Room was clean with good beds. They provided a variety of quick breakfast foods in their lobby , juice , coffee and milk. Staff responded very quickly to an issue in our room. Great walking distance into the heart of Jackson Hole.

The staff were amazing! I had some car trouble with my rental and the staff helped me out right away, I was so grateful. The location was great and the snacks that were available all day were a welcome treat! Overall, a great stay

Pour le prix je pense qu'un vrai petit déjeuner pourrait être proposé mais bon ils proposent un délicieux chocolat chaud au distributeur accessible a volonté et qq produits sucrés et salés donc ça passe :) L'absence de micro ondes aussi est un manque

We loved that it was walking distance from the main square to the shops and bars. It was about 25 min away to entrance of the national park.

Kamer/bed/douche zijn allemaal keurig schoon. Bij receptie hebben ze (binnen de openingstijden) gratis koffie en koeken en fruit. Locatie tov centrumpje en GrandTeton is goed.

Bij uitchecken word je naar buiten gekeken. Kunnen nog niet eens gedag zeggen of vragen hoe het verblijf was. Je merkt aan alles dat ze weten dat ze goede locatie hebben en dat kunnen uitbuiten.

The location was perfect for what we wanted to do.

The Inn was in a great location but it definitely was not worth $400 a night considering how outdated the interior was.

Great location in the middle of town.

I was given a room across the street. Lots of late night people walking by.

Sympa petit hôtel bien situé dans la ville, tout est accessible à pieds. Le personnel est gentil et accueillant et les chambres confortables.

Les équipements commencent à se faire un peu vieux, j’imagine que c’est une question de goût. :)

Great location! Super central and walking distance to the main square. Had free snacks that were super yummy. Bed was super comfy. A little pricey but pretty standard for the central location. Would stay again if we are ever back in Jackson Hole

Value for money. Check in Check out just a bed to sleep in. But that's very common these days; no customer experience.

The room had an awful smell.....cleaning products and mildew/urine odor. The carpeting was soiled,outdated and needs replacing. The parking was ok but not great. The location is only good for people relying on walkability or using public transportation,it was so centrally located that it was very noisy. No microwave in the room,you had to go to the office area where they had seating,which we decided to utilize since our room smelled terrible. The bathroom was very tiny. For the price you pay,this place is awful. And even if the price was cut in half,still awful lol. We did a road trip from Washington thru Glacier,Yellowstone,Tetons and stayed at several places,most of which were inexpensive 1 star, 2 nights where we camped and this was the worst place we stayed at.

We were there for the second time just for one night on our way to Grand teton Park. It is quite old, but they keep it clean, the location is perfect

La posizione vicino all’entrata del parco, le dimensioni della stanza, l’ambiente in generale.

Pozitia in localitate, faptul ca ofera acces la cafea, fructe si unele dulciuri dimineata.

Unele aspecte nu au funcționat adecvat, precum frigiderul, in care ingheta totul, sau cartelele de la intrare, care s-au demagnetizat rapid. Camera oferita avea o priveliste neplacuta, catre o parcare dosita.

Sicuramente in una posizione ottima per Jackson, le camere molto belle e lo staff molto gentile visto che ci ha spostati da una camera a piano terra a quella di sopra per il bimbo, così che non sentissimo troppi rumori

Si tratta comunque di un motel che per colazione offre caffè e merendine confezionate, quindi il prezzo l’ho trovato eccessivo

Buffet gratuito di snack e colazione per tutto il giorno. Camera e bagno OK, nulla di particolare.

Per il prezzo, non ne vale assolutamente la pena. Purtroppo se si è di passaggio, bisogna accontentarsi e prendere quello che costa meno. P.S. Abbiamo speso meno alla Monument Valley e al Grand Canyon, personalmente prezzi esorbitanti per Jackson.

Le jacuzzi était en panne La chambre avait une décoration datée et les lits étaient mous,cela mériterait une rénovation vu le prix payé.

