- 화장실 세면대 마개가 막혔다고 2번 말함. 안 고쳐줌. - 방 청소 꼭 해달라고 함(메이크업 태그 없다고도 함), 안해줘서 청소하는 사람 붙잡고 해달라고 하고 팁 줌. - 리셉션에 화장실 마개 고쳐달라고 하고, 방 꼭 메이크업 해달라고 했는데 표정 개띠겁고 못알아듣는척 해서 제미나이로 영어, 독일어로 다 보여줌. (그래도 안해준거) - 체크아웃할때 개띠거웠음. 이름 물어보려고 한거 참음) 키가 크지않은 여자였음(교정기 한 사람 말고) - 방 바닥을 아예 닦지않는거 같은게 방에 파운데이션 떨어져서 잡으니까 먼지 한가득 - 변기 더러워서 내가 걍 닦음(방에 들어들어가서 귀찮아서)

Les gros travaux alentours mais non entendus dans la chambre et independants de l'établissement, petit dejeuner un peu juste dans les fromages, peu renouvelé, peu de charcuterie, rapport qualité /prix pour celui ci un peu cher !

Das Frühstück war reichhaltig, das Servicepersonal dort sehr nett. Unsere Betten waren bequem, man konnte angenehm drauf liegen.

Bei Ankunft war die Tiefgarage nicht verfügbar und das Badezimmer nicht ausreichend sauber geputzt. Im zweiten Zimmer funktionierte das heiße Wasser nicht, so dass die Person dort nur leicht lauwarm duschen konnte. Das Team an der Rezeption nahm diese von uns kritisierten Mängel höflich m mit einer dem Management und den Betreibern dienlichen Professionalität zur Kenntnis.

Hotellets läge intill en tunnelbanestation gör det oerhört lätt att ta sig runt och utforska staden; t.ex. så är det bara två stopp från Karlsplatz, tre stopp från Mitte och fem stopp från Schönbrunn. Allt på samma linje. Där går även buss från Pilgramgasse som tar dig till centralstationen åt ena hållet, med stopp vid Belvederemuseet, och till Neubau åt andra hållet. På 10 minuters gångavstånd ligger fantastiska Naschmarkt med mat från världens alla hörn. Området som hotellet ligger i är även fullt av trevliga caféer och matställen om man hellre äter nära hemma och flera livsmedelsbutiker finns runt hörnet. Hotellfrukosten var av standard för ett fyrstjärnigt hotell, inget att klaga på men heller inget superspeciellt. Mitt rum var tyst, välstädat och hade fönster mot innergården. Sängen var bekväm, badrummet kändes fräscht och golvet var av parkett (jag avskyr heltäckningsmatta, det borde förbjudas på hotell). Enda gången jag hörde rumsgrannarna var när de slamrade med garderoben, men det var nog för att grannarna var ovanligt högljudda och inte hotellets väggar som var tunna. Personalen var oerhört trevlig och hjälpsam vilket gjorde att jag började vistelsen med ett leende på läpparna. Överlag så kan jag varmt rekommendera Hotel Ananas!

Glasdörren till badrummet som inte går att låsa och inte är ljudisolerande överhuvudtaget. Den holländska toalettstolen; ingen har behov av en holländsk toalettstol någonsin. Så obehagliga. Hade även gärna sett en duschkabin istället för ett badkar.

Frühstück abwechslungsreich und sehr gut. Zimmer sehr ruhig zum Hof aber Klimaanlage war nicht zu steuern. Lage super nur kurzer Gehweg zu U4

Eine rgroße Baustelle direkt neben dem Hoteleingang, war aber nciht besonders störend

Von der Ankunft bis zum Ende ein entspannter Aufenthalt. Das Personal ist zuvorkommend und mit der Lage an der U4 ist es perfekt für einen Städtetrip.

Cleanliness, room size, bed comfort and staff.

Air-conditioning was barely cooling the room although temperature outside was not that hot , it was 28 drgrees and I had to open the windows.

El colchon, dormi como un tronco. No se, si por el cansancio o por que la habitacion estaba muy bien. El desayuno muy bien, pero no nos dijeron nada y hay 2 salones, uno por la recepcion que esta genial y otro pasada esta, bien, pero no genial.

