The location was really convenient, next to the metro station but very quiet.

It is dog friendly.

The hotel is right next to the subway station. So convenient to commute between Montreal Island and Longueuil.

The air dryer has little volume for long hair. And the fridge is not cool enough.

Le climatiseur faisait beaucoup de bruit et il s’allumait et s’éteignait au 15-20 minutes ce qui m’a empêché de bien dormir

Chambre propre et très confortable. Situation géographique très avantageuse avec le métro à côté.

Prix très élevé. Le paiement par carte ne fonctionnait pas pour la machine distributrice de nourriture.

Le sèche cheveux qui ne fonctionne pas. Pas de gilets dans la piscine. La literie a fait 3 blessures a ma fille de 5 ans: une espèce de barre de fer qui sort du lit pour empêcher le glissement du matelas l' a blessé a maintes reprises. Restaurant fermé le dimanche soir on a du aller manger au food court du métro

Les meubles n’ont pas été nettoyé il y avait des traces de liquide séché sur la table de salon et sur les tables de chevets. La tapisserie est très défraîchie sur les mur et le climatiseur très bruyant.

Parquing gratuito, puedes dejar el coche aparcado en el hotel y tienes la boca del metro justo al lado. Muy práctico. Habitaciones limpia y moderna

Location is convenient and free parking.

Old hotel needing upgrade: water accumulated in bath during shower, poor drainage. No powdered milk in the room for coffee. Very expensive for the quality.

Le fait que la station de Métro soit juste a côté, que l'on puisse laisser notre voiture au stationnement cela est très facilitant....mais c'est surtout le confort de la chambre qui nous satisfait en plus de l'accueil du personnel

C'est plus difficile de rejoindre quelqu'un par téléphone. Nous avons réserver par booking. Nous avions des questions avant de nous rendre sur place

Clean and comfortable. Soft mattresses. Excellent transit connections if you want to avoid driving in Montreal traffic.

Cest a litteralement 2 pas du metro. Tres accomodant pour le parking (gratuit, en plus). Nous avions demande un etage superieur et on etait tres contents detre au 14eme etage. Le personnel tres gentil.

A clean room, a comfortable bed, and a close location to the subway station.

The bathroom looked mouldy, and the fridge didn't work properly. Someone's clothes were left in the closet.

Die Lage und Optik wirkt wie eine riesige Autobahnraststätte. Verkehr ist stark wahrnehmbar.

Très bien, nous étions au 9e étage avec vue sur la ville de MTL. Nous avons choisi cet hôtel puisqu’il est proche du métro.

Very comfortable well equiped room. The restaurant was also very nice. Free parking. The subway is just in front of the building.

I had no remote for the tv in the room, so I went to the front desk to ask for one because the telephone didn't work. They said they would send one to the room. After 1 hour waiting, I had to go again to ask for it. They were friendly but it took too long to solve a simple issue.

Les oreillers sont énormes. Si je retourne à cet établissement, je vais apporter les miennes. Le restaurant est correct mais assez dispendieux pour le menu. Aucune menu enfant.

Les chambres étaient propres et confortables.

L'ascenseur était brisé. Monter et descendre 10 étages, avec bagages et enfants, ce n'est pas l'idéal. Piscine correcte mais sans plus.

I traveled for work and the location was perfect for me, I loved the metro right outside the hotel. It was easy for me to go to work everyday at low cost and time. The check in was great, loved the people welcoming me, specifically Dmitri. He was very cheerful and wonderful.

The elevator was a bit scary for me, its system was confusing and it would make weird noise as it went up. I also was not sure why there was no room service, the person who worked at the restaurant told me that she can't do it for me. I was very tired and I ordered food to my room, but the person made me wait till the food was ready for me to take it up my room myself. That was very unfortunate as I just worked a 10 hour shift and needed to rest. Just bringing the food upstairs by myself with already tired hands was not the best.

Needs an update

Location was great and easy to access. I appreciated the free parking and pass drop at the end. It was nice of to staff to show an actual photo of the setup at check out. It was very quiet, I could not hear my neighbors.

