Problem with lift, need better service !

Location was convenient to public transportation access.

The facility is in need of renovation it looks dated. My room had a leak from the AC vent. Dripped all night long.

Location is good and employees were very kind. Also enough big room.

It was 7pm and I was at shower. They not put enough towel when I was at home. I did not call or give any message someone from hotels. BUT WHEN I WAS AT SHOWER , stuff came my room and put towel. Without any informing or notification . Even my door was locked ! So for this reason I don’t feel safety and respect. Not sure good option to stay again …

Die Zimmer sind nicht sauber und die sanitären Anlagen verrostet und schmuddelig . Durch die viel befahrene Straße direkt vor dem Hotel ist es sehr laut ( auch in der Nacht ) da die Fenster nicht schalldicht sind Das Frühstück ist sehr mager und überschaubar

The air condition, cleanliness and other stuff in the room was great.

The lift was not working, had to wait long with only 1 lift working.

In a relatively good location

We stayed in this hotel for six nights in mid September 2026. The room we were initially given had mould in it and it smelled so bad we couldn't bare to stay in it for more than 10 minutes. The receptionist was kind enough to give us two options to change but once again one of them had mould too. The elevators were clunky and one of them (the bigger one) broke down halfway during our stay. We never saw it fixed. Also, in the room we eventually stayed in, there was a problem with the air conditioning unit and the refrigerator. The reception was always helpful and kind but seems the hotel management has some serious improvements to make. I really think that if someone called a sanitation agency there would be problems for them to retain their licence.

La ducha tenía pelos pegados en el cristal. En general la tubería tenía desgaste por cal y el lavabo estaba manchado también. El aire acondicionado iba a -20° (me he ido con una contractura al cuello por el frío) o no iba directamente (la primera noche sudamos dormiendo). El hotel por dentro parece un poquito decaído… y por terminar, de 2 ascensores solo funcionaba 1, y estando al 4° piso no había alternativa si no esperar.

Очень шумно от дороги, не удалось нормально выспаться. Неудобно (и даже опасно) пользоваться ванной из-за стеклянной перегородки, закрывающей большую часть ванны, можно поскользнуться на уклоне и упасть.

It was fine for what we needed - a hotel close enough to the cruise port.

The city tax was higher at the hotel than advertised online at booking.com when shown the rate on my booking I was told it went up.

Unfortunately we were in three different rooms for a one night stay. First room had an engineer in it, working on the air con which had flooded the floor. Second room, the electricity repeatedly tripped, then the air con was leaking and dripping onto the floor. Third room air con was on but barely worked. Room was very hot and uncomfortable.

The location is great. Close to subway and seaside

A manageable walk from the cruise terminal bus drop off point. Plenty of small shops around selling food and drinks

The AC was doing a great Niagara Falls impression. I know it was ‘heat wave’ conditions. The hotels could have said we have buckets and towels, but no. Had to ask several times. We turned the AC at night as the Chinese water torture was too much. As a result the room was hot. Shower- water temperature was hot one minute cold the next.

La ubicación.Bien comunicado, hay una parada de metro al lado. Camas muy cómodas, dos almohadas. Habitación amplia con un pequeño balcón que daba a una calle muy tranquila. Personal amable.

El lavabo es muy estrecho y mal iluminado. Problemas con el aire acondicionado que no se podía graduar y a media noche empezó a gotear. Falta de mantenimiento.

L’entrée est très belle et luxueuse tout le contraire des chambres qui ne ressemblent absolument pas aux photos.

Les chambres sont sombres, très très mal insonorisé on entend tout à l’extérieur et la propreté n’est pas au rendez-vous. Le personnel est extrêmement impoli, je ne recommande absolument pas cet hôtel.

Nous avons dû changer de chambre 2 fois. La 1ère fois, chambre inondée par une climatisation fuyante. La 2ème, l'air y était irrespirable par l'odeur de cigarette, on avait vu sur un sas qui servait de cendrier géant, le plafond était moisi et le mini frigo ne fonctionnait pas La 3ème chambre, climatisation fuyante, on a dû se servir des serviettes pour éponger et ne plus entendre le goutte à goutte. L'eau de la douche passait du chaud au froid successivement sans toucher le mitigeur et peu importe sa position. Vraiment, la qualité n'est pas là et ne mérite pas ses 3 étoiles. Le petit déjeuner était correct et les employés, sympathiques. Au prix de la chambre 188€ la nuit, le parking devrait être gratuit.