Deberian indicar que hay dos salones para comer y el cliente pueda escoger. Ahora estan en obras por la calle y es un poco peligrosa, si vas de noche, es horrible, a nosotros nos paso. Intenten ir por el otro lado.

Zimmer in Hof. Ausreichend Komfort und sehr ruhig. Lage des Hotels direkt neben der U-Bahn-Station ideal. Frühstück ausreichend und gut.

Wermutstropfen: Die Großbaustelle daneben scheint niemals fertig zu werden.

I really liked the hotel's excellent location and its proximity to public transportation, which made getting around Vienna very easy. The staff were polite, attancive and friendly. The room was clean. The room was good quality, although I would appreciated a great variety of choices

Some parts of the hotel and certain details in the room are a little and could beneft from renovation. Also, the nearby metro station was partially open, and the sound of trains early in the morning was slightly disturbing

Tolle Lage, freundliches Personal, kulant bei einem Problem mit der Klimaanlage, das auf die Schnelle nicht gelöst werden konnte. Wir würden das Hotel jederzeit weiterempfehlen!

Leider konnte das Problem mit der Klimaanlage nicht vollständig gelöst werden, aber man hat sich schon intensiv um unser Wohlergehen gekümmert.

Gute Lage und angebunden an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Frühstück war gut . Zimmer war grundsätzlich sauber und die Matratzen waren nicht durchgelegen.

Badezimmer ist in die Jahre gekommen. Toilettenbrille auseinander gefallen Duschtür lose.

Lo mal fue que en la noche parecía que apagaban el generador principal del AC y se apagaba el aire toda la noche. No dormimos muy bien por eso. Por suerte refrescaba en la noche y abrimos las ventanas. Pero por las obras cercanas nos levantamos muy pronto por el ruido. El personal podría ser un poco más amable

Das Hotel Ananas liegt unweit der U-Bahn, es kann die Innenstadt in wenigen Minuten erreicht werden, auch zu Fuß ist man in kurzer Zeit mitten im Stadtzentrum. Das Frühstück ist gut und vielfältig, gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis auch für einen längeren Wienaufenthalt

Really friendly personnel. Room is tidy and clean. Restaurant and little shop available.

Breakfast was 20 euro pp, which was for us a bit too expensive. But gathered it's a four star hotel, it was to be expected. Currently construction is the neighbourhood was a bummer, but nothing the hotel can do about ofcourse. Only thing in my room, the little refridgerator didn't work.

Podobała mi się jedynie lokalizacja.

Drogi parking, łazienka nie widziała remontu od 40 lat, bardzo ciasny prysznic i nieszczelna kabina. W recepcji brak możliwości uzyskania informacji tylko po niemiecku.

Das Hotel liegt direkt an der U-Bahn Pilgramsgasse, eine Station vor dem Naschmarkt (Kettenbrücke). Vor dem Hotel ist aber andauernd Baustelle, trotzdem kann man die U-Bahn benutzen und ist in wenigen Minuten am Karlsplatz. Das Hotel ist riesig und weitläufig und vor allem von Busgästen frequentiert, Privatgäste haben einen eigenen Speiseraum, der ruhiger und freundlicher ist als der Busfahrerfrühstücksraum. Da ist es wie am Bahnhof, laut und ständige Unruhe. Unser Zimmer war relativ klein, aber ordentlich, keine groben Verschmutzungen usw. und hatte Holzboden, schimmelfreies Bad. Ruhig, da Ausblick auf den Innenhof. Ausreichend Aufzüge im Haus, wir mussten nie oder nur kurz mal warten. Ausreichend großer TV. Schönes Frühstück, mit Räucherfisch, Eierspeisen und dem Üblichen. Kaffee wurde manchmal gebracht, manchmal musste man ihn selber holen am Ausgabetresen. Das Viertel hinter dem Hotel (Schlossquadrat, Schönbrunnerstraße, Pilgramgasse...) ist nett und lebhaft und es gibt einige Gasthäuser (Waldviertlerhof, Silberwirt, Stöger, Bierometer..)

