Location is secluded. Costs more to travel to metro and they hosted a trading card event on a Saturday including in the lobby, was quite loud and congested, even trying to go to breakfast which also was an extra $22 pp and the staff were not very friendly — upon checkout she came out as we wwre

The hair dryer didn’t work. The towels are paper thin. The only good thing was the comfort of the bed. Not worth the price.

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026Elevator goes crazy The carpets were sticky and smells like humidity. The first night I got there one car was vandalized someone broke his window and try to take the car. The bathroom looked clean but smelled like #2. The air conditioner was old a.h. It didn’t not let us sleep because of the constant weird noise it made. And did no make the room colder neither.
One of the most expensive hotel I have stayed but they do not keep up with the maintenance and upkeep it needs. The tv was also outdated.

1. Lorsque nous avons réservé sur Booking, le petit déjeuner est compris. Mais, qu'un seul repas gratuit nous a été offert. J'ai payé pour mes adolescents. Il semble que cette information n'a pas été communiqué à Booking. 2. Le sauvetage à la piscine regardait son téléphone tout le moment où nous y étions. Il est question de la sécurité des clients.

Le bruit puisque le bar de l’atrium au centre de l’hôtel est ouvert et on entend le bruit jusque dans les chambres. J’aurais aimé le déjeuner gratuit.

L'hôtel est un peu Loin des endroits qui me convienne, et encore se n'est pas très grave car je suis allé en hiver, en été je ne prendrais pas des taxis toujours, je marcherais. Alors je ne sais pas quoi dire de plus, car je ne vois que du positif.

Nous avons vraiment apprécié le petit-déjeuner servi à l’hôtel : il était délicieux, avec un bon choix de plats pour bien commencer la journée. L’emplacement est super pratique, à quelques pas des attractions principales et facilement accessible pour se déplacer dans Montréal. Très bon séjour dans l’ensemble.
La piscine pour enfants n’était pas fonctionnelle pendant notre séjour. Un meilleur aménagement de l’espace piscine pourrait également le rendre plus agréable pour les familles.
