Het vriendelijke en zeer verzorgende personeel en het uitmuntende eten. Mooie entourage ook. En de zeer goede service van het personeel, Yola, om mee naar een oplossing te kijken voor de geluidshinder. De geluidshinder maakte de aantrekkelijke omgeving (ik had stilte en natuur verwacht) veel minder prettig dan verwacht bij boeking. Maar dit is boven verwachting goed opgelost door me een andere, veel luxere suite elders op het terrein, aan te bieden. Daarna heb ik volop kunnen genieten. Ik reis al 5 jaar door Indonesië maar nog nooit zo'n klasse ontbijtbuffet, van chefkok, meegemaakt. Zeer uitgebreid, vers en ontzettend goed bereid. O.a. door Joji. Goede service ook door roomcleaning. Roomservice ook prima. Kortom, ik kom hier, als de renovatie voltooid is, graag terug. Ik boek dan een kamer aan de tuinkant. Deze is rustiger dan aan de bergkant.

A truly wonderful resort, full of beautiful scenery. Great atmosphere - highly recommended.

In the mountain view room, the noise from the motorbikes is a real issue at night. Something needs to be done about this.

This is not my first visit, I've stayed here couple times. They had a good ambiance, and the restaurant serve a good pizza.

Compare to my last visit, this trip not worth the visit. First, they currently have renovation, which made the place dirty and noisy. Second, our room facing mountain view, since the road to sumarecon area is finished, now the road made loads of traffic and the window of our room has ZERO noise reduction! So it was very noisy every time motorcycles pass. Lastly, the breakfast area, they kinda hide the egg and sausages. You have to wait in line for a long time to get them. I mean you can prepare simple egg at the buffet area. And the chefs were overwhelm with the waiting line that gave order.

We couldn’t sleep well because of non stop motorcycle sounds, the room should be more soundproof.

A resort with comprehensive facilities and beautiful view, perfect for staycation. The fire restaurant has wonderful options of western food

One of the bulding is undergoing renovation until september, hopefully it would turns into something more beautiful.

Location is very convenient from Jakarta.

Some part of the road to Gadog need to be repaired. Closet seat needs to be warmer, the pipe of jet shower was leaking, understaff daily housekeeping, unstable electricity. Most of all no advance notice that the cafe was closed for renovation…give very bad impression for the whole hotel.

Great hotel rooms and facilities. I booked for my parent’s birthday and they prepared a nice surprise.

Menu breakfastnya enak2, swimming poolnya juga luas dan ada beberapa kolam, kids activities jg banyak jd bikin anak2 betah, pemandangannya jg masih asri sejuk, banyak pohon2.. Fasilitasnya banyak dan pelayanan stafnya juga ramah2. Kamar yg kami pesan diupgrade dan saat check out kami dibekali snack cookies utk di perjalanan. Sungguh hotel ini memperhatikan tamu dari kedatangan sampai pulang... Jadi salah satu hotel favorite kami... ❤️❤️

Nice room, good shower, comfy bed, balcony etc couldn't fault it. limited view. Gym was a bit basic, could do with more equipment for people who want to move weights, and its hard to find. Monstrosity of a 'temporary' covered structure (its been there two years!) infront of the lobby / bar / breakfast restaurant completely spoils the view, its ugly and needs tearing down

・子連れで泊まりましたが、子どもが楽しめるアクティビティが豊富。 ・視察は総じて良かった ちなみに、眺望が素晴らしいが、お庭側の部屋はなんてことはない(しょぼい)のでご注意ください。

・15時のチェックインに合わせて着いてみると、とても混んでいて受付で30分待たされました。加えて荷物を運ぶのも遅く、自室で荷物を開けたのはホテルに着いてから1時間後でした。 ・スイート、セミスイートとそれ以外のレベルの部屋は別の塔になります。Booking.comに勧められるがままに別のレベルの部屋を予約すると、往来が非常に不便です。 ・諸事情あって2つ取ったうちの1部屋をアップグレードしてもらいましたが、レストランにはうまく伝わっていなかったのか、朝のビュッフェで差額の支払いを求められました。 総じてオペレーションが脆弱で、イライラさせられます。

Overall a good hotel. Nice rooms, buffet breakfast with large choice, place well maintained. I would likely book the same hotel again, but not the mountain view room.

