Cafetera o tetera se recalienta! No reponen la botella de agua

Mooie binnentuin en goed ontbijt. Aardig personeel bij het ontbijt. Handige locatie voor OV, binnen 30 min van Linate.

Geen fan van de regendouche. Rolluiken waren luid om naar beneden te krijgen, maar opzich wel handig. Net iets mindere straat qua locatie (uitzicht op een bar/gebouw). Niet erg vrolijke receptionist bij aankomst. Ietwat verouderd interieur.

The location was close to tram lines and close to Pta. Venezia transit hub. Some great places to eat nearby. The hotel was comfortable. Staff were great. The breakfast was generous and had many options to choose from. WiFi was free, the room was large and had a little balcony! Busy bars are nearby, but not too close.

Our room was facing the street so it was a little noisy, but it was only moderately bothersome. The nearby bars are far enough away that you don’t hear them from the room. If city noises are an issue, earplugs should do the trick. It quiets down later at night. I got used to the sounds quickly.

Lovely little sanctuary walking distance from Milano Centrale station. A bit of distance to main shopping & tourist area but close to some good restaurants.

מלון סאנפי הוא מלון קסום. החל בפקידי הקבלה המדהימים, שמסייעים בכל שאלה, חדר האוכל הסמוך לגינה שהיא גן עדן בפני עצמה, מספק חוויית התרגעות והתנתקות נדירה. האוכל בארוחת הבוקר מגוון ואהבתי מאוד את העוגות הביתיות המושקעות, וניגון הקרואסונים.

The location is excellent, with public transport within easy reach and plenty of great restaurants nearby. The breakfast was very good, and the hotel bar was especially cosy and inviting. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always happy to assist. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

Amazing welcome by the team, great location, the hotel is super nice. The room is large and modern. The garden where you take your breakfast is an oasis of peace. Nothing but excellent things to say about this stay

Friendly staff who made you feel welcome. Nice rooms that were well maintained and great air conditioning (critical in this heatwave). Very good breakfast. Lovely inner courtyard which was ideal for aperativo.

No negatives - was very good value for money and exactly as expected from the hotel description.

Excelente localização junto a múltiplas linhas de elétrico. O quarto era espaçoso e a cama muito confortável. Os funcionários foram muito prestáveis e simpáticos. O hotel está muito bem decorado e em excelentes condições.

Clean, spacious and updated

Garden view was limited. Location was great for access to train station, but not so great for other things in the city. It’s a bit dead after 8-9 pm.

The Staff from reception should be smiling so we will feel at home and friendly matters

A wonderful hotel in a great area of Milan - would highly recommend. The location is near to some great restaurants, close to Centrale station but also easily accessible to the main parts of Milan via the metro. The hotel is beautifully designed, with all comforts considered. The staff were so helpful and attentive. I would also highly recommend the breakfast in the garden courtyard!

L'accueil même si difficile de ce faire comprendre, la propreté, le grand lit, le petit coin de verdure calme ou il fait bon prendre un verre ...

Pas de parking ou de place de stationnement,. Un parking souterrain n'est pas loin mais cela rajoute un coup au budget (à prévoir). Surtout si vous restez plusieurs jours !!!

The air conditioning was wonderful and staff was extremely professional. The hotel is in a convenient location with metro lines. Bed was comfortable and the room was dark.

Two times there was a strange, perhaps sewage smell, that dissipated quickly. The fitness center was welcome though the multi-use machine felt outdated.

Lo mejor: los detalles de dejar café, té, agua, zapatillas... en la habitación. El desayuno!! Las tortitas especiales. Todos los empleados super amables, en este caso chicos todos. La terracita con las plantas... muy bonita.

Las habitaciones tienen varios años. Les falta una renovación. Hay que caminar bastante hasta el centro de Milán.

I am a returned customer, staff are polite, supportive and they made the difference in their great hospitality.

Just a hint note, It is a summer time and the central ac coolant temperature needs to be adjusted within 20-22 degrees calculating the loads and waste.

