Nowhere to put you cloths. Living out of you suitcases was not ideal.

The breakfast was excellent. Staff was nice.

Incredibly noisy, trains running all evening and early morning. The bed was probably the hardest bed I’ve ever slept on.

Das Zimmer war sehr schön. Das Personal hat sehr freundlich, korrekt und aufwendig auf eine bestimmte Frage zur Umgebung geantwortet.

Im Zimmer gab es etwas wenig Steckdosen und etwas wenig Abstellplatz, zum Beispiel für die getragenen Kleider. Im Treppenhaus war ein unangenehmer seltsamer Duft, so als hätte jemand eine eZigarette geraucht. Das war aber vermutlich gewollt vom Hotel.

Tout était parfait Accueil chaleureux Nous avons voyagé avec nos chiens et par surprise dans la chambre, ils ont eu le droit à leur toutou bar. Hôtel en plein centre de Turin, ce qui rend les déplacements plus facile. Je recommande vivement.

Le service, l’accueil en français, la décoration, les attentions, l’emplacement.

La chambre était spacieuse et propre. L’emplacement est très bien également.

Séjour agréable, hôtel de qualité, mais une mauvaise expérience au moment du départ. Suite à une erreur de date, l’hôtel avait confirmé la modification sans jamais nous informer d’un éventuel surcoût. Nous l’avons découvert au départ et avons simplement regretté de ne pas avoir été prévenus. Malheureusement, notre remarque a été accueillie avec beaucoup de mépris par la réceptionniste. Dommage, car le séjour s’était jusque-là très bien passé.

Très joli hôtel avec une décoration soignée et agréable. Le petit-déjeuner est parfait, le personnel très gentil et l’hôtel est propre.

Notre chambre donnait sur la rue, avec le tram qui passe juste à côté de l’entrée de l’hôtel et de la fenêtre. Le bruit du tram m’a beaucoup dérangé, surtout la nuit. Par ailleurs, l’annonce sur Booking indiquait qu’il y avait un parking, mais il s’agit en réalité d’un parking privé payant à 16 € par jour, situé à environ 15 minutes à pied de l’hôtel. Il serait préférable de le préciser clairement dans l’annonce.

Clean, big rooms, had everything we needed, very organised, amazing breakfast, wonderful and amazing staff! Cannot say enough about how great the staff were! Great location!

L emplacement, le petit déjeuner, la qualité de la literie et Eduardo le réceptionniste qui a très bien su nous orienter et nous conseiller sur les lieux à voir et les restaurants où dîner.

Je pensais que les enfants seraient dans une chambre séparée (ce n était pas clair sur les photos).

Nous avons reçu un accueil extraordinaire de la part de l'équipe de l'hôtel. Notre séjour, bien que court, en a ainsi été rendu exceptionnel. Nous recommandons cet établissement sans hésiter.

I letti sono alti, ho viaggiato con mia madre che è bassa di statura e ha avuto difficoltà.

Amazing location, great rooms, super friendly staff, wonderful food

The only point I would raise is the way parking is presented. The hotel appears in searches when filtering for hotels with parking, which could reasonably lead guests to assume that parking is available at the hotel and included in the price. However, neither is the case: the parking is located approximately 600–700 metres away and comes at an additional cost. This should be stated clearly and prominently in the hotel description to avoid misleading guests and setting incorrect expectations.

Leur gentillesse et petite intention pour mon anniversaire

A really nice place to stay. When we arrived, they had space so upgraded our room. It was well stocked, modern, had balconies looking onto the inner courtyard. Breakfast was really good too - easily took care of dietaries. Good value for the high standard of the hotel. Would easily choose to come back.

A really lovely hotel. Right in the centre. Extremely helpful staff. Good breakfast. Nice modern rooms.

Our booking had not been recorded properly. Therefore our suite was not available. We were split between 2 rooms instead. Staff apologetic and helpful. Free drinks while we waited. Parking is chargeable a few minutes drive away in a public car park.

Posizione centralissima , ottimi il bagnoschiuma e lo shampoo, bella e pulita la.camera, colazione varia.

Immensa scorrettezza dello staff nel non adeguare il prezzo della camera all'offerta di agosto( cosa che avrebbero potuto fare tranquillamente) ed in particolare di tale Valentina con i capelli rossi da evitare perché molto acida nel rapporto con la clientela. L'aria condizionata non si può regolare in temperatura ed intensità dalla stanza e bisogna rivolgersi alla.reception per modificare ogni parametro, il che è molto scomodo.