Gleich am ersten Abend sprudelte (wegen der Baustelle vielleicht?) braunes Wasser aus der Heißwasserleitung. Anruf bei der Rezeption mit Haustelefon war nicht möglich, weil das Ding total kaputt war. Also Anruf per Handy an der Rezeption. Die Auskunft war sehr schlicht: Wir sollten das Wasser halt laufen lassen, bis es wieder sauber ist... Ein schlechtes Gefühl bleibt, wie keimfrei das verunreinigte Wasser war und wie viele Keime zurückbleiben. Auch der Beschwerde wegen des nicht funktionierenden Haustelefons (es nimmt nur Platz weg, wenn es keinen Piep macht!) wurde nicht nachgegangen. Das Personal war ansonsten freundlich, natürlich nicht alle gleich. Teure Tiefgarage für 28 Euro pro Nacht, aber wohin sonst mit dem Auto?

Leider die reinste Baustelle um das Hotel

Die Lage ist sehr gut, das Personal sehr freundlich! Wirklich herzlich, ehrlich, zuvorkommend und einfach sehr angenehm!

Die Zimmer waren sehr abgewohnt. Über den Luchs Haltern, der Boden und das Baden waren stark abgenutzt. Das Frühstück war qualitativ sehr einfach. Orangensaft Konzentrat, fertigrührei usw…

Gli asciugamani per la doccia erano piccoli, il lavandino del bagno era filato, c'era polvere sulla moquette.

Το θορυβώδες κλιματιστικό που δούλευε όποτε ήθελε .Το πρόγευμα έπρεπε να είχε ποικιλία. Ισως αυγά τηγανητά θα ήταν κάτι διαφορετικό από την καθημερινή ομελέτα.Πολύ ακριβό πρόγευμα9⁹ για αυτά που προσφέρει.

Drzwi do łazienki są tylko przesuwaną szybą, co może być niewystarczająco komfortowe. Klimatyzacja w pokoju nie może być regulowana przez gościa tylko jest odgórnie włączona lub wyłączona przez personel hotelu.

Ļoti laba lokācija un rajons. Burtiski blakus tramvaja pietura, nedaudz paejot 4. Ubahn līnija.

-air conditioner not clean and noisy and i couldn't turn off manually, only when i called the receptionist they turned off from their platform. That was generally for all 3 rooms that I had. - very hard to find parking around , no more places at the hotel even I have reserved earlier

La stanza non pulita e la finestra della stanza non si poteva aprire chiusa con le viti

Comenzar diciéndo que tuve un cambio de habitación que no sabía, obviamente el cambio fue para bien. Pero me encontré con que yo estaba reservando una habitación de 20 mt², Y al abrir la habitación me encuentro con un espacio con escaleras, terraza, pasillos, muebles etc. La Vista desde la Habitación que nos tocó era espectacular. Nuestra habitación fue la 816, Habitación suite ejecutiva. El desayuno era bastante completo, variado, y muy abundante. Panes de todos los tipos (Salados/Dulces) embutidos, quesos, Desayunos dulces con Tortas, Mermeladas. Cereales, Yogurt, lo que desees. Todo excelente. El personal agradable, educado, servicial, atento (Solo había un Sr Mayor de camarero en el desayuno que parece que se equivocó de profesión porque lo de prestar servicio al público no se le daba muy bien). En cuanto a la cama SUPER COMODA. Los Kits de aseo personal perfectos y muy completos.

La habitación, pese a la sorpresa del cambio, se siente un poco anticuada, se sentía un poco abandonada, tipo como que no es una habitación que la reservan con frecuencia. En la parte superior donde está una TV, una cafetera, unos muebles de estar, estaba un poco sucia "Mucho polvo". (La cafetera tenía cápsulas usadas dentro sin botar). Las cucharillas sobre las tazas de café, estaban sucias. La habitación contaba con un aire acondicionado integral que sinceramente no funcionaba o no se daba abasto, sumado a un aire acondicionado portátil posado en medio de la habitación, con un tubo de plástico corrido hacia la Ventana. Este Aire acondicionado Portátil sinceramente no se daba abasto para climatizar toda la habitación. Por suerte no hacía tanto calor, pero no me quiero imaginar en días de CALOR EXTREMO, se sentirá un horno allí dentro. La Habitación no cuenta Con Tomás de Corriente a los lados de la cama! 🙃

Das Personal beim Frühstück war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich, vor allem Gabrijela.

Naprosto dokonalá lokalita, hned na zastávce metra, do centra 2 zastávky.

Z okna jsme koukali na staveniště vedle hotelu, ale postavit se to musí, navíc okna v hotelu odhlučněná. Za našeho pobytu se tam stejně nepracovalo - víkend.