El desayuno bastante bien. Tapoco nada del otro mundo. La ubicación no muy buena. Calle nada agradable. La habitación en la planta baja. Daba a la calle y las ventanas todas cerradas. No se podían abrir. Desde luego, cuatro estrellas no.

Leuk en sfeervol hotel. De gym is ook bijzonder.

Попросила замінити номер, на номер, в якому кращий вигляд з вікна і нам любʼязно надали інший номер. Все було чудово. Персонал привітний. До центру 20 хвилин пішки, до Центрального вокзалу хвилин 15. Навпроти є смачний ресторан.

Got a big room high up, so that was good. Breakfast was all right - coffee had mediocre taste unfortunately.

The room was a bit strange designed, although it was big, there was some not-obvious choices. The giant AC machine by the window (quite loud and not so effective, looking like a very big radiator). The price was quite high, we saw the day before that it had been lowered to almost half. Another thing that was disappointing by the area, and Milano in general, was the shape of the city - a lot of ugly graffiti in the area, making it look not so nice. Even on the nicer facades.

Very secure and very comfortable too. The staff were very friendly.

Bathroom was a highlight. Great shower, well stocked and a bidet. Garden is lovely. Most of the staff were super helpful and friendly.

It was realy small for two people. One person needs to step aside for another to get by. The decor was lacking, dated and crowded with unnecessary chairs. The space needs an overhaul. It was a tad depressing but the great shower and comfortable beds made it functional. And the garden was lovely.

Those showers... The shower glass is half open. As you shower, the water is splashing out. This brings inconvenience as you exit the shower. The WIFI is dropping depends on your location. In my room you had to move to another corner to have good connection.

Alles war sehr zu zufriedenstellend. Hervorzuheben ist das sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal.

Das Personal stets äusserst freundlich, hilfsbereit, humorvoll, zugewandt. Grosses Lob an das Team. Die Personen im Hintergrund haben ebenfalls grossartige Arbeit geleistet.

Die Einrichtung war zweckmässig aber eher wenig stilvoll. Wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad. Und zu wenig Möglichkeit Kleider oder Taschen oder Tücher aufzuhängen.

Un hôtel de qualité supérieure, le personnel est très accueillant et chaleureux. La qualité du service au bar est au niveau. Tout était au top.

Very much outdated furniture, not matching pieces and not useful or comfortable enough. Bathroom is missing more place beside sink for personal reasons and some hunger for towels or bathrobe.

Cannot stress enough how beautiful this place is, extremely clean also, just a lovely hotel, that I’d highly recommend. Special shoutout to the barman Bren, he made our stay unique, made the most amazing cocktails and I honestly couldn’t praise the man more if I tried and also to Trevis, same again, such a lovely man and made our stay just that much better.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. I couldn’t find the remote control for the TV but other than that, it was a fantastic stay for our family of four. Breakfast buffet had everything you expect, bur the very warm and kind staff made it exceptional. Our kids (10 months and 3.5 years old) were very comfortable and therefor there were no tantrums.

We did not eat breakfast at the hotel however, the front desk staff said we could get a cappacino which we did and the barista told us to grab a croissant which we did. We appreciated that very much.

Ļoti ērta atrašanās vieta, tuvu sabiedriskais transports. Ļoti pārdomāta gaisa kondicionēšana numuriņā, nepūš virsū aukstumu, bet dzesē gaisu. Numuriņā čības un halāts. Ļoti ērta gulta.

Biju rezervējusi numuru ar brokastīm, kuras tomēr nevarēju apmeklēt, jo bija ļoti agra izbraukšana uz ekskursijām. Palūdzu brokastis līdzņemšanai. Būtu brīnišķīgi, ja šajā līdzi ņemamajā paciņā būtu arī vismaz kāda sviestmaize, ne tikai salds kruasāns.

Visited with my two daughters for my eldest 30th Birthday. Shopping, cocktails and visit to Lake Como was a treat. Hotel was ideal for our 3 days stay and was very clean and friendly. Lovely courtyard area for drinks and photos. Plenty of places near by to eat breakfast and dinner. Not far from the central station for train to Lake Como. Hotel staff were all very pleasant and helpful.
