住7天 but每天早餐菜色都沒有變化… 餐廳選擇性較少…

清潔で居心地の良い室内。隅々まで掃除が行き届いていて寛ぐことができた。 スタッフの対応も自然で丁寧だったので、私も家族も滞在中リラックスする事ができた。 ホテル一階のレストランは広く、席が十分確保されており、ゆっくりと食べる事ができた。朝食は種類が多く、沖縄の地元食材や沖縄ならではのメニューがあり美味しかった。中でもパンケーキに付けるホイップやシークワーサーのディップが美味しかった。黒糖プリン等の小さいスイーツの味も良かった。 大浴場や岩盤浴も清潔だった。あまり大きくなく、私には丁度良い広さで安心できる空間だった。

2階の室内プールと屋外プールの動線が少し分かりにくかった。 ホテルの前の道路の交通量が多く、ベランダに出ると車の音が少し気になった。また、その道路が工事中だった為、ホテルから車を出す際に一方にしか出られなかったのは不便だった。

The roof top pool and jacuzzi was special. The lounge food and alcohol was great and the staff were 10 out of 10 for attention to detail.

Perhaps not walking distance from much places but you could get an uber easily.

Außenpool ist groß und schön. Frühstück abwechslungsreich. Zimmer sind groß und modern. Balkon mit Meerblick. Insgesamt sehr schönes modernes Hotel.

Really enjoyed the stay at this hotel. Next time I will stay longer. Definitely will come again...Okinawa is a great destination to enjoy life. The breakfast deserves a TOP Rating .... very friendly staff :-) .

Staff is friendly and very helpful! It felt like a dream. Cabs were always readily available. The breakfast was delicious.

多年來，每年至少會有3次來這裡住宿，每次都會使用俱樂部，但是餐點一次比一次更簡陋、隨便，尤其是晚上的酒吧時間，水果、甜點都沒有了，只剩下起司片及小餅乾，一點都不符合五星級飯店的水準，再加上價格也都恢復原價了，連住宿都要算停車費（天數計算）！ 我想下次的旅程，同樣價格應該會找其它更好的飯店了！

Rooms were large and very clean. Our view of the sea was superb. Staff were helpful and prompt when we requested they remove clothing that was done drying, left by other guests.

O hotel tem todas as facilidades imagináveis, embora não fique perto do centro. É um lugar perfeito para relaxar e ter lindas vistas de Okinawa. Já lojas e konbinis próximas

Le spa est juste parfait très bien entretenu et spacieux plusieurs espaces différents sont proposés, la chambre et les lits XXL très confortable, l'insonorisation aucun bruit de l'extérieur ou de l'intérieur et surtout le personnel qui a été aux petits soins dans tout l'établissement

Les horaires pour le petit déjeuner 10h au plus tard cela fait juste une demi-heure ou une heure de plus serait apprécié et pour le spa il serait bien de mettre un créneaux tôt le matin et un tard le soir réservé exclusivement aux adultes pour se détendre sans enfant.

パーティーなどをプールサイドの会場で開催する際に、ある程度は、プールサイドまで、出れるように、また、プールサイド側にも、立立っての飲食ができるテーブルを幾つか設置するなど、柔軟に対応していただけると更に良いかと思います。今回は、丁度、雨☂️だったので、その必要はありませんでしたが。

Clean, modern, felt luxury for a cheap price, great facilities.

The location wasn’t amazing, there are shopping centres nearby however not a central hub. Tropical beach is about a 2 minute walk but it only spans for 10 meters. To see other nice landmarks you will need a car.

Great location. Easy to go anywhere. Clean room. Friendly staff. Great breakfast. Kids Love the family suite.

The facilities were great, the room was very spacious and comfortable. It was a clean location and the staff were all amazing, so polite and accommodating.

The location was good, it was between our two main parts of the island we wanted to visit. There just wasn’t too much to do in the rest of the area apart from Round1 Stadium.

The hotel was beautiful. The facilties were fantastic and a small beach is super close, just across the road. A supermarket and some restaurants are near by.

The hotel is a little far out from the airport. Perfect if you want to lay by it's great pool and use the beach but other things are a taxi/uber away..

