La télé est très grande et le lit double confortable. Il y avait beaucoup de choix au petit déjeuner c’était très bon.

Poubelle cassée dans la salle de bain, plafond écaillé dans la douche, trou en bas de la porte des toilettes. Nous avons été déçu de tout cela, l’hôtel ne paraissait pas plein du tout et nous aurions aimé avoir une chambre sans tous ses désagréments. Pour un hôtel de tourisme 4 étoiles nous avons été déçu.

Almost everything was excellent. The breakfast is varied. The design of the hotel is very pleasant. The location is in the center and close to everything. A very comfortable bed and pillows.

The carpets in the room and corridor are very dirty. It would be good to do a regular wet cleaning of the carpet, especially in rooms.

Close to airport with shuttle and good breakfast.

We were awoken at 4:17 by a fire alarm. We exited the building with the other guests. No fire trucks came and we were told it was because someone took a hot shower and set off the alarm. This was a very odd excuse and it didn't feel like there was follow up to ensure our safety. In addition, the hotel boasts free shuttle to CDG but it felt like we were begging to get a ride. The first response when we asked for a shuttle was that there were no rides available, then after the clerk asked someone else for permission we were given a shuttle time. This happened on two seperate occassions. It was not a welcoming experience.

Er kunnen geen ramen open en daardoor kan er nooit gelucht worden enkel met een mechanisch ventilatie systeem. Er hangt een mechanische lucht daardoor wat minder prettig is. We werden om 04.00 uur gewekt door een oorverdovend brandalarm en schrokken wakker. We moesten via de brandtrap naar buiten en daar stond het hele hotel midden in de nacht. Er was geen communicatie vanuit het hotel naar gasten en het brandalarm bleef gaan. We hebben 30 minuten buiten gestaan met alle gasten van het hotel zonder communicatie. Later bij navraag bleek het een gast te zijn die te lang gedoucht had. We hebben geen oog meer dicht gedaan en je schrikt je kapot als je midden in je slaap door ‘brand’ je bed uit moet. Het terras is echt heel ongezellig en sfeerloos.

Je kan er basic maar lekker eten al was de tarte tatin helaas koud.

Aan de receptie gevraagd wat de laadkost is voor de auto. Niemand die het antwoord weet. Ook geen woord over de idle fees. Ik ben m'n laadsessie gestart voor de auto, dan gaan slapen, een uur of 7 later ben ik opgestaan, ben m'n auto onmiddellijk gaan verplaatsen. Er stonden trouwens heel wat palen vrij. En toch had ik een extra fee voor 'obstructie van de paal' van 16 euro. Dit kan natuurlijk niet zonder hierover vooraf duidelijk te communiceren.

Great shuttle service provided for guests to the airport, even with my super early morning flight. I have stayed at a number of airport hotels, but The Jangle was by far the best out of my whole trip, super clean, modern, fresh and super friendly staff!

We loved how easy it was to get to, the style inside the hotel looked fantastic and interesting. The room we had was amazing and so spacious.

The breakfast area looked a bit bare and not much vibe compared to the reception area and bar area.

The shuttle from the airport was great and was there as soon as I got to the platform, which was easy enough to find. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the room was really comfortable and quiet. Had the best sleep! Would definitely stay there next time I need a hotel at CDG airport.

The only reason I didn't give it a 10 was because there was no milk in the room for my morning coffee. The breakfast was ok but I think it would've been better if I'd got there earlier. Other than that there were no problems at all.

l' hôtel fait rêver par les notes et les photos .

quel déception.. un accueil des plus froids . cela est la première fois que cela m arrive.. a peine un bonsoir un air dédaigneux . chewing gum dans la bouche.. j' ai réservé pour une chambre classique me suis retrouver dans une chambre PMR au RDC . le le demain le check out pareil même pas bonjour . demander comment se passe le transfert réponse brève .. arriver dehors aucune organisation pour comprendre et le pire c est le chauffeur je n'avais pas bien compris comment se passait les arrêts pour les les différents terminaux. nous sommes arrivés à la descente tous les touristes anglais descendent et moi je reste dans le transport il remonte la voiture il fait mais qu'est-ce que vous faites là avec descendez il m'a mal parlé au lieu de me dire monsieur tout simplement tout gentiment il y a qu'un arrêt mais dis-moi je retourne à l'hôtel vous repartez avec moi désagréable quelle mauvaise expérience très mauvaise expérience

Overall a good place near the airport.