Een goed hotel nabij het centrum, ideaal voor een citytrip. Parkeren kan tegenbetaling in de parkeergarage van hotel. Ontbijt is prima en er is vollop keuze. De kamer was netjes.

Good location, two subway stations from city center. Several rooms for breakfast allowed to divide the guest in smaller sets. Breakfast option, could be better, almost no sweets expect some cake out of a package. No sausages or fried eggs.

Couldn’t turn the AC off in room. The TV channels didn’t work properly and almost all that worked were in German.

La pésima atención del personal del front desk Contrate una habitación con bañera no me la dieron y la que me dieron de menor categoría ,no funcionaba el aire así nos tuvieron un día Pedí cambio y volvió a pasar lo mismo con el aire sumado al mal trato y mentiras de los técnicos del aire Solo el tercer día y después de pasar por tres habitaciones logramos que el Sr Daniel Milos nos de una habitación de nuestra categoría ( ya que nos quería dar una más baja ) con el aire acondicionado que funcione .Nadie pidió disculpas por este inconveniente y por los malos momentos pasados a causa de tantos cambios .Uno espera ir a un hotel por una semana para descansar y relajarse en pleno verano caluroso . Cosa que no ocurrió en nuestro caso

Rossini Suite muß man mal gesehen haben-wow!!! Personal einfach super und man fühlt sich sofort wohl!! Frühstück mehr aus ausreichend-einfach ein relaxter Aufenthalt!!

I didn't like it - I had problems checking in. Check-in is after 2:00 PM, so rooms should be ready by then. The receptionist gave me a room on the 6th floor that hadn't been cleaned. We opened the door and saw dirty towels on the floor, unmade beds, and empty water bottles. I went to the receptionist and asked to change rooms. receptionist, with a disgruntled expression, gave me a card for the next room. We went to the new room, and it also hadn't been cleaned! I don't know why something like this could happen in a 4-star hotel in the center of Vienna, where the reception staff can't resolve the basic issue of checking me into a clean room and providing the room requested in the booking—two separate beds instead of one. I have photos of both rooms on my phone and can provide them upon request. I also shared this information and photos of the uncleaned rooms with my friends who work at Reisebüro, and I hope they will pass this information on to their colleagues. In the end, on the third try, we were finally given a clean room according to our reservation, but it was a different receptionist who resolved the issue. I hope the hotel will take action and such mistakes won't happen again.

I servizi sono tutti quelli che ci si aspetterebbe da un hotel 4 stelle, il personale è sempre cortese e sorridente e pronto a venire incontro ad esigenze o piccole emergenze. Ottima la possibilità di lasciare gratuitamente i bagagli prima se si arriva prima del check in o dopo il check out l'ultimo giorno se si riparte in serata. Colazione super, con tutto quello che si può desiderare sia di dolce che di salato, vale assolutamente il sovrapprezzo. La camera era silenziosa e comoda per due persone, ottima la pulizia. La posizione super strategica, a 50 metri dalla stazione della metropolitana linea 4, permette di arrivare in centro o a Shonbrunn o al Prater in pochi minuti (2-5 fermate al max). Si raggiunge anche comodamente dall' aeroporto con treno OBB e due fermate di metro.

Il nostro soggiorno è stato ottimo, non mi viene in mente nessun suggerimento per miglioroare, ci tornerei senz'altro e lo consiglierei ad amici che intendessero visitare Vienna.

Das separate Frühstück war sehr angenehm und die Lage vom Hotel war ideal. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und das Zimmer gut klimatisiert.

Es klebte ein Haar in der Dusche. Dass der Kaffee auf den Tisch gebracht wurde war sehr angenehm, leider dauerte es immer sehr lange, bis jemand kam.

Zelo prijazno osebje, pripravljeno pomoč in svetovati glede mesta in prevoza. Sodobna soba, lepo opremljena in čista, Zajtrk je zadovoljiv. 1 minuta do podzemne železnice U-ban Pilgramgasse. Gratis parking v bližini hotela čez vikend.

Dista 2 minuti dalla fermata U4 di Pilgramgasse ma il centro è comunque raggiungibile in 20 minuti di piacevole passeggiata per il mercato tra Kettenbrückengasse e Getreidemarkt. I prezzi sono nella media per la tipologia di hotel.
