The staff were friendly and accommodating.

The room was hot at times. I feel that the hotel was a bit pricey and not to mention paying extra for the parking!! 28$ a night is outrageous!

Service was great, fast check-in. Clean rooms and pool area... Breakfast is always great. I wish happy hour was just a little longer and can go back to unlimited drinks!!

The pool- it turned my son’s long blonde hair green. Someone else staying there said the same thing happened to them. Both of us mentioned our concern about the chemicals to reception but nothing was done about it. Breakfast was pretty average.

Overall, the hotel was very good.

How clean and beautiful the room was

We had stayed at the La Jolla location before so when we were traveling to Glendale for an event we booked because of our experience in La Jolla but a lot of differences between the two . AC was broken , someone came to fix but the room continued to be very warm . Manager Gigi had a bad attitude . Be advised not all embassy suites have the same amenities !

Front desk staff. very helpful. Happy hour bartender on Sunday very helpful and friendly. .Restaurant food was ok. Room was great and very clean.

There was a 28.00 parking fee. The jacuzzi had black grime on the surface tiles from people’s skin oils I booked through a third party so there was a charge for the Internet. The free evening snacks were pace salsa and chips, trail mix like dispensing containers, and a bowl of melon. Free mixed drinks consisted of syrups.

Breakfast was awesome! The dining area was nicely arranged. The little store in the lobby area was very nice and convenient. The chairs in the dining area were comfortable.

The pillows were terrible in our room. They were like smashed tea bags. Also, it would have been nice to get a heads up on the charges for parking,....that was a surprise

I don't have much time to write. You guys have to use hifrank.ai or other similar AI interview tools to get a better feedback. Would happily share how you could go from good to great as there are many things that could be improved.

Locatie, niet midden in de drukte maar toch dichtbij verschillende bezienswaardigheden en Universal studios.

De shop in het hotel is tijdens ons verblijf niet 1x open geweest. Gelukkig zit er tegenover het hotel een benzinepomp waar je ook terecht kunt.

We liked the breakfast and hotel amenities. The hotel was very clean and the beds were comfortable for all of us.

Location is best I lost the necklace somewhere on sofabed and house keeper found it and returned it on the table so I got it back when we arrived the room in the evening.

I liked the location, the bed was comfortable and it was quiet. The breakfast was awesome and a huge asset.

The layout of the two room king suite was not good. The uncomfortable pull out bed was in a terrible spot and you couldn’t even walk around the bed without hitting your head on the tv. The pics in the website did not look like what we got. Also, the bathroom had cracked tile and drain, the toilet seat was broken, and the toilet paper holder was broken. I wish they gave shower caps as well.

The room was beautiful. The pool was nice. Close to resturants and shops. Close to universal studios. The included breakfast was good. Made to order omelet station was delicious.

The hotel’s location is excellent, it’s very central and close to many attractions, shops, and restaurants. The breakfast was good, but I think it could be improved by offering a wider variety of options.

The only downside was that the incidental deposit was quite high. 😁

Breakfast was freshly made and presentation was aesthetically pleasing. The staff kept the very busy area clean, organized and well stocked.

The hotel store was closed a majority of the time we were there. We had to go to gas station to buy snacks.

Everything was perfect. The location is great. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast menu exceeded my expectations. I love that there’s the option to dine outside on the patio whether it is for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The hotel offers a complementary drink upon arrival. The rooms are very big, spacious and CLEAN. The Shower water was HOT and the water pressure was amazing! And the lobby itself looks amazing. I loved watching the fish swim around in the little pond area.🥰

I have stayed at Embassy Suites by Hilton Glendale multiple times and am a loyal Hilton customer. In general, I've always appreciated Hilton hotels because of their friendly and accommodating staff. Unfortunately, my most recent stay was extremely disappointing. There were several maintenance and cleanliness issues throughout my stay. The bathroom conditioner dispenser was not properly secured to the wall and repeatedly fell off during the night. Although it was supposedly fixed, the same issue happened multiple times. The coffee machine was also not cleaned properly. It still contained old black residue left behind by a previous guest, and I had to request a replacement. The worst issue was the bathroom. There was a strong sewage odor that made it feel like we were next to a sewer. I reported it to the front desk, but despite informing them, the problem was never resolved during our stay. To make matters worse, when I received my final bill, I was charged $3 for a bottle of water that I had used to rinse the dirty coffee machine because it was unusable as provided. What disappointed me the most was the lack of management involvement. Despite all of these issues, the General Manager never reached out to apologize or acknowledge the poor experience. A simple apology and concern for the guest's experience would have gone a long way. I have always enjoyed staying at Hilton properties, which is why this experience was so surprising. I hope management takes guest feedback more seriously and provides additional customer service training to ensure situations like this are handled much better in the future.

We loved the rooms. The beds were high-quality. The breakfast was AMAZING. Great job and kuddos to the entire team. We found the front desk and entire staff to be super friendly.

We do feel that the parking should be included in the stay. It seems odd not to include it. We knew going in that it wasn't included, so it wasn't a shock. But it seems like it should. The pull-out couch was not comfortable.

We packed light and counted on using the laundry room, but the laundry room was out of order and so we had to find a local laundromat. I didn't want to do that, especially on vacation.

The pool and hot tub was dirty and literally turned our blonde hair green and it has been over a week and we still can't fully get it out. Supposed to be able to feed the fish "all day" on Tuesdays and Saturdays and we were there 7 nights and unable to feed the fish because they had given out all the available food for the day before breakfast had even ended. Paid for parking and still got a notice on my vehicle that they were going to tow my car for unauthorized use. Went to the front desk and they just said "you are fine". When asked for validation for window they seemed put off by having to do their job and give it to me.

Philly was amazing at the front desk. The hotel was comfortable and food was delicious I can’t overemphasize how accommodating the staff are at this hotel; top notch.

Property bathroom needs to be redone, blankets update, overall refresh. Parking price is outrageous

Great breakfast and room service surpassed my expectations on the food, it was great! The parking was great too so much to choose from even if the first floor was full. Also the elevator from the parking garage is so convenient that it leads right into the hotel lobby!

Pool was not heated. No ice on all floors. We made reservation with booking which we have done before and this hotel would not let us use Hilton honors for anything.

I appreciated the underground private parking, the room was nice and loved the terrific breakfast.

I wish there were more ice machines. We had to trek to upstairs to get ice for our water bottles. I wish the in room refrigerator had a better freezer.

Stayed at the Embassy Suites in Glendale, and it's so-so, at best, a bit run-down, and the rooms feel cramped. Checked in on a Sunday afternoon, and that evening, after dinner, decided to go to the pool and spa, which was in an unacceptable state. The pool was both cold and cloudy, the spa was lukewarm, with tons of bubbles and brown grime on the walls (meaning lots of biofilm buildup), and the pool shower was missing the handle altogether, so I couldn't use it - showing a lack of proper care and maintenance. We stayed in a double-bed suite, and were assigned an indoor attrium facing room, which made it extremely dark (very little natural light), where the couch was rock hard, the sink faucet for the wet bard was loose (I tightened it myself), the shower spout diverter needed to be replaced since it didn't work well, and the bedroom had about 1 to 3 feet of space on the walls between the beds, wall and closet. I've stayed in several Embassy Suites, and this was by far the smallest one I've ever been in. The two redeeming qualities were the parking garage (large and easy to get into parking spots) and the included breakfast. While smaller than most Embassy Suites breakfast areas with fewer options, the made-to-order omelet was good, as were the other options. Wouldn't stay here again unless they renovated and cleaned it up.
