Otroligt läge i ett rum som kändes som en gästlägenhet i ett palats. Mycket bra frukost som serverades på ett lyxigt sätt på rummet.

Good size rooms, great location! Wonderful staff!! Everyone was delightful, helpful , knowledgeable. Great coffee in the morning .

La description de l'hôtel ne correspond pas à la réalité. Chambre très petite, aucune trace du style renaissance, petit déjeuner à minima servi obligatoirement en chambre ou il y a à peine la place de poser le plateau.

The room was lovely in appointment and style - quiet and nice high ceiling heights. It was as per the pictures and descriptions. The staff are lovely and super helpful.

It is a decent walk up less romantic back stairs if you don’t want / unable to take the lift - but that is a choice. The lift is perfectly good. On this occasion the sliding shower door upper fitting was loose and needed man handling a bit.

We were almost double charged as we had prepaid via booking but were asked for payment upon check-in. The receptionist insisted it was unpaid and we had to provide screenshots from Booking as well as bank transactions to back up the fact that we had paid. This whole interaction got the trip off to a bad start and left us feeling uncomfortable. The communication of the accommodation being entirely through Whatsapp is also not ideal, we were sent multiple messages throughout our (one night) stay about key functions, curfews etc which felt unnecessary.

I think it is a bit expensive. It is true that the view of Piazza Castello is super, but in the end of the day we did not spend a lot of time in the room to enjoy the view, so the price just for the view i think is a bit high

La posizione è fantastica. La camera è ampia e dotata di un ampio bagno molto comoda per una una famiglia di quattro persone. Lo staff si è occupato dei moduli della ZTL per accederd al centro con l'auto.

Non ha un parcheggio ma ce n'è uno a pagamento e molto comodo nelle vicinanze. (ricordiamoci che ci troviamo al centro di Torino)

Posizione centrale, vista Piazza Castello. Staff accogliente ed educato, discreto ma disponibile e sempre presente durante la giornata. Camera grande, elegante e curata in ogni dettaglio, letto comodo e colazione servita sempre in camera. Pet friendly altrettanto curato: cuccia, ciotole e camere assolutamente insonorizzate. Garage per l'auto a pochi passi.

What we liked: the location is brilliant – right in the heart of Turin and perfect for exploring the city – yet the room was incredibly quiet and peaceful. The décor is beautiful, the rooms feel genuinely luxurious, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The staff were also exceptional, going out of their way to help us even with an unrelated issue, and were incredibly kind and supportive.

What didn’t we like: honestly, nothing significant to mention.

Le petit déjeuner est ok mais rien d'incroyable, de plus il se prend dans la chambre. Aussi le parking n'est pas gratuit (ce que nous avions cru) et est dans un parking privé à 40 euros la nuit.

Being at the heart of old town of Turin

Parking was included in the price when I reserved the room. But once we arrived we were told that 40 euro for a private parking. We parked the car in a public parking lot( and we paid there 38 euro more). Meanwhile, our breakfast was served in the room(they didn’t mention it during the reservation).

Location was perfect and close to everything. Our room was large, spotless and beautiful. The bathroom was very spacious with an oversized shower which is not common.

Der von Hand geschriebene Willkommensgruss hat uns sehr gefreut (auf Deutsch ). Das Zimmer ist sehr stilvoll Eingerichtet. Ausreichendes und schön Präsentiertes italienisches Frühstück. Pünktliche Lieferung auf das Zimmer. Vollkommen zufrieden. Gute Parkmöglichkeit in der Nähe. Ein privates gut Bewachtes Parkhaus. Etwas teuer aber es lohnt sich dies zu Nehmen.

Das nächste mal werden wir ein Zimmer auf den grossen Platz zum Schloss hin Buchen. Es wäre schöner gewesen als das Zimmer mit Aussicht zum Hinterhof.