De keerzijde van hartje stad is dat het (ook ‘s nachts) onrustig is voor de deur en dat was goed te horen.

Сподобалося: Приємний та привітний персонал, який створює дуже затишну атмосферу. Ідеальне розташування для тих, хто любить піші прогулянки! До всіх основних визначних місць можна дістатися пішки (максимум 40 хвилин ходьби). Поруч є безліч чудових кафе, де можна смачно поснідати.

Що можна покращити: Ставлю 8, а не 10, через дрібні нюанси з прибиранням. Нічого критичного чи серйозного, але є куди рости.

L'emplacement est parfait. On nous a indiqué un parking qui est le moins cher dans le secteur, 35€ pour 2 jours. Les petits déjeuners sont très bien . La chambre et le lit sont confortables, et bien climatisé.

Juste qu'il manque coton et coton tige en chambre. Pas de pommeau de douche manuel, uniquement au plafond. Et l'eau a un peu de mal à s'évacuer. Mais mis à part ça tout est très bien.

Everything. The staff were especially helpful and smiling. Lovely to return to the air conditioning after a long walking day in 39 degrees. Had a drink on the terrace before going out to dinner. The location is amazing. 5 minutes walk and you're in the historic centre with the Palace and Cathedral.

We would have liked the cooked breakfast to be included and not have to pay extra. The tram noise but only slightly. A mirror for make-up in bedroom (to be able to sit down) when someone is using the bathroom.

Sehr gut und geschmackvoll ausgestattete Zimmer. Diese liessen nichts zu wünschen übrig. Das Stadthotel ist seinem Stil entsprechend modern renoviert und perfekt aufgewertet worden. Es hat seinen Charme absolut beibehalten. Die Lage des Hotel ist sehr zentral und in der Umgebung gibt es sehr viele Möglichkeiten, abends als Familie auszugehen und ein feines italienisches Essen zu geniessen. Trotz der Lage konnten wir die Ruhe im Hotel geniessen. Das Frühstück im Hotel ist sehr ausgiebig und bietet alles, was das Herz begehrt und in einer tollen Qualität.

Wir können beim besten Willen keine negativen Punkte aufführen, welche uns gestört hätten oder was uns nicht gefallen hätten.

Excellent location to explore Turin on foot (in the city center). Very good continental breakfast included in the room rate. Despite our room was on the side of the road (where trams and buses are running) it was still calm and quite. AirCon in the room worked very well. The receptionists were very helpful in all respects, including organizing the permission to drive into the restricted traffic zone where the hotel is located and recommending a suitable public parking nearby.

Small point relating to the presentation on booking.com. In the main section under "Most Popular Facilities" it simply reads "Parking" and only from details in the "Facilities" section it becomes apparent that the hotel does not have own parking facilities. This could be presented more clearly.

Excellent location! Beautiful building, very kind staff, clean and cozy. Comfortable bed and pillows. Windows that can be opened for ventilation.The breakfast was tasty, fresh fruits and variety of products for every taste. Check out at 12 pm which is very convenient. The staff at the reception is extremely kind, speaking excellent English, ordered a taxi for us and kept our suitcases. Thank you so much!

Great hotel in city center. Modest but clean, moderm room with balcony. There's a small gym and rooms for business meetings. Personel was very kind. Highly recommended.

Abbiamo soggiornato qui più di una sera e ho visto due stanze diverse entrambe molto belle, molto pulite. La posizione è ottima e anche la colazione sia dolce che salata è molto buona è variegata.

L’unica pecca è che in un albergo a 4 stelle mi aspetto di trovarmi almeno delle ciabatte e anche uno spazzolino che non deve per forza essere di plastica… mi auguro che la mancanza di queste due cose sia un fatto legato al rispetto dell’ambiente…

Sono tornata per la seconda volta in questo hotel perché la prima mi sono trovata super bene! Gentili, hotel pulito, di design e accanto al centro!

Purtroppo c’era un forte odore di fognature molto pesante… fatto presente anche alla reception che gentilmente ci ha spiegato il motivo! Speriamo possa migliorare …

Staff sempre cordiale e disponibile. Posizione ottima in centro, camera grande, colazione ben fornita e disponibilità verso i bambini. Molto belli anche gli spazi comuni, tutto molto pulito.

If you have a difficult sleep I would reccomend to ask for a room facing somewhere else than the main street. Voices late at night and tram as of 5:30 in the morning might be tough.