Un motel typique comme on les aime ! Nous l’avons beaucoup apprécié même si le prix nous paraît un peu élevé. Pas de petit déjeuner chaud mais l’hôtel propose tout un large choix de gâteaux, fruits, yaourts. Nous n’avons jamais retrouvé un petit déjeuner en open bar aussi généreux de tout notre séjour ! Si nous devions revenir, nous reprendrions cet hôtel !

Location was excellent. It’s a tired old motel with a perfunctory breakfast. I had a broken light fixture by my bed. The staff didn’t seem to care.

Friendlier staff. Better maintenance. It was pricey $450 per night for a tired old motel?! Really?

Proximity to the centre of town and parking good . A lot of space in the family rooms. Cheap for Jackson hole but one understands why after staying there.

The customer service at reception were not friendly at all, they were rude with their lack of communication. In over 40years of travel I have never met such rude reception staff. No welcome or even a smile. I felt I was a nuisance asking if I could park our car in the car park before our room was ready. It was pouring with rain and we had 2 toddlers. Interestingly on booking over the phone they were very helpful. Depends which day you arrive and who you get. Rooms are dark and the in one room it was not pleasant to walk on the carpet it felt slightly damp. One room was musty and the air conditioning very noisy.

I like the log cabin, feel very nice room and the front desk. People are very nice. I think her name was Janelle. It’s Sunday and I just checked in to the Alpine in the front desk, ladies were very nice!

Camera pulita, spaziosa con possibilità di l’archeggiare l’auto davanti alla camera. Arredamento stile alpino molto carino. Ho apprezzato molto la possibilità di avere the o caffè a tutte le ore e anche una piccola colazione sebbene non fosse compresa nella tariffa della camera. Molto comodo!

Les chambres de ce motel ont une décoration sympathique, tout en bois. Les lits sont confortables. Le parking est juste devant . Le motel est en plein centre de Jackson.

Le petit déjeuner proposé près de l'accueil est succinct. Le prix est très élevé comme partout ailleurs dans Jackson.

Motel caratteristico in perfetto stile locale, con camere molto ampie, letto comodo e biancheria di qualità. La posizione è eccellente per muoversi in zona.

Nota dolente l'illuminazione in camera, davvero troppo scarsa, e il rapporto qualità-prezzo del tutto sproporzionato — un limite che, a dire il vero, riguarda un po' tutta Jackson.

It is a one star motel with a four star hotel price. .Room and overall hotel facilities are dark. No restaurant. Morning coffee is a very limited grab and go type with almost none space to eat

The location is good.

The hot tub was closed for maintenance. They offered use at a sister hotel but the hours of operation for the pool/hot tub at this hotel chain is 10 AM to 10 PM. If you want to have a morning soak before you check out in the morning, that’s not possible at this hotel. Pretty useless hours.

Bed were comfortable. Location in downtown is unbeatable

Struttura al centro di Jackson Hole, si possono raggiungere a piedi tutti i servizi. Buoni ristoranti in zona. Parcheggio ampio. Peccato che in camera manca una tendina che ti permetta di non essere visto dall’esterno ma che non oscuri del tutto la luce… siamo dovuti stare con le luci accese in camera alle 16 di pomeriggio perché non potevamo tenere la tendina aperta per non far vedere l’interno della camera dentro tutto il parcheggio. Ottimo frigorifero con freezer in camera. Toglierei la moquette per mettere un normale pavimento, la moquette risulta un po sporca.. nel complesso bene!

The woman that checked us in was so kind and friendly.

It was a little confusing figuring out where to check in because the reservation was for Antler Inn but the building there was all locked but so we walked over to the Antler Motel building nextdoor to check in so it wasn't bad - just confusing.

Location was great.

Place is in disrepair. Knob fell off in the shower, carpet was gross, ceiling sagging by our door, floor in balcony was stained, disgusting and needed pressure cleaning.
