Unkomplizierter check-in und out. Freundliche Mitarbeiter, Zimmer groß. Möblierung etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber ausreichend, Balkon. Ob die Lage gut oder schlecht ist, hängt davon ab was man machen möchte. Für Hollywood, den Walk of Fame und Studio City, ist die Lage gut. Santa Monica und Venice Beach sind dagegen weiter entfernt. Aber das sieht man ja wenn man sich beim Buchen die Karte anguckt. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt auf jeden Fall und wir würden bei einem erneuten Besuch wieder kommen.

I ofcourse love the location, and that it has parking on site

I previously stayed in this hotel back in 2021, stayed on the 3rd floor and it was super nice and clean, on 2026 we stayed because of the convenience, we got to stay on the 1st floor, right after you pass the lobby you can see the carper has not been cleaned in a wile. Most importantly they do not offer everyday room refresher, you have to request it before noon and even when you do, its not done. My main issue was the restroom, the vent did not work on either of the rooms my family stayed on and the shower liner is not water resistant so the water got everywhere and had to clean with towels that stayed wet on the floor all day. Requested towels and they were not brought in, had to go to the lobby. There is ony 1 microwave in the whole hotel that it's next to lobby. And they do not have a water refil station, only sell cold small bottles. So beware

The location was excellent. With the breakfast it would be great.

An employee was convinced by someone that they knew me and she let person in my room unauthorized after she saw person breaking in room. Person was arrested and manager was not there and would not issue refund for a couple days and then say it could take 7 to 10 days which is ridiculous

The foyer was very modern and clean! The location was perfect!! For the price it was fine for no longer than 2 nights!!

Our bedroom was very, very dated, quite grubby and the bed was very hard! There was mould on the ceiling in the bathroom and the shower was little more than a dribble. We had just got off a 11 hour flight so it wasn’t ideal.

Good location 7mins drive to Glendale Mall Americana, 11mins drive to universal studios and LA convention center. Good size swimming pool and jacuzzi.

Pool towels are constantly unavailable you have to ask the Pool attendant for it.

L'emplacement est idéal. Il y a un petit frigo et une bouilloire dans la chambre avec du thé et du café sinon le matin ils offrent a l'accueil un petit déj simple mais sympa.

De devoir payer le parking mais aux États-Unis tous les parkings sont payant...

Pool and jacuzzi

The hotel was affordable and in a nice location. Our view from the 6th floor was beautiful, especially at night 🌙. Staff was very nice and helpful. Rooms were easy to find and get to.

Although, we had gotten the deluxe king, the bed wasn't comfortable. I woke up achy. The bed was a bit too hard for my taste. But the small balcony was nice.

Overall the place served its purpose. I think if it got remodeled and had money going into upgrades and paying staff more, it could be really great. My main issue is that we added a second night and were told multiple times by different staff that we would be in the same room and that we would just need to tell front desk in the morning. Well in the morning we were told the opposite and that we would have to check out and go to a different room. Luckily they did an early cleaning and we had a room to get ready in but the overall miscommunication and lack of effort to mend the situation left a poor taste.

Confirmation email stated FREE parking, upon ch3ck in was charged $10 pee night to park... lobby was nice and chic however once heading down hallway the smell of wet warmth began.. room door didn't close securely unless pushed. Room was ok.. baseboards dirty.. beads were comfortable. Price did not reflect condition of hotel.

El alojamiento era bastante antiguo. El ascensor olía mal, a guardado humedad, las alfombras súper viejas y tener que programar todos los días en recepción que te limpien el cuarto.

The air conditioner worked flawlessly. My room was incredibly cold, which was fantastic! This is my first time in California, and the heat has been unbearable.

Breakfast could be improved. Unfortunately, I lacked a means of transportation to purchase breakfast. I could have used DoorDash, but I reside in a different state, in a small town, and I’m unfamiliar with its usage.

The location of this hotel is great. The room was clean and the bed comfy.

We felt uncomfortably hot while staying at this hotel. Either the ac isn’t working well or they keep the temp up too high. The elevators are very slow and they are hot.

Cobran el parking, el check- in fue muy muy lento, tardaron mucho en atender a 4 personas que había. Para ir con coche está bien, aunque te cobran el parking. El transporte público está lejos.

Hôtel vieillissant. Chambre plutôt spacieuse avec malgré tout une salle de bain petit. Bonne literie. Clim un peu bruyante mais fonctionne bien. Piscine et jacuzzi mais nous ne les avons pas testés. Le matin barres de céréales, fruits en sirop et café à disposition très agréable. Proche Universal studio, Griffith observatory, Berverly Hills.

Nous étions en famille, l’emplacement est idéal pour aller à Hollywood. La chambre était spacieuse et très confortable.

The room was spacious and very convenient because it had a sink and a microwave. Parking was also easy and felt safe. Although the building is a bit dated, everything was clean and well-maintained.

I booked a room with a kitchenette, but at check-in, they claimed no such rooms were left and tried to move me to a standard room with just a microwave. When I refused, they suddenly "found" my booked room. It was very dishonest and completely ruined my trust in them from the start.

This hotel was great! The Glendale Express greatly exceeded my expectations. The property was very clean with a fun, funky vibe. There was ample free parking. The location was great- walking distance to everything in downtown Glendale, and within reasonable driving distance of everything in LA. The staff were really wonderful, not just professional and helpful, but friendly and fun.

This isn’t a fancy hotel, but I didn’t expect it to be. It’s a little worn, a little basic. However, everything they have, they’ve done very well with.

Close to places we needed to go.

In need of maintenance and odd empty space in room. We were placed above the hall/banquet room and had a balcony filled with ducting and machinery that would loudly turn on every 30-45 minutes. We found a cockroach running in the bathroom.

All the employees I encountered were nice and helpful.

I think the price per night was too high for the condition of this “hotel.” Paying over $200 a night here felt like a real stretch. It is an old building, slap job. A fresh coat of paint over everything does not hide all the wear and tear.

We had a pet friendly room. Beds were horrible! One of them was really broken so we couldn’t use it. I booked a pet friendly king room but they only had 2 double beds rooms, so me and my husband ended sharing a small bed :( Bathroom floor was dirty and toilet paper was missing

The car parking is free and location is great for universal studios.

Room was dirty the furniture was falling apart, the shower does not work properly and they don't have a microwave in the rooms. The family bunk room we stayed in was terrible and the staff are extremely rude.

Right off the freeway, within easy driving distance to restaurants, stores and Universal Studios (without the added cost). Parking only $10, and had lots of space.

Front desk all business- not friendly, but not rude… The Room was “okay”… but air conditioning was extremely loud. Corridors smelled like cigarette smoke…

I liked that the location was in LA nearby my work conference

I didnt like how you alll promoted the hotel as a restored vintage hotel when there were discrepancies everyone, the ceilings were yelow and bit moldy, there was wear and tear pretty much everywhere, it felt uncomfortable.

It was in the middle of everything, had elevators and was clean and beautiful. The staff was courteous and helpful.

The possibility of not having a parking spot, if we left. We were told parking was first come first serve so if we left we might not find a parking spot.
