Er bleken optredens te zijn van een band. Dat klonk door op de 9e etage. Terwijl je aan rust toe eas na ern 25 uur in touw te zijn geweest. Ook was er brommend geluid te horen, over de hele etage. Oorzaak aanlopende fans van airconditioning. Bij klachten deed men alsof dat nieuw was. Later bleken er berichten te hangen ivm dit soort geluidsoverlast en dat men er mee bezig was. Kost wel je nachtrust ondanks een goed matras. Wil je rust en stilte, dit hotel mijden. Op alle 14 verdiepingen heb je geluidsoverlast. Terwijl je hoopte op de 9e etage rust te hebben.

The beds were comfortable

The lack of sugar and coffee whitener. I hated how loud the bathroom fan was. The bathroom door and the door to the room were both hard to close. Seemed like the doors were too big for the door frames. The doors rubbed really bad against the door frames.

Rooms were very nice and clean. It’s well located.

The hallway to our rooms needs work. As we walked down the hall to our room we felt it was shabby compared to the rest of the hotel. The other issue we had, was the staff checking us in didn’t know how to handle bookings that are booked through Booking.com. We were there to volunteer at the casino and I booked a group of rooms through booking.com. As people checked in, there were issues finding the reservations. I had been contacted by the hotel ahead of time to give names for each room; I sent the information in and I also left a list at the front desk with the names for each reservation - still, there were issues!

Very nice clean place and the staff we're great and very obliging.

I was totally amazed that there was no elevator to the second floor. My wife is handicapped and it was very difficult getting her to the second floor.

The casino was closed due to a security incident, which was the main reason for us visiting. This meant the casino dining room was also closed forcing us (and many others) to eat at the Garden Terrace Lounge. The bartender and cooks worked very hard to make all of the patrons happy.

Finding parking is not very easy, the room smelled like cigarette smoke, very noisy hotel.

A continental breakfast would be been nice. It’s a lot of walking to get anywhere.

This places staff seems to have a real bias against anyone who smokes cannabis. Instead of having overly aggressive security threaten people for smoking cannabis far away from any people or doors. Maybe just put up some signs that cannabis isn't allowed on the property. That way people are properly informed and you don't have to have security try to start fights with someone that isn't bothering anyone. I eat at Hiy steaks and play at the casino regularly but I'll be going somewhere else now.

My girlfriend got her period in the middle of the night and I was charged $200 sheets.

We got the club access both nights. We met Shaleen on our second night and she was incredible. She told me about all of the GF options available for breakfast and was so helpful planning the next time we were in town. She was funny and personable and seemed like she enjoyed her job. This was probably the least comfortable bed I've had in this hotel in the years I've been coming. But the room was clean and cared for. I would recommend checking the quality of the mattresses a bit more often but the customer service was great.

Friendly staff, liked how the room had a keurig coffee maker- could tell that they cleaned it recently so very good coffee, clean room, and a really nice pool! Good distance to shopping in Red Deer.

I wish that breakfast was included with the room. No bath tub in room made it hard to bath my child, had to use bathroom sink for my baby but that might have been my own fault for not double checking if room had bath tub or not.

Super clean rooms and very good food! Casino was very welcoming as well. Arrived early and they accommodated my early check in and late check out as well!

The cleanliness standards of the hotel left much to be desired. The room's presentation was suboptimal, with bed linens exhibiting significant wrinkling, which detracted from the overall aesthetic. Additionally, the corridor flooring required thorough vacuuming, highlighting a general deficiency in housekeeping practices. The overall presentation of the premises could benefit from a comprehensive review and subsequent improvement to enhance guest experience.

the customer service was amazing. I am disabled and the front desk person realized it and changed my room as it was only stair access. He placed me by the elevator as well. I truly appreciated his efforts.

The air conditioner wasn't working. It was super-hot and stuffy. I dropped the temperature down to 66 and I was sweating all night.

Large comfortable rooms with great views.

No play area for kids. Little to no vegan/vegetarian options at breakfast. Had to dine out.

The pool was closed when I was here, the people across the hall had a dog that barked all night. The doors aren't sound resistant. So you hear everytime some speaks or goes in their room. It wasn't the cleanest. The light was burnt out in the lamp, the bathroom ran didn't work and the temperature control for the fridge was gone.

The room was slightly runned down. There were stained hand prints on the door, the bathroom fan didn't work, the temperature control for the fridge was missing. No sound privacy. Conversations/ coughing had in the hallway at 1 am were heard loud and clear in the room. The doors slammed everytime someone went into their room.

We opted for the $10 breakfast in the Casino. It was very good and the choices were ample. We had dinner in the Garden Terrace Lounge. The food was excellent and the service was very good.

We stayed in a "traditonal" room in the older part of the hotel. The carpet and paint in the hallway could certainly use a refresh. The room, however, was quite cozy and comfortable.

Ignorant staff—different staff members give different information and confused. When the invoice was printed, I’ve noticed a charge of $30 for room service but we didn’t use any such. And after a few minutes search the reception staff said it was for two breakfast vouchers which we purchased when we checked in. It could have been clearly mentioned so.

Patricia on the Club Level was amazing. She was so friendly and helpful. She would keep me coming back every time. The gentleman at the front desk when we checked in was so welcoming and fun. I don’t remember his name but he had a Spanish accent. The pool and hot tub were great and the room was very comfortable. All the staff was very accommodating to our needs.

I had a great time. The evening front desk clerk, on Nov 8, was very nice and fun. He had such a great sense if humor he had us laughing. The pool, hot tub and steam room were great making the end if the day perfect to relax and go to sleep. Patricia at the Club Access Level was so nice and helpful. She always has a smile and is so friendly. Making the end to our girls weekend perfect!