Hotel was central for restaurants and nightlife. Taxi rank opposite the hotel. Friendly staff Nice breakfast selection ( continental and traditional available ) Comfortable bed. Quiet room considering it was looking onto main street.

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. The first time was after the pandemic, in 2021. The hotel was clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, even though not everyone spoke English well. The breakfast was very good. I returned to the hotel, but I was disappointed. On the positive side, the location allows you to quickly take the metro to any destination or catch a bus to the beach. There are also numerous restaurants and supermarkets in the area for supplies. Este a doua oară când mă cazez în acest hotel. Prima dată a fost după pandemie, în 2021. Hotelul era curat și bine întreținut. Personalul amabil, chiar dacă nu prea știau toți engleza. Micul-dejun foarte bun. Am regăsit hotelul, dar am fost dezamăgită. Lucruri pozitive- locația care îți dă posibilitatea să iei rapid metroul către orice destinație sau autobuzul, care te poate duce către plajă. În zonă sunt și numeroase restaurante și supermarketuri, pentru aprovizionare.

Reasons why I downgraded the hotel: - The hotel acquired an adjacent, previously abandoned building. They tried to accommodate us there first. You still enter through the original location, but then you have to pass through the parking garage building to reach the new section. Cleanliness left much to be desired; there were still traces of whitewash on the doors and mirrors. What really bothered me was that when the air conditioning was turned on, condensation dripped onto the floor, where a towel had been placed to catch it.We asked for another room and were given one, but the staff pretended not to be aware of the issue—even though the presence of a towel meant to soak up the water and the baseboard swollen from the moisture clearly showed it was a long-standing problem, despite this part of the hotel being relatively new. The same issue existed in the hotel entrance lobby. - Another problem is the cleaning. On the first day there was no cleaning because the lady who was in charge of this came just when we had returned to the room, around 3:30 pm and we had to leave again. I suggested she come a little later, but she told me that her schedule was over and gave me 2 towels.. The next day again.. Sloppy cleaning—the floor hadn't been swept, and the sink and toilet were dirty, etc. It was better on the third day. I assumed someone else had done the cleaning. The bed linen was never changed. The beds were not made. I found coffee and tea sachets only on the first day. My conclusion was that the hotel is running on momentum; there is no visible, sustained effort to maintain standards. The water pressure at the sink was low. I cannot comment on the breakfast, as I opted out of that service.By the way...

Chambre petite qui aurait besoin d'un grand rafraîchissement ainsi que la salle de bain. Les couloirs sont refaire et le ménage n'est pas top! La climatisation n'est pas excellente.

La camera e il bagno cadevano a pezzi. Nel letto non c'era nemmeno un coprimaterasso, solo un normalissimo lenzuolo e in un punto del materasso c'era anche una molla che veniva fuori. In bagno diversi punti erano arrugginiti, marci e provvisoriamente sistemati con del silicone. La doccia era quasi al buio quindi era meglio non farla la sera tardi e inoltre le mancava un'anta. Il water era anche sprovvisto di spazzolone per poterlo pulire al meglio. Di certo quella camera non valeva i soldi spesi!!!😡🤬

About 1,5 km from La Rambla and about 3 km to the beach. Grocery stores nearby.

The walls were not insulated well and let in all the noise from the street outside, we could hear traffic from the street outside ALL night(s) long. We had earplugs every night but still had BIG trouble sleeping. Wish someone would have warned us about it before we booked this hotel!

The location is excellent and very convenient for exploring the city. However, we were disappointed with the room. It had a very small window facing some pipes, it couldn’t be opened for ventilation, and almost no natural light came into the room. When we made the reservation, we didn’t realize that rooms like this were available, so it was an unpleasant surprise.

Świetna lokalizacja hotelu, pod nim od razu metro, i pełno dobrych knajp, łóżko wygodne, kawa i herbata w zestawie oraz działająca lodówka miła i pomocna obsługa. Balkon z widokiem na ulicę na którym można było zjeść śniadanie i wypić kawę.

Klimatyzacja oraz lodówka działały za słabo i ledwo co chłodziły, prysznic był brudny, brakowało szczotki od ubikacji. Bardzo droga cena I jeszcze doliczony bardzo duży podatek o którym na bookingu nie było nawet wspomniane.

