This hotel was located in a central location for all our needs during our stay. On site parking was available. The staff was professional, helpful, and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good.

Breakfast didn’t start until 7am. We had appointments we needed to get to by 7am which meant leaving the hotel by 6:30am. Nothing was available before 7am (not even coffee!). There isn’t a coffee maker in the room.

It was a convenient location to Kendall regional hospital wherei had an early appointment.

I had a problem getting the TV to work very confusing for a senior citizen.

My room was comfortable. I like having a big refrigerator and microwave in the room. I also liked having the sink outside the shower with big counter top. Good place for the price and great location. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Staff was nice and helpful.

Hotel advertises coffee maker in room and it was not correct. This was disappointing. I had to go down to lobby to get water, which was not convenient. Water dispenser in the floor was out of ordered and never fixed. They only had ice machine on the 2nd floor for the entire hotel.

The room was great, spacious and the location was amazing. The staff were always friendly and helpful.

This is my second time visiting the hotel and the difference between the first time and now is abysmal. The smells of cannabis on the second floor where our room was assigned was very, very strong, same like in the room where we stay. The administrator told us that he can't change it because of non availability and gave us a air freshener. He try to help but unfortunately was out of his hands. The huge inside AC unit was extremely noisy, there was not one bottle of water, no glasses on the top of the sink cabinet or any other helpful additions. Only two plastic cups beside the TV desk. Very noisy after hours. The breakfast is very poor and hard to find a place to seat after 8-8:30 am. On check out I ask for invoice and the receptionist told me that the hotel can't print one for me because I book it with a partner web site.

Had a pool, okay size but nothing to rave about. good sized room, quiet despite being near big roads, but other guests were a bit noisy for our stay. We had a freezer in the room which was actually super helpful! Parking was ample and free.

Breakfast choices were a bit limited but there was a few pieces of fruit which was great to see as healthy options.

El Staff es fenomenal honestamente son fantásticos desde que entras hasta que te vas. Todos los turnos el equipo se lleva un diez. El equipo de limpieza de las habitaciones también hacen un increible trabajo cosa que apreciamos mucho, porque otros lugares no son tan minuciosos. La ubicación es 1000 de 1000 tienes cerca DE TODO y sin el caos y locura de Miami. A ojos cerrado lo recomendaría.

Honestamente solo un detalle las camas, yo siento que los colchones necesitan una renovación; por lo menos en nuestra habitación si las camas y las almohadas me quedaron debiendo y no permitieron que tuviera el mejor descanso. Para mi eso es bien importante porque padezco de muchos dolores de espalda.

À 30 minutes de l’aéroport. Petit déjeuner vraiment sympa avec jambon œufs brouillés yaourts wraps muffins salade de fruit … chambre confortable. Nous avons trouvé un lézard dans la première chambre et on nous en a donné une autre.

This property was great!! we found ourselves in a situation where we were stuck in Miami for three days while also pulling our boat and they were very accommodating. We had to find a hotel that the parking lot could accommodate the boat.

Nothing about the property. There were a few questionable guest but the staff, the location and the facilities were fantastic.

It was close to where I needed to be.

None of the requests made were met. Water pressure in the shower was inadequate. There's one very slow elevator for four floors (80 rooms) is poor. I asked for room on the first floor - didn't get that. I asked for a room that was away from the elevator. They put me next to the elevator. I saw evidence that housekeeping did not clean the shower. One day housekeeping did not do their rounds until the late afternoon. There is a young bearded man that checked me in that had the audacity to tell me not to damage the room. It was condescending. I am a grown woman with a grown child and being spoken to as though I would damage property is ridiculous. I have stayed various times with zero issues.

Small ants in the bathroom. Two room suite and A/C only cooled living room not the bedroom. Breakfast was mediocre.

The room had a very strong smell of humidity, the bathroom curtain look cheap, takes away from general look of the suite. Lamps were not working.

The hotel is not the same as it was in the past. Staff not the same, not friendly, limited choice in breakfast, not enough space to accommodate the guests staying in hotel, the elevator takes 5-8 minutes to arrive when needed. The room smelled damp. Had to change rooms due to leakage. So disappointed

Bardzo miły personel. Zero formalności - błyskawiczny meldunek, Pani w recepcji Złota Kobieta. Wybór hotelu z uwagi na bezpłatny parking., który na marginesie jest świetny i niesamowicie zadbany, otoczony przyrodą. Hotel troszkę leciwy, ale zadbany i bardzo czysty, wygodne łóżka, świetny widok z okna. Naprawdę świetny wybór na nocleg po lądowaniu lub przed wylotem. Bardzo dobra cena, pół godziny jazdy od lotniska Miami INT. Jedynie śniadanie to bardzo słaba pozycja, ale za 100 USD pokój 2+2 to nie ma co wymagać, względem polskich hoteli - trzeba założyć, że jest to nocleg bez śniadania, nawet jeśli jest w cenie. Polecam z uwagi na położenie względem lotniska, bezpłatny parking oraz ciepłe przyjęcie, bez grymasu, że tylko na jedną noc.

Celkem v pohodě hotel střední velikosti. Nic nám jako rodině nechybělo. Pokoj byl spíš menší pro 4 lidi, ale jinak pohodlný. Čistota celkem v pohodě, vybavení má něco za sebou, ale stačí to. Lokalita je rozumná ve vzdálenosti k letišti.

Snídaně byla hodně základní. To by chtělo zlepšit.

J’étais déjà venu dans cet établissement, pour le petit déjeuner il y avait plus de choix avant donc un peu déçu et autre chose c’est un établissement non fumeur, un soir ça sentait le cannabis sur tout notre étage, une horreur en sachant que je suis asthmatique et allergique à ce genre de substance. Je trouve ça inadmissible et irrespectueux. Nous étions 4 donc 2 chambres, mais dans l’une d’entre elles ça sentait le renfermé et le moisi !!! Et les femmes de ménage étaient lentes pour faire le ménage, elles venaient en plusieurs fois et elles n’étaient pas très agréable. Dans l’autre par contre aucun soucis et les femmes de ménage étaient réactives.

The staff has no respect for privacy. Customer service sucks. Staff stole my son’s soccer ball. There were ants in our room and they wouldn’t move us until the second day. Breakfast was horrible I could go on and on