Fire alarm went off at 4:00. Exit door on the east end of the building had no level pad outside the door and was not level. My wife twisted her ankle as she stepped on uneven rocky ground.

The hotel was clean, water tasted good, and air conditioner was great. We liked the overall appearance of the hotel and it was quiet and away from the noise from the city of Paris.

Night staff were rude but in a polite way, maybe because I was American and didn’t understand their English well. The breakfast was terrible, nobody could tell us what a poultry sausage is. Even though it’s a great hotel, it’s far from the city of Paris so taxis was expensive, but they have Uber and Lyft (FreeNow)

The size of the room. It was so quiet. The beds were comfortable and pillows great. The TV was the biggest in hotel TV I have seen. The free shuttle service was fantastic.

We booked this hotel for our last night before our morning flight mainly because it was affordable, close the airport and it included an airport shuttle and breakfast. The room was very good for our family of 3 and the beds VERY comfortable, best sleep on our trip. The pool facility attached to hotel was beautiful and my son had a very fun time. The included breakfast was an exceptional spread. Overall a great experience

The shuttle only ran every 30 min and only held 7 passengers so we had to book a much earlier shuttle then we needed to be able to utilize the service.

On a oublié une veste (certes c’est notre faute) on a dû rappeler plusieurs fois jusqu’à ce que quelqu’un la retrouve et on a donc demandé à ce qu’on nous la renvoie dans le sud de la France. 20€ de frais de port ! Abusé pour une veste qui était dans une enveloppe kraft. Enfin bon on n n’avait cas pas oublié de veste …

J'ai eu chaud dans la nuit et j'ai constaté que les fenêtres n'étaient pas possibles d'être ouvertes. J'étais au premier étage. Je reconnais que je n'ai pas appelé la réception pour le réglage de la clim.

Flott hótel stutt frá flugvellinum þjónustan góð og morgunverðurinn mjög fínn, herbergið mjög fínt með STÓRU sjónvarpi barinn lítill en kósý allt til fyrirmyndar og við þurftum ekki að draga allar töskurnar upp í herbergi fengum að láni vagn sem við gátum náð í andyrinu :)

The price was great largely due to the hotels location which is reliant on vehicle access given location. First impressions of the reception area, room, food and staff are all very good.

We had evening food at the hotel and while the food was good, we had a desert incorrectly added to our check / bill. I wasn’t sure if it was an honest mistake or on purpose. Was strange as there weren’t many people eating other than us (2 other tables all not having desert). There were also a few bugs visible in the hotel room, woman’s sanitary products were ridiculously overpriced to the extent that they are profiteering on something that should be offered for free, and the electric vehicle charging - we were incorrectly charged and it’s an ongoing issue (although the hotel manager kindly got involved and I have his business card). Oh and our room cards stopped working after every 24 hrs (we stayed 3 nights) plus our room ran out of toilet paper on the final morning so went to the men’s in the lobby and it to had run out so had to go into the ladies to get the valuable asset (and take back to my room for our son to use).

Foi tudo perfeito pena que não consgeui aprovetar todas as comodidades que o hotel oferece, pois cheguei tarde da noite sai Cedo mas o que vi foi sensacional.

La TV XXL Un vrai sèche -cheveux , le fer et la planche à repasser, la bouilloire , le mini réfrigérateur, le coffre Le parking gratuit ( c est pourquoi je choisis cet hôtel. Oceania 12 euros , ibis roissy pôle 27 euros , et tous les autres également payant) Dommage qu ils ne mettent pas en place une carte de fidélité.

