The pool was not very clean. The shower did not work at the pool and there was no soup/shampoo. The breakfast was simple.

Everything. The building is far too outdated. And the place in whole is dirty. The room was dungy and dull. Poor air quality Breakfast food..cold easy over eggs straight out of the kitchen. A horrible stay. Left after 2 nights ... was booked for 7 nights. No pitty from staff. No intent to try to keep us there. And location!!! Very poor spot as encircled by homeless people.

Limited Breakfast food, last year there's a lot of healthy options. And the Lady staff working at the Restaurant was a bit rude.

There were definitely some positives to my stay. The towels were clean, and the bed was actually really comfortable. The staff were all extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating, especially when I needed to change rooms. The complimentary breakfast was also good and was a nice addition to the stay. While I had concerns about the condition, cleanliness, and security of the property itself, I had a very positive experience with the staff and appreciated how accommodating they were.

Unfortunately, I was really disappointed with my stay here. The first room I was given looked like the door had previously been broken into. There was a hole/damage along the side of the door, which immediately made me feel uncomfortable and concerned about security. The carpets were noticeably stained, the walls were dirty, and the room felt very run down. I was moved to a second room, which was nicer overall, but even that room had an issue with the door. The swing lock was missing one of its bolts, so it didn’t feel properly secure. The walls were still dirty, and the flooring was in such poor condition that it looked beyond the point where a good cleaning would make much difference, it really needs to be replaced. The elevator felt very sketchy. I also wasn’t aware before booking that part of the building is used for low budget, month-to-month apartment rentals, which added to the overall atmosphere and made the property feel very different from what I expected when booking a hotel. For me, the biggest issues were cleanliness, maintenance, and security. Having problems with the locks/doors in both rooms was especially concerning. The property seems like it needs some significant maintenance and updating. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I wouldn’t stay here again.

The hotel and parking area needs a complete upgrade. Carpets are spotted, stairwell smells of old food, toilet is designed for very short people, shower was leaking spraying water on bathroom floor, access in the bathroom was very tight. Parking area was a minefield of potholes. Overall a very dated hotel. Very limited vegan options.

The pool area was unique. Love that we can bring out food to eat at the tables near the pool area.

It was kinda too far of a walk from our room to the exit/lobby. Breakfast area was too small for the number of rooms that the hotel have.

Air conditioning was sub par. Being on the pool level. Waaaay to humid and muggy. Lots of little bugs in the bathroom. Breakfast was cold ish- seemed “old”- potatoes dry sausage cold. Parking lot looks rough. Lots of street people

The rugs were worn and very dirty in the rooms and around the pool. Our toilet was leaking water at the back. Both of my sons rooms had no air conditioning both units were not working. They got a discount after complaining.

The hotel is in desperate need of an upgrade. The carpets were very worn, walls needed to be repainted and many door handles were in need of replacing. The pool area was very worn and not well kept - we were not comfortable using the pool or hot tub. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was ok but we will not be staying there again unless the hotel undergoes significant renovations.

Early check in not accommodated even I want pay extra. That's why we stay at car for 7 hours.

There was no room service. There was no drinking water in the room. When called the reception, they asked me to come down and pick whatever I needed. Pool was crowded and not clean. Towels were everywhere on the corridors. Only a small elevator that fits max 4 person was there.

There isn't anything I didn't like , hotel is going through some some renovations so as long as everyone's expectations are understanding of this, you will enjoy your stay.

Hit tub was cold on our last night there, kids were pushing water in from the cold pool, I told the Front desk person who did nothing to get the kids out of the pool. Common areas super dirty, breakfast is mediocre at best, the Boiled eggs are over-cooked, no Bacon just sausages and Ham, there were only 3 fried eggs when we arrived at 7:30 am on our second day, not even possible to get restocked, the orange juice is McDonalds style Tang, the Hot Water carafe has Flakes of calcium coming off of it into the water for tea. Got a Kitchen So we could cook, first night not one plate dish or spoon, we had to ask the front desk to bring them, it took them an hour so we weren't able to cook until 8 pm, when they did show up the dishes were disgusting, grease all over the pans, each of the coffee cups were dirty, the pot lids were covered in hand prints, dust, and dried on food. The gym is 40% functional with ancient elliptical trainer, old treadmill, Broken Chest press bench, snapped and hanging Cables for the machine, and the AC is not functioning in the fitness room...............never.... ever stay here again.

We do travel baseball and on of the others parents suggested this place. They obviously have never stayed here before because it was the talk of the team. The Breakfast was horrendous. Had to get a ticket from the front desk then they stared at you the whole time the juice machine sat there with dried juice hanging from its spout. They had some kind of gross juice is jugs that tasted like copper. You could buy bacon and hash browns for an extra 5 bucks the coffee tasted like they reused the grinds. Worst hotel experience on record for this family. Won't be coming back anytime soon

Great location , walking distance to pubs and trails along the river. The garden area is great for card games and hanging out in bigger groups. Salt water pool is way easier in the skin.

The room it's self was comfortable.the pool area was very dirty. Hard to get into and out. A stand up hot tub jets do not work. Pool very hard to get in and out. To top it off the shower also did not work. Went to this hotel for this advertised beautiful area. Breakfast was luke warm at best horrible coffee. Was given a $10.00. Tim's card as consulation for this deeply disappointing situation. Not the staffs fault. In today's economy it is not just go stay on your weekend trip and hope for the best. Again so dissapointing will not return. The company has not even reached out after complaint.

I recently stayed in 113. The front desk agent. Danny was Absolutely incredible!! Knows his job ,and good at it. Super accommodating. Sure helped me out. This guy should have a raise CORY LOL. As far as the motel, its very unique. I love it here. Gotta Rainforest pool area. If your on the first floor , your room leads right out to it. All in all its pretty nice for how old it is. Oh and free yummy Breakfast. DANNY !Keep up the Fantastic work. I see a raise in your future.....CORY lol

The location was perfect for my stay, and the ambiance was very comforting.

The property suggests a restaurant on site but was only limited to certain days and times. Although, the "breakfast serving area" was very appreciated.

Front desk staff was friendly and accommodating.

Loved the atrium and trees and plants.

Would be nice to have seats in the hot tub and a slide in the pool for the kids. Breakfast was not good.

Lovely hotel and location. Atrium is very cool feature.

Didn't receive any sort of bed making service or replenishment service (like the coffee machine or new towels). No sign indicating we needed to call the front desk to receive services. Only one tiny bottle of shampoo and conditioner - usually there is a lotion as well. Not a big deal but a little surprising given the price.