Er binnen geraken … Er is geen vaste medewerker altijd aanwezig! Eerste nacht is de stroom uitgevallen en dus ook geen airco, niet opladen gsm/laptop … niemand te bereiken voor 7.30u ook nadien geen excuses en geen verse producten bij het ontbijt … geen broodjes geen croissantjes … soms het vers fruitsap met water gemengd … geen vers fruit … Ge kunt uw gsm verbinden met hun tv wat super is maar hun wifi is te zwak om het te laten werken… Is dus niet echt een hotel maar een kamer met beperkt ontbijt op de kamer

Location was perfect and room was comfortable with lovely window views. Royal Palace, cafes, restaurants etc literally at your doorstep. Having breakfast brought to our room was a lovely touch, due to no dining room.

Not really a negative as it’s normal in Europe but the AC in our room was struggling to cool temperature down during the summer heat.

The location was perfect - if we had been any closer to the palace we would have been in the palace 🙂. There were only a few rooms which made it even more intimate. Without a dining room everyone enjoyed a sumptuous breakfast in bed .

Very clean, comfortable and elegant. Secure location right in the piazza. Restaurants, coffee shops, and a market downstairs. AC was great during the heat wave.

No coffee maker in the room and breakfast only available as room service. There is coffee and tea in the common area between the cluster of rooms.

Fuja desse lugar! Me deram um quarto sem ar condicionado! Se você está pensando em se hospedar em Turino no verão, esse não é o lugar que você está buscando. São mentirosos. Falaram que logo iria refrigerar, pois o problema era a onda de calor extremo. Mentira porque na recepção estava gelado. Reclamei 2 vezes, ignoraram ao invés de me darem outro quarto com ar condicionado. Anunciam como sendo hospedagem de luxo mas é um lixo. Serviço péssimo. A temperatura do meu quarto estava em 27C. Não consegui dormir à noite inteira. Nem com as janelas abertas porque é uma barulheira insuportável na rua, tem uma praça na frente com bares e gente falando alto durante a madrugada. As fotos estão aí para comprovar.

Our room was very nice and on the main square.

There are limited hours for the reception. Breakfast was served in the room because there is no restaurant or dining area. The extra table in the room made it much more crowded. Less personal than other hotel,s I've stayed at.

Extremely helpful staff, could not beat the location. Rooms were nicely appointed.

Breakfast provisions were provided for us due to an early checkout which was lovely. The room size was big and views over the piazza. Staff were very friendly. Approx 15 min walk to train station. Taxi's waiting outside.

Attention garage payant à environ 400 mètres du logement. 40€ la journée mais indiqué lors de la réservation donc pas de soucis.

La posizione è fantastica. La stanza è grande, silenziosa e confortevole. Avrebbe però bisogno di una manutenzione più attenta (comodino con una gamba scollata, presa del frigo non funzionante, magari un interruttore centrale) e attenzione alle ragnatele.

Manutenzione scarsa. Mancanza del bidet anche se il bagno è spazioso. Mancanza dei servizi igienici alla reception. La gentilezza del personale è perfettibile, colazione scarsina. La più gentile è stata la ragazza delle pulizie. Considerando il costo possono migliorare.

Wir haben zwei zimmer reserviert für jeweils ein Ehepaar. In beiden Zimmern waren jeweils zwei Personen angemeldet. Als wir ankamen mussten wir nochmals je 30Euro pro zimmer/Nacht nachbezahlen, weil die angemeldeten je zwei Personen pro zimmer nur TEXT waren und das irgendwo bei booking genauer spezifiert werden müssen, was ich aber wohl übersehen habe oder garnicht möglich war. Ausser dieser anfänglichen Irritation war der Aufenthalt halt sehr angenehm, super zentrale Lage und gutes Frühstück. Das wird direkt im Zimmer serviert, da es keinen gemeinsamen Frühstückraum gibt. Auswahl des Fruehstueck ist sehr gut, an der Brötchenauswahl, lasst es sich aber noch arbeiten. Gleich unten ist aber ein kleiner Shop, wo man sich aber was leckeres an Brot/Brőtchen besorgen könnt wenn man das will. Kleines, sehr feines Hotel mit nur 7 Zimmern und einer fantastisch zentralen Lage.

