La chambre n'était pas propre du tout. Il y avait des poils/cheveux partout, des traces d’une espèce de sauce sur le mur et même une pâte coquillette non cuite par terre, en gros il etait très visible que le menage n’a pas été fait. Le reste de l'hôtel étant propre je pense qu'il s'agit d’un oubli dans le ménage et non une généralité dans l'hôtel, néanmoins ca m'a particulièrement perturbé et je veux par ce commentaire attiré l'attention de l'hôtel pour être plus vigilant là dessus car le reste est très bien.

Hotel muy facil de acceso! A pie, en bus , o con la navette gratuita desde o hacia el aeropuerto. Pequeña habitación con cama cómoda,hervidor y café, práctical, con buena climatización. Aislación acustica correcta en el tercer piso .

The room was very small, hard to get around the bed and nowhere to put the bags. Only paper cups. No restaurant at night only snack pizza.

- the shuttle for the airport - different options for breakfast (an express one and a proper breakfast; we got the express since we had an early flight and it was good, a coffee and a croissant, just enough to get you going) - nice bar where you can also get a pizza - the hotel is close to the bus station as well

- the bed and the pillow we one of the most uncomfortable i’ve ever slept on, but i guess that’s a personal preference (and also the one on my partner’s side was different, so i don’t want to generalize) - the towels were kind of old and frayed around the edges - the bed linen was also stained (not dirty, it seemed clean, but had some stains) - small rooms, so keep that in mind if you want extra space (not a problem for us since we were there for 1 night only)

I found that the room wasn't the cleanest. The shower has old shampoo/soap on the shower wall and I found a few hair in the shower as well.

Overall our one-night stay at Geographotel was fine. The room (though small) had what we needed for a quick overnighter, the Reception staff were friendly and helpful, and the drinks at the bar were good.

Our BIG complaint involves the Free Shuttle service offered by the Hotel. We received instructions on where to meet the Driver, but found these instructions to be very vague and confusing. We were told to go to the 5th floor of the train station. What the instructions failed to mention though is that there is only ONE elevator in the whole building which can access that floor, so we wasted a lot of time trying to get where we needed to be. Due to our confusion with the instructions, we called the Hotel and were told on two separate occasions that the Shuttle Driver was on their way. We met up with some other guests who were in the same predicament as we were, and as more than 45 minutes had passed since we were advised the driver was on the way, we called the Hotel AGAIN (for the 3rd time), and were then told that the Driver is not working at the moment, and the Shuttle would not be arriving until more than one hour later! We consider this very bad customer service - OK, the shuttle service is free, but it is very unreliable and did not create a good first impression of The Geographotel for us. As we had no confidence in the reliability of the shuttle service we decided to take a taxi back to the Airport the next day.

Très facile d’accès et une navette disposition des des clients quand je suis arrivé à l’hôtel, la réceptionniste est un responsable très agréable poli, souriant, la chambre que j’ai eu la 32 au au rez-de-chaussée, très confortable avec la télévision, la douche, le lit, très bonne qualité et j’ai passé une très bonne nuit, il y a la possibilité d’avoir un petit déjeuner et le buffet dressé à partir de 4h30 une rareté dans un hôtel

Cosy, friendly & helpful staff, renovated room superb nice Cafe Bar in foyer. USB ports for charging devices, comfortable bed clean and exceptional value for money..

The pnly problem I had, which could have been disastrous, was my wake-up call for 6.15am never came.. luckily, because I was able to charge my phone (USB Port) I set my own alarm to be doubly sure, which woke me up!!!

Concernant la navette, explications contradictoires entre ce qui est sur Booking et la réalité.

Bon emplacement, bon accueil, chambres propres. Petit déjeuner rapide le matin à 5€, shuttle parfaitement à l’heure. Parking très pratique.

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'accueil chaleureux du personnel ainsi que le service de navette gratuite, qui a rendu notre séjour extrêmement pratique et agréable !

Tous les personnels sont très gentil et bienveillant. Le monsieur le soir tard quand on est arrivé. Le check-in super vite, ce qui était agréable quand on est déjà fatigué. Et les receptionistes le matin qui nous a répondue avec le sourire. Et quand on retourne en France après était en Indonésie ou on est toujours et partout reçu avec les grands sourire, c'est tellement surprenant de être avec les français qui sont dans la même bienveillance. Très agréable et on se sens bienvenue. Nous avons prit le petit-déjeuner qui était plus complet que je pensé. J'attendais une petit déjeuner à la Français!Mais on était agréablement surprise car le p-d était assez complet. La jolie déco pour la chambre, était très bien et très propre. Le grand lit agréable. La salle de bain propre et pratique. Il y a la possibilité de commander un pizza, ce qui est très agréable quand on arrive tard le soir.

