It’s a bit crowded during breakfast. Also the room service is starting with the second night. Kind of a strange arrangement.

For a family of 5 the room was too tight, the air conditioner was pretty noisy

The inn is located within Jackson, but not on the main strip. The facility is clean and attractive, and the free cookies were great! The front desk staff was kind and helpful. After 9 days in national park lodging which does NOT provide free breakfast, the included breakfast was very welcome for our last morning before our flight.

Parking was a challenge, and the staff ultimately directed us to parallel park along the main street outside the hotel, which put us pretty far from our room. It was the longest distance we had to haul our luggage for all the places we stayed during our trip. Our room's A/C seemed permanently stuck "on" and did not respond to efforts to change it.

Located close to many restaurants and near the Grand Teton national park. Fresh cookies at 5 PM. Easily walking accessible to shops and restaurants in Jackson. Breakfast provided was very nice, many good options.

Location was excellent to access downtown restaurants and shopping. Felt safe and close to lots of choices. Ample parking.

Dated property except for the lobby. Had a double queen room, 4000 building, 2nd floor, no elevator, that was fun to get bags up! Ice machine not working on 2nd floor. Building front door self locking mechanism was working, had to reset. Shower rod in room was about to fall, curtain had numerous stains on inside.

Breakfast was ridiculous. Not enough seating. Dozens of people waiting. Asked staff what we were meant to do and told nothing they could do. Served on paper plates with plastic cutlery. Extremely poor for the price for the accommodation. Room was also noisy and dated. I can imagine would be freezing in winter.

The new building where you check in is lovely. The pool area is lovely as well.

The pictures online only showed the new rooms in the new building. Our room was in an old building that needs to be renovated. I thought I was paying for a better stay.

Excellent location, close to everything in Jackson. Good breakfast (pancakes, ready-made waffles, eggs, sausage, coffee, tea, juice). They also served fresh-baked cookies at 5 pm, three kinds of hot chocolate all day, as well as complimentary coffee and tea. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub after a day of hiking.

The bathroom was very small. The room itself quite dark and low ceiling.

Bathrooms are very small in the rooms. The breakfast they serve is in a tiny room. They have very little seating in the dining room for people to comfortably enjoy their breakfast. They definitely should put in a bigger dining room to match the number of guest they have. Was very disappointed.

La climatisation ne marche pas constamment, et donc la température joue au Yoyo. Dès que la température remonte, la climatisation se déclenche à fond, et lorsqu'elle est à côté de votre lit, autant avoir la couverture, sinon, risque de froid !!!!

Location is fab, in walking distance to anywhere. Staff is amazingly supportive, attentive and helpful. We had an issue with a lost and forgotten bag on our previous lodge, and the staff was immediately came to our help in calling the place and trying to assist in any way.

All was just so nice and calm. The breakfast hall is a bit small, especially when the hotel is in full capacity, so there’s a line outside and some wait, so be on time to catch a place.

Way overpriced for the amenities given (very little of them), breakfast was not good, lighting the room is very dark, no elevator for my grandpa, outdated bathroom fixtures, etc.

Big room, very spacious and clean. A small cute kitchen. Good breakfast. About 10 minutes walk to the city center. A lot of parking.

The water pressure is not the best and some rooms are facing the garbage so the garbage truck was loud and woke me at night.

Elk Country Inn was centrally-located in Jackson w/ various eateries within walking distance, had a gorgeous main building with an indoor/outdoor pool and both indoor and outdoor hot tubs, had friendly staff and an ample breakfast buffet, and had spacious rooms w/ mountain views.

While the main building had either been renovated or rebuilt, the building in which we stayed was long-in-the-tooth and somewhat dark and stuffy (at least the upstairs loft, in which the AC unit was also quite dated), and our nice balcony looked directly out at a dumpster. Considering the high price (which was double what we had paid in SLC and Boise for much more comfortable digs) we would have preferred a more updated room.

The staff was friendly and helpful, and everything from check-in to check-out went smoothly. The location was convenient, and the hotel had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. There were only a couple of very minor things that kept it from being a perfect 10, but nothing that would stop us from staying here again. Overall, 9/10 — we had a great experience and would happily come back!

Parking was limited.

The location was perfect! The entire staff was incredible! They were helpful from everything from helping us get a taxi, holding our room because of a cancelled flight, stamps, directions - everyone was very accommodating.

if you get a cabin(cheaper) you get a dedicated parking spot or two on the property, if you get a room in the main building (expensive) you have no dedicated parking and if the parking lot is full you have to park on the street or somewhere else with public parking

I like the privacy of the cabin, and also how close it was to the city. The people were nice too! Brandi made fresh coffee at 4:45AM so we could wake up before our hike! She was incredibly kind and helpful!

