Vi var evakuerade på grund av brand i vår bostad. Den service vi fick var alldeles utmärkt men inte luxuös, vilket vi inte heller hade förväntat oss. Läget strax utanför stadskvarteren med 3 minuters gångtid till 3 Kollektiva trafiklinjer var super. Närheten till på butiker vid torget och Strövområdet vid vattnet och gjorde vistelsen njutbar.

The property is close to the train as well as the underground station, 10-15 min to the city centre. Mini markets, restaurants and bar available in the area. It is worth the money if you plan the stay for sleeping and leverage the public transport.

Decent apartment wirh basic furniture and amenities. At the arrival there was a sewage smell coming from the shower drain. The sink drain was clogged and made it inconvenient to use. Most of the time the property is unattended, then you can get into troubles if you face any issue during your stay. In our case we discovered that linens were not available for the third bed, then I spent some time to reach out to the on-call support and sort it out; at the end of the day I had to walk around the building and search linens in some cabinets placed on the different floors , and was so lucky to find it in one out of 5 floors. Unhandy !

Маленькая квартира в гостинице) было все необходимое: посуда, сковородки, кастрюли, вилки, ложки, ножи. Микроволновка, чайник, индукционная плита, холодильник, раковина. Даже гладильная доска и утюг. Фен. Жидкое мыло и кондиционер в дозаторах. Спортивный зал на 15 этаже с шикарным видом на Стокгольм. Мы приехали на машине. Поэтому парковка за отелем была очень кстати. Оплачивали через приложение easy pay. Завтрак простой: хлопья, молоко, йогурт, варёные яйца, кавьяр, немного фруктов и овощей. Хлеб, масло, намазки, варенья. Кофе, чай, соки. Голодными не были. В гостиной раскладной диван, в спальне 2 односпальные кровати. Для дивана был хороший матрац в одном из шкафов. Постельное белье чистое, приятное к коже. Вход в гостиницу, номер, спортивный зал по коду, который приходит примерно за час до заселения. В пешей доступности магазины и кафе, которые работают каждый день. Администратора на рецепшене мы ни разу не видели. Но он и не нужен был.

Неприятный запах канализации при заселении. Но просто спустив воду во всех раковинах, унитазе и душе и лёгком проветривании - проблема была решена самостоятельно.

Die Lage war super! Gleich an der Bahnstation! Zimmer war geräumig, trotz Bahnnähe wars auch nicht laut. Frühstück war auch alles vorhanden was man braucht. Preis-Leistung voll ok! In der Nähe gibts auch einen kleinen Supermarkt und ein Lokal.

Das Geschirr war nicht ganz so sauber und im Bad hats nach Kanal gestunken.

Die Lage und das Frühstück waren gut. Sowohl Check-in wie Check-out liefen unkompliziert. Das Bett war sehr bequem.

Leider waren die Lüftungen oberhalb der Fenster nicht einzustellen, sodass es sehr gezogen hat und man die Räumlichkeiten schlecht warm bekommen hat. Darüber hinaus war es dadurch recht laut durch die Tram.

Die Lage war in Ordnung

Der Zustand des Zimmers entsprach in keiner Weise der Darstellung auf Booking.com. Sauberkeit und allgemeiner Standard waren deutlich unter dem, was man bei diesem Preisniveau erwarten darf. Das Zimmer wirkte ungepflegt und nicht ausreichend vorbereitet für ankommende Gäste. Ein Zimmerwechsel wurde zwar angeboten, jedoch nur in eine aus meiner Sicht ebenfalls nicht zufriedenstellende Alternative. Eine echte, gleichwertige Lösung wurde nicht bereitgestellt. Besonders enttäuschend war der Umgang mit der Beschwerde. Statt Verantwortung zu übernehmen, wurde im Nachhinein der Eindruck vermittelt, ich hätte die Situation akzeptiert – was nicht zutrifft. Eine faire Lösung oder Entgegenkommen wurde nicht angeboten. Wir haben nach einer Nacht die Unterkunft gewechselt wobei es aber wie gesagt absolut kein Entgegenkommen von diesem Hotel gab. Unseren Silvesterurlaub hätten wir uns besser vorgestellt. Insgesamt hatte ich nicht das Gefühl, dass Kundenzufriedenheit hier Priorität hat. Aufgrund dieser Erfahrung würde ich die Unterkunft keinesfalls erneut buchen und empfehle zukünftigen Gästen, ihre Erwartungen entsprechend vorsichtig zu halten.

La primera limpieza se produjo 8 días después de mi estancia. Toallas sólo había 1 y se cambió a los 8 días. Mi estancia solo fue para dormir y el desayuno que entraba en el precio. Solicité una manta (por tener frio y NO SE ME DIO, el baño no tenía calefacción y me facilitaron un radiador en recepción. La ducha del agua fría no funcionaba, no había gel de ducha. Utilicé el gel de manos del lavabo Por todo ello mi valoración

I loved the breakfast options: they were rich, fresh, and varied – the jam was exquisite. The room was very small but cozy, and the staff were also very kind.

I didn’t really enjoy the shower. It was a bit uncomfortable because the water kept spilling under the glass partition, which easily made the whole bathroom wet.

Самое классное в этом отеле - его месторасположение. Буквально в двух минутах находится метро, которое довозит до всех значимых достопримечательностей в центре города! Это безумно удобно. Также несмотря на всю скромность самого отеля и номера, было чисто. Шум в течение 4 дней пребывания меня не беспокоил.

