicht ertragen. Personal aber durchaus freundlich, das Angebot rundum perfekt.

Das Zimmer roch nicht frisch gereinigt , die Böden werden immer schmutziger . Duschkabine , Armaturen und Silikon haben die besten Zeiten hinter sich !Badzubehör gibt es schon lange nicht mehr wie Wattestäbchen oder Kosmetiktücher.Es gab auch Rituals Handseife und Duschgel , wurde alles abgeschafft , warum auch immer Keine Minibar mehr Schade wie sich so etwas in 10 Jahren verschlechtern kann

Close to the train station and easy to find. Reception staff were professional and friendly. My room was clean and comfortable and very welcoming after a long journey from Australia. There was a good variety of food presented in the dining room for breakfast each day and room service was exceptional. Definitely recommend this property.

The hot water in the shower took quite some time to heat up and even then it was only tepid.

as a 4 star the place wasn't really clean i would say, some stains on the bed and pillows but the cover were clean. other then that it was great. As a warning, The location is in a red light district be careful if you are going out late. there will be a lot of junkies wondering around just at the corner.

If you want a hotel near the railway station it is great and it suited my purpose for a short stay. The street it is in is slightly run down but the streets nearby and the surrounding are rundown and full of low life and unpleasant at night. I don't consider it in any way dangerous if you behave normally, but just sleezy.

I didn't like the bed. I was marked as a kingsize or queensize bed but in fact it was two mattresses in one frame which leaves that unpleasant gap. In addition it was too soft.

Es hat uns garnicht gefallen, es war ständig laut Tag und Nacht. Wir mussten einen Kaution von 150 € hinterlegen. Für Familien und Frauen ist es überhaupt nicht geeignet, abends halten sich nur Männer vor dem Hotel auf. Das Zimmer war schmutzig und total verstaubt in der Dusche waren Käfer drin. Beim nächsten mal würden wir ein Hotel weiter weg vom Bahnhof nehmen.

Localizacao perto do terminal principal de trem e metro e do centro financeiro. Café da manhã muito bom. Quarto espaçoso. Tem frigobar, o que ajuda bem.

A rua e a região tem morador de rua, usuários de drogas e bêbados, principalmente a noite. Nao atrapalha o dia a dia, mas traz preocupação com a segurança.

J'ai tout aimé dans cet hotel. Il est calme de l'intérieur et tres mouvementé à l'extérieur. L'Hotel a un bon emplacement et le service est tres bien. Je vous suggere d'améliorer la salle de sport.

Key cards always worked. With just a five-minute walk, one can arrive at the nicer part of town.

The first night, I requested a room change or a solution to my problem. The night receptionist was of no help and a little abrupt toward the end of our discussion. He stopped greeting me altogether during the rest of my 7-day stay. The room was supposed to be 25 meters squared as advertised on booking.com. It either wasn’t or felt cramped because of decor or color choices.

Location awful, didn't feel safe as a solo female traveller arriving at night. Room was a bit aged, furniture worn and bathroom smelt of drains. Facilities felt very basic compared to other 4 star hotels I stayed at, I didn't feel safe. Door didn't lock well either!

Cordialità e professionalità dello staff

Alles tiptop, einchecken problemlos, auschecken ebenso. Alles sauber und komfortabel. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, als wir an einem Wochenende dort waren. Innerhalb kürzester Zeit vom Bahnhof erreichbar. Es bietet sich im Quartier eine unglaubliche Fülle an Restaurants aus dem asiatischen Raum, für Liebhaber von Pakistanischer, Indischer, Afghanischer oder Chinesischer Küche ein wahres Mekkah.

An und für sich ist die Lage sehr gut, allerdings scheint das Bahnhofsviertel etwas vom alten Glanz verloren zu haben. Romantik kommt hier keine mehr auf, aber innerhalb kürzester Zeit erreicht man das imosante Wolkenkratzer Quartier und gleich danach die Altstadt.

Sehr zentrale Lage und Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof. Sehr freundliches Personal. Grundsätzlich gute Ausstattung des Zimmers. Opulentes, sehr vielseitiges und leckeres Frühstücksbüffet.

Etwas abgelebter bzw. vernachlässigter Zustand der Einrichtung: defekte Glühbirnen in zwei Lampen, defekte kleine Toilettenspülung, lockeres Toilettenbecken, weiße Flecken auf Bettüberwurf, sehr schmutzige, verklebte Fernbedienung, leerer Taschentuchspender. Hier wird offensichtlich an der falschen Stelle gespart. Schade. Denn abgesehen davon ein empfehlenswertes Hotel.