The dishwasher smelled bad (didn’t need to use it but could still smell it) and the sinks sprayed everywhere, but it was still worth staying there!

Dit was de duurste kamer van onze gehele reis. We hebben 9 locaties gehad tijdens deze reis en dit was de slechtste kamer, ooit! De vloer van de kamer liep scheef, onze koffers rolden er vandoor. 30 jaar geleden was de kamer vast heel netjes, maar nu was het oude afgetrapte bende met ditto vloerbedekking. De airco klinkt alsof er een trein door de kamer dendert. In de ontbijtruimte werkt ongeïnteresseerd personeel wat met de stalen stoelen smijt om te kunnen vegen onder de tafels. Dat zorgde ervoor dat klanten geïrriteerd waren en weg liepen. Het meisje achter de balie was behulpzaam en deed haar best om de boel te redden. Wat een debacle deze locatie!!

נחמד מאוד כשיוצאים לאחר כמה ימים של קמפינג מילוסטון. יש בריכה וילדים נהינו מאוד. ארוחת בוקר פשוטה ונחמדה.

Prima hotel om in te verblijven. Niets bijzonders.

Hotel is niet bijzonder, waardoor het toch een beetje overgewaardeerd is. Bijna 400 euro per nacht voor een slaapplek, douche en een minimaal ontbijt is voor mij toch te veel van het goede. Helaas ga je in het hoogseizoen wellicht niet iets vergelijkbaars krijgen voor minder. Verblijven buiten Jackson heeft voor mij de prioriteit

Good location (10-15 minute walk to downtown shops and restaurants). Fantastic tasting breakfast buffet, with hot food.

Rooms aren't in the hotel and are instead in a wooden motel next door. These were quite dated and basic and the photos were a little misleading in where you are stopping.

One night families stay on way out of Yellowstone and Teton NP,nice looking place with great sized bedrooms.We were in main building so couldn’t comment on the cabins.Breakfast was available but seemed busy.Short walk into centre and antler arch.Pool was very good with two hot tubs and complimented towels.Jackson is really nice but wow is it expensive (check out the estate agents windows).

The block we were staying at was a little bit run down. Also breakfast room does not have enough tables for the guests and its hard finding someplace to have your breakfast. I expected more given the price.

The location was good for our needs. Not far from town square or drive to Grand Tetons. A Target and grocery store are near in town to pick up items needed for hiking, etc. Bonus things we liked was the warm cookies and 24-7 coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. Breakfast was good. My family of 5 could find something to eat. The cabin we stayed in was well maintained. Property has a pool our kids enjoyed, 17, 14, 12. Water bottle fill up station in was nice to help with refilling before heading out for day and not using up plastic water bottles.

The only downsides were the pull out couch was a rough mattress. It worked for the 2 night stay, but not longer. You never know what you get with a pull out. You will be fine for a family of 4 in the cabin.

Very convenient for our 1 night stay in Jackson! We left jeans in the room and they packed and shipped them to us. Very friendly staff and clean, comfortable rooms!

Our stay at the ElK Country inn was great. It was a one night stay as we headed into Yellowstone park the following day. It was very convenient, clean and the staff was helpful.

Understanding the location is an older facility, it really could use an elevator at the separate building/rooms. VERY narrow stairs and not very easy to maneuver with large pieces of luggage.

The cabin was perfect size for our family and clean.

Air conditioner didn’t get as cold as we would have liked. Maybe adding fans could have helped.

Il sistema di allarme fumi ha suonato durante la notte svegliandoci in continuazione, a metà nottata ci hanno cambiato baita ma la struttura ha poi rifiutato un rimborso sia a noi che a booking con cui avevo prenotato.

I loved that they had an additional bathroom down the hall from our hotel.

The location was great; we loved being able to walk to Jackson Square from the hotel. We enjoyed the pool/spa, and the breakfast had lots of options. The warm cookies at 5pm we a nice treat too.

De lodges werden verhuurd voor 5 personen maar ze waren veel te klein voor 5. Als je het sofabed moest openzetten, kon niemand nog binnen of buiten want dit stond dan voor de deur. Verder nergens nog plek om een koffer of zak te zetten, laat staan voor 5 personen en dat tegen die prijs was schandalig!!! Is zijn geld niet waard!!! Aangeboden alternatief van het hotel was een kamer in de kelder, zonder airco en recht tegenover hun wasruimte waarvan ze de deur continu openhielden zodat de hitte in de gang kon. Onbegrijpelijk! Schande tegen die veel te dure prijs!!!

Lack of sun loungers around pool , think we counted 4 ! Breakfast was a bit of an issue - absolutely full from 6:30 to 7:30 of people on coach tours , obviously having their breakfast before going out for the day to the parks , had to return to room and return once they had departed .