Inadmisible qu'un hôtel 3 étoiles n'aie qu'une personne à l'accueil pour gérer les réservations et la petite restauration J'espère que les nouveaux dirigeants sont conscients des conditions de travail Et payer 1euro pour peser la valise !!!!

We liked having the airport shuttle.

The hotel was very very difficult for the Paris taxi driver to find. The registration process was not welcoming and friendly, but a bit chaotic. The room was small with no room to move on one side of the bed, which was one of two beds which had been pushed together to make a double. There was an annoying light on the ceiling alarm which flashed all night, and a red TV power light on all night. The bathroom was completely marble including the floor which made it slippery when wet with no grab bar for safety. When we had the shower fully on, it flooded the rest of the bathroom. The toilet paper holder was placed so that the toilet paper roll jumped off when you stood up. The amenities included 1 kettle, 1 teabag, 2 paper cups and some sugar (no coffee) The internet told me there was a restaurant but it is not functioning. All they had was frozen pizza which they baked for us.

It was near the airport, the room was clean and comfortable, the hotel provided a shuttle service to the airport.

The restaurant had a limited menu, though we were aware of this at the time of booking. The staff were helpful and recommended a nearby restaurant.

It’s conveniently located to the CDG airport with good free shuttle service to the hotel.

I had a bad experience with the shuttle they never showed to pick us up, there was no breakfast or restaurant available. There was a charge to my credit card that I did not authorize after my stay that I don’t know what it is.

l'accueil très sympathique de la personne présente le jour de notre arrivée. La navette (gratuite!) est très pratique. Le service de taxi commandé la vieille pour un départ très tôt juste parfait (chauffeur en avance) Proximité (5mm à pied) d'une pizzeria très bien.

Los cuartos son pequeños pero es una excelente opción para pasar la noche antes de tu vuelo. El servicio de transporte gratuito es un plus. La habitación estaba impecable, felicitaciones a housekeeping :)

Tout simplement parfait ! Une belle découverte à deux pas de l'aéroport CDG, ceci à un prix ultra compétitif. Chambres confortables, bien insonorisées et avec des matériaux de bonne qualité (en particulier la literie et la salle de bain). Ca change des douches en plastique des chaînes d'hôtels ! La navette gratuite depuis et vers l'aéroport est un vrai plus. Le personnel a été charmant, avec une mention spéciale au conducteur de la navette.

Rien du tout. Tout a été conforme voire au delà de mes attentes.

Accueil très chaleureux par l'équipe (notamment Abdel à la réception et Quentin , le chauffeur de la navette). Un gros plus pour la navette pour l'aéroport CDG; Quentin qui nous a conduit les 2 jours (pour les formalités de préenregistrement la veille du vol et pour le jour J) était très à l'écoute et réactif. Nous étions 5 dont 3 enfants et nous avons réellement apprécié les 2 chambres!

Juste améliorer la com à propos des horaires de départ/résa de la navette de l'hôtel vers l'aéroport, il y a eu un petit couac le jour du vol qui nous a stressé mais ça a été vite rattrapé!

Alojamiento muy limpio y cómodo, con vistas preciosas. Cerca del aeropuerto y apenas para pasar unas noches descansando, llegué un domingo pero había un lugar para abastecerse de lo necesario.

Lo que me parece difícil son las indicaciones para localizar el van que nos lleva al hotel.

The hotel is a 10 minute drive from the airport. The free shuttle service was great. Check-in was very fast. For a 1-night stay near the airport, it was perfect. The room was quiet, the bed was comfortable and the shower was great - lots of strong hot water. My only complaint was that they need to exterminate. I had to kill 2 spiders and kept seeing random ants walking around. Otherwise, it was a good value for money.

Floor wasn’t clean, there were ants that eventually invaded my backpack and unfortunately a small cockroach in the bathroom. The receptionist also gave me a a room that already had people in it and I walked into the room while they were asleep. I think this is unusual because the place looked nice and the staff serious. Just unfortunate mistakes and hopefully it was just that one room that had insect problems.

En période de canicule, il aurait été bien de au moins, mettre une bouteille d’eau à disposition ou de pas mettre la bouteille d’eau à 4,50 €

空港での時間調整のため利用したが、裏側に可愛いフランスの街並みが残っていて、朝の散歩を楽しむことができた。

スタッフの中に失礼な人がいて、カウンターから手招きして客である私を呼んだ。既定のシャトルの時間をスタッフの都合で変えることを依頼した時も、当然のように”OK?”と言うだけであった。
