Best Western Plus Kendall Hotel & Suites

In our case was just for one night

Breakfast was very poor

Everyone had a smike and were nice. All was vlean and well placed

Parking!

Breakfast was ok.

It was a huge turn off seeing women walk around the floors in diapers, drainage equipment and in body tights similar to compression tights. I'm assuming they had surgery which isn't bad but keep it in their personal rooms and not for me and all the men traveling with me to see. No cover up, no robe. It happened a few times during our 1 day stay.

The rooms were very humid despite having the a/c running. There was a weird muggy feeling even though it was cold.

Good value

Very limited are for hotels.

Great clean .!! Great staff

Clean

Convenient to the turnpike, parking was at the hotel and it felt like a nice aafe neighborhood.

Camas confortables, limpieza, buena ubicación

The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly, it’s right next to a shopping center that has great restaurants and a gym that you can use as a hotel guest. 10 out of 10

Bien

Nada

The hotel is located in Kendall in a quiet area, centrally situated and close to shopping centers and restaurants. The check-in process was perfect—very friendly and quick. The rooms are well-maintained and in line with the price, providing good tranquility, and the air conditioning works well, which is important due to the summer heat in Miami. There’s a minibar and TV with cable programming, and the internet was excellent. Breakfast is included in the price and is good and varied. However, a negative aspect to note is that sometimes the hotel staff gathers to chat loudly in the catering area during breakfast, which can be a bit annoying for guests. One day there was an issue with the coffee machine, but it was resolved by the next day. The pool area is very inviting and well-maintained, with good upkeep of the pool and green areas. Parking is included and there is always availability. The check-out process was equally perfect. All the hotel staff were very friendly. This hotel is highly recommended for a peaceful stay in Miami.

The bed was not very comfortable and the room was hot I believe it was the location of the AC unit for the room that we had.

UBICACION, SERVICIO DEL PERSONAL

Breakfast was great when I was able to make it on time ... The beds were so comfortable that I slept late and missed breakfast twice

Accepting cash to pay for the room . Luckily my bank also had branches in Florida as well as Wisconsin

Excellent location for all of us travelers.

It was clean and comfortable, also breakfast was good

Clean and neat hotel, spacious parking and next to shopping district

Everything was perfect. The location was good, the fact of having free parking was great. The room was excellent, so quiet. The staff has been so kind, we loved everything.

Nothing at all

Everything about this hotel was excellent. I was having a medical emergency with family at the time of my check-in, and when I called to let them know, they were super understanding and wished us luck. The breakfast was so fresh, with clean ingredients, and perfect for the early hours of the day. The cleanliness was excellent as well, and I would 100% return to this hotel.

There was nothing I could find that I did not enjoy about our stay. The room service staff was extremely friendly, and they cleaned the rooms flawlessly. I don't have anything I disliked about our stay.

Do not stay at this Hotel. It is a recovery center for woman having cosmetic surgery and are walking around even in the dining room with drainage and pee bag hanging sitting on pillows and walking in the parking lot. I thought I was being pranked by a TV show.

Very clean sheets and the beds are very comfortable. We had a great night's sleep. The staff is very positive. The price is very reasonable and worth it. We will stay here whenever we need to visit Miami.

Nothing, everything was great.

Location was great. Breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable.

Room phone don’t work even after telling front no one came to fix it along with getting room housekeeping even after asking.

Convenient location.
