Best Western Plus Miami Executive Airport Hotel and Suites

Everything was amazing, the food was delicious nd the night manager made the stay even better she was amazing nd had a great attitude nd was a huge help I believe her name was lucellena sorry I don't know how to spell it

Clean

Nothing

The staff is very professional and respectful, especially the kitchen staff; everything was very clean, and there was no noise or disturbance at night. I recommend it 100%.

There wasn't anything I didn't like; for me, everything was fine.

The staff was super nice and helpful. Room was clean and big. I recommend getting a king size room because the queen size room is a scam.

The queen room size is a scam, we measured the beds and they were double size (full size) beds. Nowhere near the queen beds we payed for. Staff was nice enough to upgrade us. So when booking here please only book king size bed room

Everything!

Nothing!

Very clean staff was helpful

Good service in general, the staff nice people!

Great hot breakfast, clean rooms, quiet at night, free parking. If you need more space consider the suite (about 455 sq ft) which has a separate living area with sofa, TV, and work area. There's a bar area in the evenings.

If you want to get food you have to drive about a mile for Burger King.

Very modern design. Well appointed room. Lots of sockets and storage.

Hated the half shower door.

Very comfortable and quit hotel and staff was great!

TV didn't work well it kept freezing up....the internet was very slow and I defiantly didn't like the breakfast! dried up eggs, greasy bacons, and the juices tasted like water.

ROOM WAS CLEAN AND SPACIOUS. WE LOVED THE SHOWER AND SHOWER PRESSURE. BREAKFAST WAS GOOD, STRAIGHTFORWARD.

This place is very clean and safely

If my room can be clean everyday

Ac broken was not fixed

Localización

Pésima atención del personal de recepción

Everything about this hotel I love

Western Plus Miami Executive Airport Hotel & Suites 13700 SW 139th Ct Miami, FL 33186 Dates stayed: July 16 - July 23, 2026 I have stayed at this establishment approximately 5-6 times while visiting the Kendall area to see family. The location is excellent, set in a peaceful and quiet community right across from Miami Executive Airport. The property is well-maintained, and the staff are friendly and professional, making check-in and check-out smooth and easy. Each room features a small refrigerator and microwave, and the beds are exceptionally comfortable. The Wi-Fi connection is reliable and seamless. Although amenities like the gym and pool are available, I did not personally use them. In my opinion, the quality of service is well-matched with the value offered. It truly is a hidden gem in a calm, tranquil setting.

Nothing that I can recall right off the top of my head.

Our experience was pleasant. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was accommodating and even called to ask if we needed a later check out. The continental breakfast had many delicious options and the restaurant/bar was clean. We will definitely return for another stay.

Rooms comfortable and clean

Breakfast is really poor quality. Not really much more to say

Location was ideal. Property was clean, and housekeeping was exceptional. They were friendly and accommodating.

Not all ice machines worked, and there was no notification not all the dryers worked properly. There was no sign on the washing machine or dryer stating that they weren’t working. And the pool was closed with no notification prior. Or that we had access to the pool next-door we found that out by someone else staying at the property. For breakfast, there were no gluten-free options for the kids and fruit was never replenished. It was served once and once it was gone, that was it.

Everything went as expected.

Location

Air conditioner doesn’t get cold myself and daughter had a miserable couple of nights.

Ubicación excelente, área muy tranquila.

Nada. Superó mis expectativas.

Friendly staff , delicious breads

The HOTEL was great very nice and up to date spacious! The Bar tender is your MVP is knowledgeable, friendly inviting, plays GREAT music, and hospitable.

Upon checkin the receptionist did not acknowledge me as she was on the phone and proceeded to allow me to wait without even picking her head up or placing the call on hold, she was NOT clear on payment pricing, did NOT provided breakfast information, Bar info, amenities info just very unfriendly and not my expectation. The lobby bathrooms also where dirty and smelled. The pool area needs a drastic UPGRADE and possibly think about playing music and serving food and drinks outdoors, Children need to be supervised and monitored especially during breakfast, possibly having staff serve the food for sanitary reasons maybe adding security for overall safety as well, especially in the parking lot! Adding more EV chargers

La limpieza y muy buen trato☺️

It was just okay the room iron didn’t work.also I couldn’t plug in my fire stick to the tv to watch movies was very upsetting.

It was okay good breakfast.

THE FIRST ROOM WHEN WE ARRIVE WAS GOOD. BUT WHEN WE CAME TO TAKE A SHOWER O TO HOT O TO COLD. WE REPORT AND CHANCHE THE ROOM. THE SECOND ONE THE A/C WAS SO NOISE I CAN SLEEP. THE NEXT NIGHT WE DIDN,T USE THE A/C MY HUSBAND DIDN,T SLEEP. THE BEAKFAST WAS OK. BUT IN 3 DAYS I CAN HAVE A SCRAMBLED EGGS.

WELL I ALREDY WRITE. OHHH I FORGOT ONE OF THE MAINTENENCE MAN WAS VERY RUDE WITH MY HUSBAN WHEN HE WAS TELLING THE PROBLEM WITH THE SHOWER.

It was not in the city. But it was kinda in the middle of everything.

The breakfast left something to be desired, but it will still good

Camere pulite e receptionist disponibili

Tutto okay.

The breakfast was excellent with a lot of hot and cold choices. We were able to check in to our room early. The front desk employee politely provided a list of nearby restaurants when we asked about restaurants for lunch.

We were happy with everything.

Nice

Rainshower head and 1/2 shower door sucked
