1) petit dejeuner americain donc ne vous attendez pas a quelque chose de sain, les gauffres ressemblent a du plastique, les muffins contiennent 70% de sucre et les oeufs sont articiels, les oeufs c'est de la poudre industrielle melangée avec de l'eau, aucun produit n'est fait maison, tout est industriel. 2) le matelas est mou pour ce ce qui ont des problemes de dos.

The location was in walking distance to downtown. The fella at the front was very nice. The room had a little balcony that was fun. The pillows were good. The TV was easy to figure out. Shower and sinks drained well.

The mattress was horrible. Had to schedule a massage for day after arriving home because back was so messed up. The room is in massive need of a remodel. Furniture looked like dogs had been chewing on it. I stay in Jackson once or twice a year, and usually the rooms are immaculate, no matter where you stay. For the listed price, I thought for sure this place would be nice. I would have been disappointed if they had charged me half as much. I do not recommend.

The location was pretty convenient to everything. Once we got the room we paid for, the hotel and breakfast were good.

When we arrived, the staff tried to talk us into an “upgrade” honeymoon suite. We ended up moving twice after being very disappointed with their so called upgrades! We then realized why they wanted to give us another room. The staff had given our suite away to another couple because they were not happy with their room due to a malfunctioning AC unit. We had been traveling all day and it was very late from our time zone. After we waited 45 minutes and had gone to three different buildings, lugging our bags, we finally got the Queen suite room instead of our King suite we initially paid for. We had no other issues the rest of our visit and overall was pretty satisfied. Do not fall for the “upgrade”, be sure to get what you booked!

When I came back to this hotel for the second time, the manager recognized me and gave me a very warm welcome. They kindly upgraded my room for free, which I really appreciated. The upgraded room was excellent — very spacious, comfortable, clean, and dry. It was also located on the second floor, which made the stay even more convenient. Overall, the room was definitely worth the money and offered great value. The staff were also very friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout my stay.

Location is fantastic

The room feels quite damp and it’s also pretty noisy. The heating doesn’t seem to work very well either. In the morning, I can clearly hear people walking around on the floor above me. The cost of a night was around €500 during my stay.

Property was very well maintained and clean! The staff was also very friendly. My family enjoyed the breakfast each morning.

My biggest complaint was lighting inside the room just was always so very dim. I was grateful for the big window with the beautiful scenery looking at the mountains.

The location was perfect to walk downtown. The cleaning staff were kind and considerate. Front desk staff were warm, genuine, welcoming and helpful. It’s been ages since I had a hotel stay this great! I had to cancel an additional night stay and the staff were kind and very accommodating.

Excellent choice in Jackson. A little on the pricey side but it was worth it—rooms were very clean and spacious, with all amenities needed. Pool and hot tub were great. The hotel is not only super close to the Tetons by car but it also allows you to explore Jackson on foot, which saves you time parking at crowded times. Would definitely recommend!

The location was great! Very walkable. Easy to get in and out from there. The beds were decent. The bathroom right inside the front door is a bit odd, but not sure game changer. The breakfast leaves a lot to be desired, but is adequate if you like eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy. The coffee wasn't very good. The front desk people were a bit unfriendly, but again, not a game changer. I found the price to be very high for the amenities- but it's Jackson.... everything was very expensive there.

The breakfast was not good. The wet floors in the hall were problematic and smelly. The non working snack machines need to be addressed. The front desk need some training from the Chick-fil-A people. They were rather short and condescending- which should be addressed.

It was super centrally located. We went to the rodeo and was a very short walk to the grounds. It was also easily within walking distance to the restaurants and shops. Nice indoor pool and gym. Rooms were ok, but totally fine. The location was the winner. And complimentary breakfast too.

The pool is beautiful but so cold after a day in the park it's nice to relax, a very cold pool doesn't do it

My senior friend had a large suitcase and couldn't manage the stairs. The front manager easily switched us to a first floor room. Also, when our flight was delayed, they gave us an extra hour to check out. It was nice that coffee and hot cocoa were available in the breakfast room when we checked in. There were many breakfast options.

The parking spaces between the buildings seemed impossibly tight, even for a mid sized suv. We were lucky to find a spot in another area.

An hour after arriving, another guest used a key card to enter our room. It transpired that they had mistakenly been assigned the same room. We went to reception on our way out for tea to politely express our concern about this, as well as the safe being locked open and therefore unusable. The member of staff we spoke to wouldn’t engage with us and simply grunted in response. We asked to see the duty manager, who appeared completely uninterested in our concerns. Very poor customer service.

The cabins were fully stocked with everything you need. It was like having a mini house. We were impressed as well they were set up. We were there for just one night. Check in and out was a breeze especially since we left really early. We would definitely stay another time if we are back. Premise was spotless!

We wish we could have stayed here since our first day. It was more of a just a place to sleep before our flight departed the next day.

Dirty. Loud. Dated. Rooms are dark. Facility clearly needs some TLC. I’ve traveled to a lot of national parks and gateway towns and this hotel ranks as one of the worst I’ve stayed in. Avoid it.

Petit déjeuner extra : grande salle, choix important, nombreuses boissons à volonté même en dehors du petit déjeuner. L'hôtel est en plein centre de Jackson donc on peut tout faire à pied !