AU restaurant : Régler 1 sauce bearnaise 3 EUROS pour accompagner mes frites de 5 euros ! Les pommes de terre rôties du petit déjeuner : sèches et grasses. Pas d abri en cas de pluie en terrasse. C est dommage. Pas de miroir dans les toilettes de la reception. Pas de peignoir ni de chaussons dans les chambres

le restaurant de l’hôtel est très cher par rapport a la prestation. beaucoup d'attente servis 30 minutes après la prise de commande alors que le restaurant n’était pas plein. (serveur et cuisinier qui papote ensemble dernière le bar alors que les clients attendent..) Nous sommes restaurateur nous connaissons le métier.

Sympathie du personnel et des chauffeurs de la navette pour l'aéroport. Chambre très spacieuse et plutôt silencieuse. Bon petit-déjeuner déjeuner avec du choix.

Serviettes de toilette tachées et qui sentent le renfermé, ça n'est pas très agréable et laisse une impression de propreté négligée. La chasse des toilette qui semble défectueuse, ce qui était déjà le cas lors d'un premier passage à l'hôtel.

Limpeza a melhorar. Manutenção de certas zonas a melhorar. Pequeno almoço razoável: podia haver mais variedade de produtos, nomeadamente fruta, charcutaria e a nível de produtos sem lactose (leite de soja). Limpeza e organização do local também a melhorar.

The shuttle makes it easy to get to the hotel. (Check the shuttle service hours good in advance!) They are very helpful and kind! The hotel is kids friendly with the nice garden and some games at the reception. Very nice there is a restaurant right next to the reception so you can have dinner. Room is spacious and toilet is separate from the bathroom.

The floor in the hall and room is carpet. Makes it hard to ride with your suitcases :D The bathroom is with sand brushed glass and lets through a lot of light (when you are with kids that sleep earlier / longer it's less convenient)

El hotel y la habitacion en general son comodos. Estan bien cuidados

Lo escogí porque ofrecia traslado aeropuerto hotel aeropuerto. Mi vuelo llegó a medio día, a esa hora no prestan el servicio, tuve que comprar tarjeta de bus y llegar en servicio público al hotel. Adicionalmente, la aerolínea no envió mis maletas, tuve que ir a comprar ropa y artículos de aseo. Curiosamente el hotel no tiene shampoo, ni tampoco lo vende en la tienda que tiene en el primer piso. Tuve que lavarme el pelo con jabón.

J’ai tout aimé le confort, la gentillesse du personnel, le service, les cocktails, le repas, le petit déjeuner, le fait qu’il y ait une salle de sport, l’entrée incroyable super original , l’hôtel en lui-même. En gros tout , j’avais oublié aussi le fait qui ait un accès pour le parc aquatique qui est juste à côté et un client de l’hôtel on a aussi accès au sauna hammam la totale c’est un vrai kiff ultra satisfaite, j’ai passé un super bon séjour, je suis resté juste un jour mais c’est incroyable

Situé dans la zone aéroportuaire et bon rapport qualité prix par rapport aux hotels dans la zone des terminaux. La navette gratuite est un vrai plus. Le hall est un "paradis" pour les enfants avec les jeux mis à disposition; et l'accès à la piscine est top

Le petit dejeuner commence un peu tard. Avancer l'ouverture à 6h00 permettrait de mieux en profiter quand on a un vol tôt le matin. Le service en chambre n'était pas non plus proposé

Hotel was close to the airport and provided a free shuttle bus

We booked a two night stay more than two months ago - a junior suite but were given a family room. All beds, nowhere to sit, i.e. a couch or similar, and the bathroom was functional, but certainly not what we expected. When we queried the room type at reception, we were told that this was the room we had booked. We showed them the booking and were then told that all the junior suites were booked, even though we had booked our room a long time ago. We were given a couple of drink vouchers as compensation but would have preferred our choice of room type booked.

Seul bémol c est le manque d entretien des parties extérieur .un grand besoin de rénovation des la terrasse et son mobilier serait à prévoir