Absolutely disgusting attitude by the front desk personal who spoke very poorly english and got aggressive when I didn’t understand what he wanted. I checked in earlier and showed my ID and left my luggage as the room wasn’t ready. When I came back at 4 PM, I told the front desk personal that I had checked in earlier. He asked for my name which I told him and spelled for him but he kept saying “can you read it” so I kept spelling my last name. He got increasingly aggressive and kept saying “can you read it”. Finally he mentioned “passport”. It turns out he needed my ID and that he asked for by saying “can you read it” repeadetly and more aggressively every time. When I expressed that this was an unpleasant encounter, he said “I don’t wanna discuss when there is nothing”. First impression is everything and I already hate my stay. The room is small and out dated. The shower cabin is extremely small. The hotel is right next to a sex shop/club and homeless people and drug addicts lay on matrasses 2 meter from the entrance. Don’t recommend to solo female travellers.

Ich hatte ohne Frühstück gebucht, daher kann ich dazu nichts sagen. Die Lage am Hauptbahnhof ist alles andere als schön, aber für mich war sie sehr praktisch gelegen. ich hatte einen Termin in der Nähe. Das Zimmer war gut, es war alles vorhanden. Und es war auch sehr ruhig.

Im Hotel gab es nichts, was mir nicht gefallen hat.

Für uns war die Bahnhofsnähe bei diesem Aufenthalt ausschlaggebend, wohlwissend, dass man hierfür in Frankfurt eher sehr starke Nerven braucht. Dafür ist jedoch das Hotel nicht verantwortlich. Das Hotel ist sehr angenehm mit guter Ausstattung, auch wenn das Badezimmer in der Suite etwas in die Jahre gekommen und das Bett im Zimmer leicht beschädigt war. Sehr gutes Frühstück und wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Das Personal war wirklich sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Leider waren 2 lange Haare auf dem Handtuch und dem Laken, das war unangenehm. Wir waren ansonsten mit allem zufrieden. Sehr Bahnhofsnah, wie gewünscht. Aber die Gegend schreckt ab. Schmutzig und fragwürdige Typen unterwegs. Wofür das Hotel allerdings nichts kann.Man fühlt sich sicher,da man nur mit der Zimmerkarte zu den Fahrstühlen und in die Zimmer kommt. Sehr gut.

Si bien, está muy bien ubicado cerca de la estación principal de metro, el barrio no es tan lindo en comparación a otros sectores. Como recomendación, no tocaría tantas veces la puerta en la mañana del check out recordándolo, ya que es poco molesto cuando uno está descansando o trabajando.

Bin am Mittwoch angekommen un der Zeit zwischen 16 & 17 Uhr beim Einchecken kein Guten Tag kein nichts nur Kreditkarte dabei ich sagte ist doch alles bezahlt er sagte na und haben sie eine ich nein dann 150€ ich sagte für was weil due müsste ich dann erst holen da kam nur ha dann Pech was ist das für ei. Kundenservice da ist das letzte wort noch nicht gesprochen.

The bed was uncomfortable and squeaky, pillows as well, the lamps had issues with staying on and seem like they behave as in a short circuit, we couldn't open the windows as insects came in. The toilet was uncomfortable, first time I see the bin not being close to the toilet. The supports seemed to be breaking from the wall.

Das Zimmer in der 7. Etage war super. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Die Lage ist auch perfekt, direkt am Bahnhof und unweit von der Innenstadt.

Die Straße vor dem Hotel ist sehr dreckig und um die Ecke ist auch eine unsichere Gegend

Mir hat die Toilette sehr gefallen. Das hört sich jetzt komisch an aber der wo in diesem Hotel war, weiß was ich meine. Sie haben Toiletten mit einer Spritzfunktion. Noch dazu hat mir der Zimmerservice sehr gefallen.

Die Lage war ein wenig schlecht aber damit muss man in Frankfurt rechnen, besonders am Hauptbahnhof. Aber ist jetzt auch nicht schlimm. Man sollte nur vielleicht die Garage nutzen, wenn man mit dem Auto anreist.

La struttura è posizionata strategicamente nei pressi della stazione centrale con i vari mezzi a disposizione e a portata di mano e considerata la grande città quale è Francoforte e abbastanza vicino al centro storico andando praticamente a piedi. Abbiamo trovato tanta disponibilità nel personale addetto ai vari servizi e staff avvalendoci di una ricca, buone e abbondante colazione. Inoltre, disponibilità per una richiesta supplettiva non prevista in contratto, Hotel da consigliare vivamente.

Purtroppo per quanto riguarda l'hotel l'impegno e lo sforzo è tale che il rapporto prezzo qualità soddisfa alla grande le varie esigenze, una vera pecca è la zona in cui si trova in quanto frequentata da persone non tanto affidabili e questo è un aspetto predominante soprattutto la sera quando il movimento nella zona lascia spazio a questo disagio sociale...consiglio di rientrare non oltre le 21:00 o in ogni caso quando vi è ancora luce solare.

De straat waarin het hotel ligt zit helaas ook vol zwervers en rondhangend volk,er is continue politietoezicht. Bij het inchecken moest eerst een forse borg worden betaald,krijg je bij het uitchecken wel netjes terug.