You pay extra to get the mountain view room. But that is a bad choice. It faces the road and many noisy scooters are passing by. Since the noise proofing is not the best, it ruins your sleep. Also, the curtains are not preventing the daylight to get into the room. So, early wake-up...

The facilities like kids facilities is nice, so me and the kids enjoy our time in hotel. The beds are also comfy.

The check in process took a long time. I still couldnt check in eventhouth it's already 15.00 pm, they said that the rooms weren't ready yet. So, it took almost 1,5 hours waiting in the lobby for check in. The breakfast is limited options. It was promoted that there will be more 100 menus for breakfast but in reality it's still limited options.

الغرفة جميلة وواسعة والاطلالة رائعة ويوجد في الغرفة غلاية ومغلفات الشاهي والقهوة الاستقبال كان رائع والطاقم جدا ودود وبالذات الشاب ريان الذي تعاون معنا في تقديم الخدمة المطلوبة الفطور كان جيد الاغلب أسيوي ويوجد ركن فيه اجبان ومرتدلا وطبعا البيض وهو الخيار الوحيد للعرب

الفطور اتمنى ان يكون عالمي وبالذات تواجد الكثير من العرب ايضا لم يتم السماح لنا بتناول الفطور في المطعم القريب من الجم باعتبار انه للسويتات فقط علما بانه الأقرب لغرفتنا واطلالته أجمل وتنظيمه اقضل وطلبوا منا دفع مبلغ إضافي في حال أردنا ذلك مع العلم ان اقامتنا كانت مشمولة بالأفطار المطعم المخصص لنا فيه الكثير من العوائل الاسيوية والكثير من الأطفال والوضع غير مريح تماما ايضا هناك قليل من الازعاج وبالذات وقت الظهيرة

The Breakfast was exceptional! 9/10. I love how they served smoked salmon and the choice of breakfast, which we can order like the omurice, breakfast champion, and so on. Also, I love the dessert, heavenly blush yogurt

A truly enjoyable and calming stay. The resort is perfect for families, with fun kids’ activities such as horse riding, flying fox, archery, indoor games in the ballroom, and a splash bubble party. While children stay happily entertained, parents can relax and enjoy the lush green surroundings and beautiful mountain views, making it a refreshing and family-friendly escape from the city. Thank you for the lovely birthday greeting, it made our stay even more special.

One small downside is that the resort is often fully booked, so availability can be limited. However, the experience is truly worth it once you get the chance to stay.

Facilities and amenities were excellent. There were lots of kids activities to keep them occupied throughout the day. Breakfast has wide range of food and restaurant is big enough to host guests during the busy period. Staffs were all polite and attentive and response to queries in timely manner.

Though the breakfast has a vast range of food, some of them were not served in great condition (i.e. egg balado curry was cold, coffee tasted burnt). The elevators were pretty small to fit 1 wheel chair, 4 adults and 4 kids (which gave us an excuse to use the stairs for extra exercise). Overall, it was still a nice experience for the whole family.

Exceptional views and very friendly staff

Everything was well organized

This is my 2nd time staying at the hotel. Superb room, very comfortable and clean, nice spacious bathroom. The little touch of welcome dessert was amazing. Unfortunately, the room is not soundproof against the sound from outside. I cannot sleep well due to the traffic sounds. Another suggestion, put guests with little children on the lower floor. The family above my room was very noisy, their children kept on running and jumping, I heard their thumping all night!

1. The breakfast menu could use some upgrades; my kids were not loving it. 2. Paying for valet. It was free during my 1st visit.

The room is for 2 adults and 2 kids, but I still have to bear additional cost for additional breakfast for 2 kids. This is not clearly explained during the booking process. If you book a room with 4 beds with breakfast, i think the breakfast is automatically for 4 instead of for 2.

De service. We kregen van Zulfa een hele goede service. Zij vroeg ons tijdens het ontbijt hoe onze kamer was. We wilden niet klagen, maar vertelden haar wat ons tegenviel in de kamer. Ze gaf ons die dag een upgrade qua kamer. Hadden we niet verwacht!. Zo attent van Zulfa!!!
