I spent 3 Nights here and the experience was great, starting from the staff they were very friendly, the room Was very clean and spacious, the breakfast was amazing, I recommend this hotel

Room is really tiny, not for 2. Stuff is really slow, really slow. We have been waiting for check in 45 minutes and then they gave us wrong room.

Great atmosphere. Old school charm and luxury feel over minimalist comfort. Large room with seating area. Staff were super helpful and welcoming. Extra bonus to have a midday checkout as the norm. Really helpful. Loved the fact there was a bar and restaurant on site. Great service and guest experience. It is close enough to the metro to explore Milan and to get to from Central station. It’s a quiet neighbourhood with lovely parkland behind it for morning walks/jog.

There was nothing not to like. Perfect for our stopover having already visited Milan. It’s a walk to the sights if you’re doing a tourist weekend. But metro is very close by.

Hótelið fallegt í sameiginlega rýminu. Fengum uppfærslu í premium herbergi en það var frekar lítið (16 m2) og baðherbergið mjög lítið, alltof lítið fyrir premium herbergi. Morgunverðurinn frabær og starfsfólkiðvar einnig frábært. Allt mjög hreint.

Estuvimos en el piso ocho, que es un piso que tiene unos servicios extras, que en general fueron muy bienvenidos Agua disponible siempre y algunas golosinas. El desayuno es sensacional, la ubicación también y el barrio estaba muy tranquilo puede ser porque estuvimos a fines de agosto pero en realidad fue una excelente experiencia

kliması sesli çalışmaktaydı bizi çok rahatsız etmedi. Yatak rahat ancak hareket ederseniz tüm yatak sallanıyor iki kişi uyuyorsanız hafif sıkıntı oluşturabiliyor.

The hotel is in a good location. There is a metro that you can get to the Duomo a few minutes walk away. Also can access the metro to the QC spa which is nearby. Clean hotel and very comfortable

The staff aren’t friendly. On check in we arrived and the male receptionist said about 5 words to us. Firstly, he just said ‘passport’. Then typed on the computer for a few minutes, he then handed us a key and went ‘lift level 6’. We then had to ask about breakfast as no information was given. No smile, no welcome, nothing. Then I went down to get the wifi password from the same man. He put his hand out to signal me to give him my phone, put the password in and said nothing. Very clear that he didn’t have any customer service skills. The lady on check out was nicer.

The room was comfortable, the breakfast was lovely and we enjoyed the gym. The bar was nice also and there was a nice area for working in the lobby. Good air conditioning throughout the hotel and the bar/pool table was nice. Good location, close to the park and easy to get into the city centre.

I would not recommend the upgrade to a 'VIP room'. We paid 140 euro extra, which was useful as we got to check in early, but we were told that as part of the upgrade, we would get free water. We barely got any water in our room, sometimes not even a 500ml bottle a day between 2 of us. There was a little snack area on our floor in front of the lift,which we were told would have still water, which it did not. We asked time and time again for still water and were not provided with it. We were also told that we would have a separate breakfast room for a quieter breakfast, but on one of the days this room wasn't even open and on another I heard one of the staff telling a family from another floor that they could eat in that room also, even though it was meant to only be for the rooms who had paid for the VIP floor. I would definitely not pay for an upgrade at this hotel again. VIP rooms are definitely not as big as they look in the pictures, at least ours was not anyway.

Le buffet du petit déjeuner est excellent avec beaucoup de choix et de variétés, toujours réapprovisionné. L'hôtel est assez bien situé à 15min à pied de Il Duomo.

Le check in est beaucoup trop long, à tel point que nous avons dû attendre 30min derrière des clients réalisant leur check in pour récupérer nos bagages avant notre vol. Certains membres du personnel d'accueil pourraient être plus accueillants et avenants. Il y avait des tâches sur plusieurs murs de la chambre. A mon sens, le rapport qualité-prix n'était pas au rendez-vous.

Hotel is very conveniently located to all modes of transportation. Excellent ambience and services. Good food.

Stay was very comfortable with courtious staff. Propoert is locationally at an advantageous position. Very near to Repubblica metro/tram station.

Loved this hotel so much. The rooms and lobby were nicely decorated. The staff were all very friendly and loved that the hotel was centrally located to everything I did while in Florence. Would definitely come back to this hotel next time I’m visiting the city

Liked the hotel, so clean and the hotel staff were very friendly. Bar was nice and I loved going for a drink at the end of the night. Unfortunately it was so expensive (as was breakfast, and not much vegan options for my daughter) so we didn’t do breakfast and only had 1 drink on 2 of our nights since bars close by were half the price.

Staff were grumpy and not very accommodating. Our room wasn't ready for check in and they couldn't give us rooms next to each other despite requesting weeks in advance.

Super team, have stayed at NH Hotels on Columbia and USA and the team at Milan Touring are the best hotel experience we have had. The host at breakfast I think Camo was unbelievable and welcoming, Walter the young waiter, he told us the eggs Benedict were amazing and so true it was! no request was a problem and Christina the breakfast manager couldn’t do enough for us. We told her we were checking out before breakfast started the next day and after confirming our allergens she promised to have breakfast boxes ready. The concierge had a taxi within minutes at the door with each request. We got our favoured breakfast tea and soya milk at anytime in the restaurant or bar. Any one of the three could be general manager one day 😉 it was our first visit to Milan and can’t wait to come back. The hotel location is great for all the main sights and public transport and the room was perfect with bottled water in a cooler at the elevators. Housekeeping left the room perfect daily with lots of toiletries etc

Bathroom was ridiculously small.

Gianmaria at the Reception was exceptional, very accommodating and professional he is a true asset for Nh and Minor hotels. Lorenzo at the breakfast room was very attentive to all clients and made us a great fresh espresso.. he really made us feel at home. Thank you

I loved my time here! Especially with Mirko and Alexia at the bar !

Was looking for a base to stay in Milan in short notice, and picked this hotel. While not super central, convenient location close to multiple public transportation options. The room wasn't that big, but comfortable. Breakfast was good. Hotel was able to accommodate both early check-in and late check-out (for a reasonable added price).

Room seemed a bit dated, and the A/C was a bit weak, cooling the room but not in a convincing manner

The staff, Laura in reception was very polite and professional. The porter was also helpful.

My single room the bed was not comfortable. The water gauge did not work so either the water was boiling hot or extremely cold. I had ice cold showers during my stay. Not ideal!!!

Everything was excellent. The location, the rooms also the service from Alessandro the sommelier and Maitre D’ was just incredible. We are so happy to enjoyed every moment, also looking forward to return a Milan and stay with you.

Nice amenities, friendly staff and great location for easy access to see Milan. Relax in the lounge after seeing the sites in Milan. Sherif makes a great Negroni!

Desayuno bueno y la ubicación

Que el monto exigido para los eventuales extras, los utilicen de inmediato para cargar los impuestos en lugar de los extras que el pasajero consuma durante su estadía. Me paso que al tratar de firmar un consumo pequeño del Bar, a horas de haber llegado, ya no tenía crédito y al consultar en la recepción. Me señalaron que lo aplicaban de inmediato al pago de los impuestos, pues habían pasajeros que se iban y no hacían el check outy por ende no pagaban. Es decir fuera del mal rato en el bar frente a los otros pasajeros, se me equiparaba a un sinverguenza.