距離地鐵站距離很近，附近不管是餐廳還是速食店都很方便，對面還有劇場，走路可抵達舊城區一些景點，搭乘地鐵到知名景點的轉乘也很容易。房間頭有插座，冷氣很強。櫃檯人員友善親切，而且24小時有人，對於需要早出晚歸的自由行旅客很方便。

第一天按照櫃檯人員指示設定冷氣(15~20°C)，卻發生漏水，後來將溫度調整成25°C後就沒有發生了。

Could be nice to get pick up for the aeropuert

The location. Plenty of shops close by and about 5 minute stroll to Las Ramblas. We had a lovely room with balcony overlooking the street below and the port in the distance.

Was left waiting at reception on more than 1 occasion for a good duration while.staff were behind in the staff area. Would highly recommend a bell be placed on the reception desk in order to let staff know you are there. This can be fairly frustrating when being made to wait up to 5 minutes for a staff member to make an appearance at the reception desk.

Il y avait un problème sur la climatisation qui aurait pu nous être signalé à notre arrivée. Même après l'avoir signalé à la réception, nous n'avons eu aucun retour : excuse, ... Nous aurions pu comprendre même si ce problème existait déjà depuis un certain temps.

Hotel má dobrou polohu-chodili jsme pěšky po památkách, nicméně možnost využití metra, které je v blízkosti hotelu.

Při příjezdu jsme měli problém s kapající klimatizací. Tento problém se snažil vykomunikovat syn, ale byl odbyt. Musela jsem jít na recepci sama a požadovat výměnu pokoje. S tímto neměli problém, ale nelíbí se mi, že vyčkávají, co si nechá turista líbit.

Safe not working, technician couldn't fix. Toilet sporadically didn't flush, technician couldn't fix. Shower pretty poor, and getting in/out is difficult due to sliding glass door over a high bath instead of a shower curtain. We booked a triple based on the photo/info on Booking.com but the third bed was in the same room as the double - we changed rooms and the next room had the third bed separate but without doors.

Хороший, отзывчивый персонал. Хочу сказать отдельное спасибо администратору Eduardo за помощь на протяжении моего пребывания в отеле и сотруднику Mario. Отель хорошо расположен, есть магазины и рестораны. Ресепшен работает круглосуточно, что является плюсом.

Грязные номера. Меня встретили женские волосы на полу и на кровати, пыль на тумбочках, в шкафу, на столе и не самая опрятная ванная комната. Сами этажи в отеле тоже выглядят грязными и неопрятными. Также, не понравилась цена в дни моего пребывания, она была слишком высокой.

Das Bett war schmutzig und die Dusche auch. Wir fragten, ob der Bettbezug gewechselt werden könne in der Zeit, in der wir weg waren und als wir nach 4h zurück ins Zimmer sind, war nichts gewechselt. Die Betten sind ungemütlich. Das Zimmer hat kaum Licht und das Fenster in unserem Zimmer konnte nicht geschlossen werden und da wir direkt an einer Strasse waren, hörte man die ganze Nacht Sirenen. Der Gang zum Zimmer sah schäbig aus und war dreckig. Das Morgenbuffet war okey. Auswahl gut aber Qualität nicht. Vorallem der Kaffe war eklig.

We had the family apartment and it was so spacious. It had everything we needed and exceeded our expectations. It was in a great location and not far from the main centre. Perfect location for sightseeing. Lots of places to eat nearby too

Были очень хорошие завтраки, большее разнообразие, много позиций менялись каждый день. Номер был достаточно больший, также был рабочий кондиционер. Прекрасное расположение 2 минут от остановке метро Para Lel. Каждый день нам меняли полотенца. Кровати были хорошие, не скрипели. Постельное очень приятное на ощупь. Также было по три подушки на одну кровать, что очень удобно для любителей поспать с подушкой в обнимку.

Очень плохая звукоизоляция в нашем номере. Также унитаз смывался через раз. У нас капало с потолка в районе кондиционера, мы сказали об этом персоналу, но они ничего с этим не сделали. В номере не пылесосили и не мыли полы, было грязно.

De hoofdfaciliteiten en wellness van het hotel zijn zeer mooi. Het personeel is ook vriendelijk.

Als je in de tweede toren van het hotel zit zijn de faciliteiten een beetje verouderd. Ook is de buurt waarin het hotel gelegen is redelijk luidruchtig en houdt de isolatie van het hotel het geluid niet echt buiten.

Très déçus par l'accueil au petit-déjeuner. Nos enfants de 12 ans n'ont pas pu manger car la préposée a refusé de porter l'addition sur le compte de la chambre, exigeant un paiement direct. Étant retenus en chambre à ce moment-là, cette rigueur excessive a été très frustrante.

Le cleaning room et le paiement sur place du parking ainsi que l’impossibilité de mettre la facture au nom de mon épouse 🥲