It would have been nice to have the AC started, it was a 30+ degrees day and that old machine took a while to properly get going. The mattress needs an updated, it was no uncomfortable but it was dipping REAL low on the edges of a bed that is already low to the ground.

For a Continental Breakfast, it was okay.

Emplacement: Nous séjournons toujours à votre hôtel quand nous avons des activités à Montréal. Le stationnement "gratuit" ainsi que le métro à proximité nous fait apprécié notre séjour. Restaurant pour le souper, très bon repas. Service et courtoisie à l'accueil. Piscine, nous étions seuls dedans, c'était parfait!

Chambre: Correcte pour nos besoins. Le frigidaire était trop froid et nos produits ont gelés. Nous étions 3 et avions seulement 2 verres. Tout était au minimum. Pour le déjeuner, je dirais juste correct pour le prix.

Très bon accueil, personnel de chambre professionnel. Super emplacement, métro à 2 pas pour rejoindre le centre ville. Parking comprit dans le prix.

Hotel qui commence à être vétuste. 3 ème lit non fait a notre arrivée. On nous a dit que c'était à nous de le préparer. Rapport qualité prix très insatisfaisant.

Une vue imprenable sur la ville, l'accessibilité à 2 pas du métro, la place de parking gratuite, la piscine et la grande taille de la chambre.

I like the quiet environment.

The price I paid for too much for the type of room I had. On top of that I had to pay another 250$ for the holder guarantee, that's just too much.

The location close to Metro was great.

This was our third stay at Sandman Longueuil, and unfortunately the overall quality has declined significantly since our previous visits. We stayed for seven nights, and no in-room housekeeping was provided during our entire stay. According to the hotel’s stated policy, housekeeping should be provided every three days for longer stays. Because our room was never serviced, we repeatedly had to request basic supplies from the front desk, including toilet paper, facial tissues, fresh towels, in-room coffee, and removal of our trash and recyclables. The cleanliness of the room was also disappointing. There was visible mildew in the shower, suggesting it had not been cleaned thoroughly before our arrival. In addition, the bathroom drain was clogged on the first day of our stay and required a plumber to fix it. While the front desk staff responded to our requests, the lack of housekeeping and the noticeable decline in cleanliness made for an unpleasant experience. Based on the significant deterioration in housekeeping standards compared with our previous stays, we will not be returning in the future.

The room we stayed in was not in good commendation. The wall covering were falling off and also the safe box did jot work. We reported the broken safe box on the first evening when we arrived and it was not repaired or replaced

When checking in at the hotel, it turned out that someone else was already registered in my name by mistake. It turned out that the mistake was made by the receptionist who did not verify the name of the previous guest, only his name. The name was the same as mine, but completely different. The guest signed under my name and the room was given to the disposal. After our arrival, the receptionist, after a dozen or so minutes of agreeing on what had happened, apologized for the situation and checked in. There was a very good breakfast at the hotel. The rooms were clean and the air conditioning worked well.

Unfortunately, it was not nice that an employee registered another guest who signed my name. In the hotel and outside it was very hot - reception - where you could see running Cockroaches. The area of the hotel itself is quite uninteresting, due to the large number of homeless people. Next to the Metro station.

Hotel is too outdated. There were three of us. But the room was set up for 2 people. Not enough shampoo, soap. The Tub is very old.... it does not drain properly

the breakfast buffet could have been better, egg and cheese omelette was cold, hash browns were ok, orange juice was ok. for the price i could have had a few tim’s sandwiches and coffee and been happier.

Grzyb na silikonie wanny! Nikt nie sprzątał przez cały tydzień…. (Tłumaczyli że nie prosiłem!:) Wyobraźcie sobie że jak prosiłem o wymianę ręczników to powiedzieli że mam sobie sam odebrać w recepcji😂 może to w Canadzie standard. Ale do Europejskich 4 gwiazdek brakuje im trzech!:)

Fridge didn't work ,and was not fixed after reported.it also made a loud noise at night. A panel under the window blew in on the last night,when it was windy; very disturbing. Both issues reported but nothing done. No meat on breakfast menu
