Pullman Ciawi Vimala Hills Resort

This is probably the best resort in Bogor and one of the best hotels we have stayed at in Indonesia. We were genuinely surprised that its overall rating was not even higher. The resort is huge, beautifully maintained, and feels very exclusive and luxurious. There are many facilities, several swimming pools, and plenty of activities, making it a great place to stay for both a short visit and a longer holiday. From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. We were warmly welcomed by Nabila at reception, who made us feel valued from the very beginning. Throughout our stay, every member of staff was friendly, professional, and attentive. The restaurant team also went above and beyond, even bringing us a blanket when the weather became a little cool. The room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully presented, and every part of the resort reflected a true five-star experience. This is one of the very few hotels that we would happily return to for a longer stay. Everything felt thoughtfully designed, well managed, and of an exceptionally high standard.

We honestly struggled to find any negatives. If we had to mention one, it would be that the resort is so large that we could not explore everything during our stay. We would have loved to spend more time enjoying everything it has to offer.

Fantastic stay and exceptional hospitality! We had a wonderful stay at Pullman Ciawi Vimala Hills—the ambience is beautiful, and the hospitality across the entire property is top-notch. Breakfast at Damar was a highlight of our trip. Our server, Mas Aming looked after us incredibly well and truly elevated our morning. If you’re having breakfast at Damar, definitely look for Mas Aming to assist you! Will definitely come back for sure❤️

I had a wonderful spa experience at Pullman Ciawi. The atmosphere was relaxing and the service was excellent. Special thanks to fera, who was very professional, friendly, and skilled. Her massage technique was amazing and helped me feel completely refreshed and relaxed. Highly recommended! 😊

Some of facilities is good

Waited for a very long on car valet and they took a wrong car. Got e bike with my kid, and it stopped just 5min on the road. Called the number provided, busy and you have to pay 450k idr to leave a message. Tried for 15m, no success. When finally rang, no one picked up. So just left the e bike and walked back with my 6yo boy 20m back to hotel.

Emplacement en pleine nature avec des espèces magnifiques et bien entretenues. La chambre était grande et très confortable. Plusieurs possibilités de restauration. Le spa et la salle de sport. Le service aux petits exemplaire.

Le bruit : - Des oiseaux typiques de la région. Cela dépend après de l’appréciation de chacun, cela n’a pas dérangé ma copine. - Bruit la nuit à cause de motorisation dans l hôtel.. on ne sait pas dire quoi Les bouchons d oreille on fait le job. Bref on mets quand même un 10/10 car ils se rattrapent fortement sur tout le reste.

Beautiful landscaping, serene setting, very comfortable bed. Many activities you can do like many kinds of games, rent bicycles or scooters, plant kokedama making.

One of the best family-friendly resorts in Bogor! Easy to reach and away from the traffic, with comfortable and fun facilities for families. A perfect choice for a family getaway thanks to its peaceful vibes, lush sanctuary, and stunning mountain views. The staff are all very friendly. The kids really enjoyed the playground, game arcade, family pool, and the Vimala tour. We stayed in the 2-Bedroom Villa, which was absolutely perfect for a family stay. Highly recommended for a vacation, and we would definitely come back again.

Lovely hotel that is close to nature. We had good time here. Staffs were friendly and helpful. We took the Tram Tour and eventhough it was simple and short but it was lovely experience. Bulqi our tour driver was super friendly. Some areas in the room need to be inspected throughly as I could see spider web under night stand and in door corner. Towel could be improved into fluffy 5stars hotel standard. But in overall, I like and recommend this hotel ❤️

Mooie ligging. Spa was fantastisch

This visit was for a birthday staycation, and it turned out to be really special. We received such thoughtful touches, like a birthday cake, room decoration with a handwritten note, and even a lovely surprise at the restaurant, “Le Platine,” with a lobster dish. Everything was beautifully arranged by Ms. Nike from Damar Resto, who also assisted us during breakfast. She was very helpful and attentive, and we truly appreciated her service. The restaurant offers a wide variety of food, which we really enjoyed. Our room was also upgraded complimentary, and the Guest Relations team, especially Mr. Yosua, arranged a quiet room for us, which made the stay even more comfortable. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and felt very well taken care of. We are definitely looking forward to coming back again.

We have stayed at Pullman Puncak several times and are loyal Accor members. The hotel itself is excellent — beautiful surroundings, a great location, and many activities for children. The breakfast offers fantastic variety and has always been a highlight of our stay. Sadly, our experience with the reservation department was extremely disappointing. The staff handled our situation in an unprofessional and inflexible manner and showed no empathy toward a genuine human circumstance. This completely changed our perception of the hotel. Because of this, we will not return and cannot recommend it to others. The swimming pool was also extremely cold, which made it uncomfortable to use.

조식이나 레스토랑 음식들이 맛이 없었어요. 숙박기간동안 비가 많이왔는데 비가오면 할수있는 활동이 너무 없었어요.