아침식사는 1층에서 먹었을 때 다양해서 좋았음. 다만 음료가 좀더 다양하면 좋을듯. 그리고 과일이 좀더 많았으면 좋겠음. 빵도 맛있고 블루실 아이스크림도 먹고 오믈렛도 맛있었음

아이들과 14층 수영장을 이용하기에는 시간이 조금 짧았음. (오후 5시 이후로는 아이들이 같이 갈 수 없어서 아쉬움)

ラウンジ利用可能プランだったが、食事などができ非常に満たされました。プール、大浴場、岩盤浴もあり楽しめました。沖縄コンベンションセンターのコンサートにも歩いてゆけて非常に便利でした。

普通の人はホテルの周りにコンビニなどないのは困ると思いますが、私たちは困りませんでした。

朝食が良かった。 宿泊施設（館内）の空間が広いので、快適でした。

家庭房的大小對一家三口來說很寬敞 房間內的硬體維護除了椅墊有點髒汙 其他的部分都乾淨，早餐豐富，味道也很美味。 泳池跟岩盤浴是孩子的最愛。

第一天因為晚到 飯店沒有提供room service，有點令人沮喪。

訂了可使用行政酒廊的房間，早餐時段可以進去吃好幾次，午茶時段也可以輕鬆喝飲料休憩，工作人員親善有禮，覺得值得。

We loved the roof top lounge, infinity pool with their lovely staff, great option for pre-dinner drinks and the stunning view of the sunset over the harbour. We also loved indoor pool area with sauna, ice room and cold pool.

Der Blick des Hotels ist wirklich sehr schön: direkt auf den Hafen. Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt, man hat uns mit dem Gepäck geholfen und sogar bis zum Zimmer gebracht, welches wirklich sehr schön und geräumig war. Auch das Frühstück war eine super Mischung aus westlichem Angebot und japanischen Spezialitäten. Ein paar Gehminuten entfernt liegt der Tropical Beach mit abgetrenntem Schwimmerbereich. Dort kann man auch Liegen und Schirme und überdachte Sitzbänke mieten. Der Pool im zweiten Stock war auch sehr schön! Es sind einige Liegen und Sitzmöglichkeiten vorhanden, von denen immer etwas frei war.

Leider bietet die Umgebung nicht sonderlich viel. Und die Straße, an der sich das Hotel befindet, ist doch recht laut, was uns aber nicht gestört hat, da wir nachts die Balkontür geschlossen gehalten haben. Das Fitnessstudio bestand wirklich nur aus ein paar Laufbändern und einem Rack (alles auf dem Foto sichtbar) - das kann man sicher etwas ausbauen, vor allem bei dem doch zum Teil sehr sportlichen Clientel dort.

La chambre, la vue et le spa.

J’ai demandé un verre d’eau en arrivant à l’hôtel, le personnel m’a demandé de payer 200 yen … Ensuite j’ai demandé si on pouvait entrer dans la chambre à 13h avant l’heure du Check in a 14h, sachant que nos bagages étaient déjà dans la chambre et que celle ci était prete, le même hôte d’accueil m’a demandé de payer 2000 yen pour accéder à la chambre. Je lui ai expliqué que cela n’avait aucun sens car la chambre est déjà prête. Tout a coup il m’a dit que exceptionnellement c’était possible car c’était l’anniversaire de ma copine. J’ai trouvé ça très ridicule, sans intérêt et pas commercial.

I like the room service and the safe was very kind. I like the close location of the beach. I like how clean everything was because I like cleanliness. It was a nice hotel overall but I wouldn't book it again.

I would've like being able to book other activities through the hotel or make it more accessible. I wish it was more toddler friendly. The breakfast was absolutely delicious but the dinner wasn't worth the price, it wasn't good.

Location is a bit far from popular attractions

Absolutely amazing hotel with all rooms overlooking the sea. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We booked club pool and lounge access and ate breakfast there every day with wonderful views. It was so lovely returning to our own rooftop pool and jacuzzi and sitting with a cocktail after a day sightseeing watching the sunset. Well worth the extra cost as food was served from 5pm to 7pm and drinks were available all day until 10pm. We booked a three island snorkeling trip on GYG with “Marine House Seasir”that was the highlight of our trip, amazing experience, the sea was like an aquarium. We also visited The American Village and beach and the botanical gardens. Well also walked up to Haksaw Ridge (although we had to taxi back) 🥵. We ate out at Sam’s Anchor Inn within walking distance of hotel. Best teppanyaki ever. Would highly recommend.

Property exceptionally clean and overall ready for local travelers.

Kept getting conflicting answers as to what I could and could not do. I abide by rules they have for people with tattoos but overall felt like I was treated poorly from my POV. Some staff were EXTREMELY helpful but when they would try to help, another staff would take a look at me and then all of a sudden be too booked up to extend my check-out time even though I was willing to pay the set amount and without a look at any computer to corroborate my room would be taken by someone else the same day. Tried not to take anything personal but I felt that the property is not as welcoming to local US military who happen to have tattoos and are not aware of the unspoken norms as they are to others. All I ask is for transparency from the beginning and fair customer service regardless of perception in a hotel that aims for diversity.
