Reviewed Jul 13, 2026It’s as everyone says, super close to supermarkets and food. You’ll never be hungry. There’s a mall for kids to play and a Round 1. The mall also have toiletries if you want something special that the hotel can’t provide. It’s a short distance to the city center. A good location and the property is big.
We were given breakfast but if it ends at 9, it really ends at 8:30. Which for late starters, it’s a bit difficult. If you can wait, skip the breakfast at the hotel and go out and find food.

Reviewed Mar 3, 2026The meals and service at the restaurant were excellent 100%. All of the staff was so friendly and kind. Beautiful hotel!! The manager was hospitable, and the staff was very professional. The hotel was beautiful and modern with an traditional Japanese feel. We liked that the hotel was right on the water, beautiful view, next to restaurants and mall and in walking distance. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this hotel. We would definitely stay again!
We like the style of beds in USA. The bed was a hard mattress here. It would have been nice for a bilingual English/Japanese TV station.

We have 2 adults and 2 children and book a double room. Hotel provides two additional single beds for children. It is over expectation. There is a little kitchen in the room. The room is still spacious.
The price is little expensive in peak season. But it is still great for value.