Nice spacious rooms with balconies. Modern yet cozy feel. Breakfast was good, with a few staff at the reception very attentive. Cafe Damar that serves breakfast ist really nice. Great to have decaf coffee as option. The game section with pool, karaoke, arcade games was fun.

Room for improvement: Buffet was often missing items like cheeses (empty or very sparsely filled) and the Indonesian dishes like ketoprak were not very tasty (street vendors’ are better). At a price of over IDR 300k, I would expect a bit better. Tables were often not ready and dirty. Hallways are very slippery (need to install extended roofing). Games rooms close far too early at only 7pm. Major problem: the door lock malfunctioned and when I reported it, the staff receiving my call said they would charge us for it, without even checking properly. This was extremely annoying and stressful. Fortunately, the skilled and kind Mr. Markus inspected and exchanged the lock, and determined the problem was the hotel’s wooden door frame that had expanded due to humidity/moisture. For the hotel room’s bathroom I suggest changing the shower’s flooring to something with friction to avoid slips, as it’s super slippery. Salak bar has an awesome view but ordering a simple snack takes forever. The spa was superb, probably the best thing about the whole experience!

Great and modern hotel with great facilities and exceptional hospitality. My room keeper Sahrul noticed that I used earplugs and left me a couple of new ones at my pillow in addition to leaving me some extra water because he noticed that I had a hectic trip.

Pool party is really fun. My kids are really love playing the balls with Kak Usup, Raden, & Indra. They are really friendly and nice. Thank you

Another experience of staying at this hotel. If you're after a quiet and peaceful atmosphere, the Pullman Vimala Villa is the place to be. But then something unexpected happened. I couldn't get into my room because I'd left my key and phone inside. So I strolled over to the nearest building to see if any of the hotel staff could help. Just so you know, villas and hotels have different staff. I don't even want to think about what would happen if a solo guest experienced something like that at night. I'm sure the hotel management will do and mitigate what they can to put things right. Overall I quite enjoyed my stay here!

I missed more options to eat a la carte. Maybe a couple of outlets more because for more than 3 days food options start to be repetitive. Plus... please add more healthy food for the kids... not everything deepfried...

Mooi boutique resort met een erg mooi buitenterrein. Het hotel is erg geschikt voor families met kinderen, er zijn 3 zwembaden, een kleine kinderboerderij, zo'n 5 kilometer aan wandelpaden, en nog veel meer. Grote kamer met een fijn balkon. Grote bedden, er kon gekozen welk soort kussen je wilde.

The staff team was amazing and super friendly. The rooms and the facilities were nice and clean. The place offer some nice activities and attractions worth checking.

The design of the bathrooms was quite unique, may not suit some people but will not undermine the experience.

The hotel room was spacious with a large bed and generally clean. We appreciated the friendly staff, spa, restaurant, breakfast, and beautiful scenery. However, several issues made our stay less pleasant: - Room facilities: The lavatory had poor air circulation, leaving an unpleasant smell. The Nespresso machine was broken throughout our stay despite informing housekeeping. - Noise: On Friday night, loud music, conversations, and a crying baby disturbed the evening. Additionally, the neighbour above moved furniture late at night, affecting rest. - Photo service: While the free photo service seemed like a nice touch, the vendor’s workflow was inefficient. We waited 30 minutes to select a photo, and the admin responded defensively and visibly mocking me when I raised the delay. The hotel receptionist later stated that the service was not part of the hotel, which added confusion. - Membership points: Promotional materials across the hotel stated that ALL members would earn 3x points for extra spending in restaurants and cafes. Staff reassured me that my purchases on November 20–21 would be credited, even taking photos of my membership app. However, customer care later informed me that points could not be processed. This inconsistency was disappointing. I have been a loyal ALL Accor customer for four years, but this experience has affected my trust and motivation to continue. I hope management will review these issues, improve communication with guests, and ensure that membership benefits are honoured as advertised.

الموقع تراه في بوجور وليس بونشاك (الجبل) وبعيد جدا عن الفعاليات لكن ميزته قريب من جاكرتا فقط حق ليلة وتكمل مشوارك الى بونشاك الحشرات و الزواحف موجودة بكثرة بالخارج في البلكونة وكذلك واجهتني في الغرفة وقمت بتغيير الغرفة بعد التواصل مع الطاقم السعر مرتفع جداً

Stayed for just one night for a short getaway with my husband in an Executive Room. It was quite spacious and nice with a bathtub, complete amenities, and a balcony facing the swimming pool! My stay was made even easier thanks to the hospitality of Kak Dinda, who assisted me with check-in and check-out, and Kak Selly from the restaurant during breakfast. Definitely will come back — one day is not enough!

So many kids activities here as you and your kids will never get bored on this hotel. One night wouldn’t be enough for us to explore this hotel
