Reviewed Sep 14, 2026The hotel looks amazing, we had a superior room which was extremly large and comfy (even with an ocean view :). Breakfast was amazing and well organized. There were a lot of different food options to choose from, both regional and international. Indoor and outdoor pool were both nice and clean.
The restaurants -although high quality- were VERY pricey. Also the location of the hotel itself is a bit difficult depending on what you want to do on Okinawa. If you just want to go to the beach and chill out at the pool - Laguna Garden is perfect. But exlporing the surroundings or the island itself proved to be quite difficult due to the bad public transport options. Maybe if you have a rental car that's different.

駐車場の使用の際、駐車券の扱いが分かりづらく（特に一番最初に使う際。また、一度入ってしまうとゲートを通らないと空きを探せない正面駐車場は不便。結局、第三駐車場ばかり利用しました）、出入りする際も一回一回フロントで無料化する処理があること

Reviewed Jun 21, 2026Das Laguna Garden ist ein sehr schönes, sauberes Hotel in Okinawa. Sowohl Innen- als auch Außengelände sind sehr schön und gepflegt. Es gibt mehrere Restaurants, u.a. ein Yakiníku-Restaurant, unser Highlight. In der großzügig angelegten Lounge kann man schön sitzen und einen Tee / Kaffee trinken oder eine Kleinigkeit essen. Auch die Shops laden zum Stöbern ein. Wir waren 10 Tage dort und waren deshalb froh über den "Waschsalon". Unser Zimmer im 13. Stock hat uns gut gefallen, die Aussicht war toll, es war immer sauber. Alle Mitarbeiter waren extrem freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist super gut, es wird immer wieder nachgefüllt und es ist abwechslungsreich. Auch die Außenanlagen mit Pool, Bar und Sauna sind sehr schön. Wir würden jederzeit hier wieder Urlaub machen!
Das Wetter :-( Leider hat es von 10 Tagen Aufenthalt 8 Tage geregnet. Aber hierzu kann das Hotel nichts,

Reviewed May 1, 2026De locatie was prima, de kamer en uitzicht waren top. Bedden groot en goedte doen. Ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid en lekker. Alleen de laatste dag was het zo druk dat wemoesten wachten.
Het buitenzwembad was dicht toen wij aankwamen, hier waren wij niet over bericht. Wij kregen een kamer upgrade dat was goed.

The bath facility could be upgraded with massage chairs. Also the wifi was only available in the bedroom you’re staying which was an inconvenience.

部屋の空調が効いてるのか設定してもあまり変わっていない気がしたのでフロントに確認を取ればよかったです。モニターには暖房と自動だけで冷房の文字がなかったです。

たまたま 大浴場が改修工事中で 男女を時間で入れ替えになっていたので残念ながらゆっくりと入れなかったこと！ また 中国人の大浴場の利用マナーが悪くで床が水浸しで仕方なくスタッフさんに来ていただいたことです！

Med hyr-elcykel kan man ta sig in till Naha om man inte vill åka buss eller taxi. Bra parkeringsmöjligheter om man har bil och internationellt körkort.

The hotel corridor smells like having a little humidity and a little mold, off course compared with my living environment in Finland (we are especially sensitive to mold smell). But I think it is Ok there in Okinawa because it is so close to the sea, and with a tropic weather there. I was planning to swim near the beach before the travel, but it is not allowed in November when I arrived at there. The temperature 25 degrees is quite Ok to me to swim because it is basically the summer weather in Finland and we can even swim when it is only 10 degrees. I don't know if there is any other safety reason, except the temperature.