Great location—near major sights and lots of restaurants. Great views from our room—overlooking the square but windows totally soundproofed so it was quiet. Exceptionally helpful stuff—calling to correct misunderstanding with parking garage; responsive to our messages; messaging us asap they had found a change purse we left in our room. Really nice toiletries in bathroom. Nice bathroom/shower. Very nice breakfast—delivered to room. Comfortable bed—choice of hard or soft pillow Good wifi. Seems like a peculiar set up—it’s on 4th floor of building but it works, and they send an email giving you instructions how to enter the building.

The breakfast is delivered to the room on a tray, and is quite nice with good variety! This made mornings very relaxing!

I did not like the hairdryer because it is necessary to hold a button down as you dry your hair.....not real convenient.

Posizione centralissima, vista stupenda, camera e bagno molto ampia, ottimo il mini bar e l’aperitivo di benvenuto servito con cioccolatini. Colazione in camera di grande qualità, servizio cuccia e ciotola per il mio cagnolino, professionalità della receptionist.

Cornice porta rotta di ingresso della camera, un buco trovato in un lenzuolo ( che si sono offerti di cambiare subito) , getto acqua doccia un po’ debole in termini di pressione. Per il resto tutto perfetto.

Beautiful room, prime location. Near hop on hop off bus, shopping , food and landmarks. The room was beautiful, we will in future stay again! Ohh and the chocolate in Torino is I must say some of the best in the world🥰

Great location, very comfortable bed and bathroom.

We booked a superior double room with view to the square. What we got was a very tiny room with almost impossible to squeeze table next to the window and the view to the square was only if you decided to hang from the window and look right. Breakfast was brought to the room which would have been totally acceptable if the space for the table and chairs was not less than a square meter.

La ubicación es excelente. El personal es súper amable, en especial Leila que es argentina y nos consiguió una pava eléctrica para el mate. El desayuno en la habitación resulta muy bueno.

La habitación es un poco pequeña. Solo tenía mesa de luz de un solo lado de la cama y para mi es importante la mesa de luz. De todos modos, estaba bien la habitación.

This is not an hotel, it is an apartment. Breakfast was served in the room as they have no restaurant, soon got used to that and the staff were kind to add options as we were staying for a whole week. Location is top rate with many of the main attractions within easy walking distance.

Une baignoire aurait été un plus et surtout la vue sur la place Castello. Notre chambre donnait sur une cour intérieure très peu accueillante.

Beautiful large room, very comfortable. The view was lovely and the windows kept out any noise. Breakfast was served our room. The bathrobe and slippers were lovely. Staff was attentive, friendly and professional.

location was superb, right in the middle of the piazza. Very nice staff, helpful and trying to make our stay as good as possible.

The fact that there is no front desk at the door and that there is no place to stay if you are out of the room (like a living room or something) and that there is a small elevator. But overall it was almost like we had our own little apartment. We were traveling with more people, so we basically took the entire floor. Maybe, that is why we felt we needed a space to hang out together.

Fantastic location, nice and clean rooms with a great view. Everything was impecable, but what made it even more valuable was the incredible staff. They were so knowledgable, helpul and kind. They made our visit unforgetable. Thank You!

First of all many, many thanks to Camila, Alessia and Leila for making our stay truly remarkable! Camila waited for us 40 minutes after working hours, because our driver missed the location of the hotel and we were late for the check-in. This is the best place to stay in Turin for many reasons - can not beat the location 10/10 - everything is a walking distance - the Royal Palace, the Egiptian Museum, Galleria Subaplina, Central Market, Joan Baptist Cathedral, Via Roma and San Carlo Square. Near the hotel you have supermarket, working even on Sunday from 7am to 10pm, bus and tram stop (we took the bus for one stop to reach Mole Antonelliana). The hotel istself is piece of paradise - very cozy and warm rooms, cleanliness 10/10, the service is 10/10. The breakfast is brought to your room, the food was tasty and even if you have any food allergies there are options. My favourite part were the girls working the reception - Camila and Alessia, the kindest, the most professional and hardwoking people, they really made us feel welcome and at home!