В отеле невозможно было купить даже чай или кофе, номера очень маленькие и кровать также очень маленькая. Если вы ищете бюджетный вариант для остановки в стокгольме - это именно он. Но ожидать какого-то комфорта от отеля не стоит. Также завтраки очень ограниченные в выборе - кофе/чай/булочка/джем/кусочек ветчины. Горячих завтраков или жареных яиц, например, нету. Еще один момент, который меня смутил, - в номере нету ключа изнутри. Да, дверь закрывается автоматически, но хотелось бы дополнительно иметь возможность закрыть входную дверь в номер изнутри на замок.

A check-in és check-out nagyon könnyű volt. Közlekedési szempontjából ideális: a metró- és villamosmegálló 2 perc sétára van. A szobák kivétel nélkül tiszták voltak és jól felszereltek. Nem kell négycsillagos szálloda színvonalat várni, de az alap kényelemhez minden megtalálható és elérhető. A reggeli bőséges és nagyon finom. Mellette patika, kávézó/étterem is van. A személyzet rendes és segítőkész.

A szobában a WiFi kicsit akadozott, illetve az ágy lehetett volna kényelmesebb. Saját magunknak kell levinni a szemetet és elmosogatni a check-out előtt, különben óriási bírságot szabnak ki.

Einige Ecken waren sehr staubig. In der Dusche hat man das gesamte Bad unter Wasser gesetzt, wenn man nicht aufgepasst hat. Es war sehr warm im Zimmer aber die Fenster ließen sich nicht richtig öffnen. Hier sollte eine bessere Lösung gefunden werden.

Hôtel "de banlieue" bien situé, près d'un arrêt de métro. Pratique pour être en 20-30 min dans le centre de Stockholm mais peut-être un peut bruyant avec la fenêtre ouverte (vue directe sur le métro).

Chambre très simple, spartiate, mais avec tout ce qui est nécessaire. Le lit est fort étroit. La salle du déjeuner peut être bondée le week-end.

Sauberkeit steht hier nicht an erster Ordnung. Wenn man Pech hat stehen einem die Gleise direkt am Schlafzimmerfenster.

Das Frühstücksessen war okay, nicht besonders gut. Die Getränkeauswahl war akzeptabel.

Unser Zimmer wurde nicht anständig geputzt, man solle anscheinend extra dafür zahlen, dass das Zimmer ordentlich geputzt wird. In unserem Zimmer gab es eine Schnecke, dieses Hotel ist in Sachen Sauberkeit eine völlige Niete.

Hyvä sijainti, hyvät liikenneyhteydet keskustaan. Huoneisto sopivan kokoinen.

Huonetta ei ollut siivottu, mutta saimme uuden huoneen. Ei ilmastointia, joten helteellä huoneistossa on todella kuuma. Aamupala oli aika vaatimaton.

The bedroom and the bathroom were very clean with good storage space and the kitchenette is well equipped. The breakfast is excellent with plenty of items to choose from. Staff is friendly and helpful. The location is very good, as the metro station is only a few minutes' walk away. Good supermarket close by. There is a washing machine and a dryer in the basement which are free to use. Highly recommended.

1. Vinduerne kunne åbne mere end de tilladte 45 grader, hvilket ikke var særlig betryggende på 9. sal med to børn og vinduer i hoftehøjde.. 2. Der var beskidt og servicen var beskidt. 3. Radiatoren på det ene værelse virkede for godt, og kunne ikke skrues ned, så der var meget varmt derinde. 4. Når man forsøgte at kontakte personalet på telefonnummeret der var opgivet, blev det ikke besvaret. Man kunne lægge en besked og efter en time blev der ringet tilbage. Der var ingen i receptionen. Der sad 3 hold udover os i receptionen og forsøgte at komme i kontakt med nogen. 5. Morgenmaden var ikke noget at råbe hurra for, og melonen der lå på fadene var brun og dårlig.

The place was comfortable and the breakfast amazing. The staff was always friendly and helpful. We were with my elderly parents so it was important the proximity to the metro station. There was a store close by and also some fast food places.

Location is great, very close to the metro. Breakfast was good but no warm food, only cold like bread, cereals, boiled eggs.

Room looked quite old, needs renovation. The door was dirty, also kitchen cabinets were dirty. Bathroom floor was so dirty, once the water is on the floor after you shower all dirt comes up. No hot water in morning, probably because too many guests using water at the same time. Elevator doors sometimes didn’t close from inside and elevator wouldn’t work.

Great with a 1-bedroom apartment when traveling with kids. The location is excellent, right by the subway and it's so fast to get downtown. Breakfast was quite good, if nothing special. Affordable parking.

The apartment is pretty sparse and a bit dated. It's definitely fine, but it looks a lot nicer in the promo photos. For some reason, the door from the parking doesn't work, despite having a keypad lock. Depending on wheather (I arrived in a snow storm), it's frustrating to have to walk around the building and climb stairs. Seemed a bit unnecessary to demand that guests take the trash out (or face fines). Guests need to do the dishes, which is fair, but the dishwashing liquid provided was terrible, and made me question the cleanliness of the dishes in the cupboards. There was no information about parking ahead of time. You park in the EasyPark (Forenom) area and pay through EasyPark, which is easy but it would have been good to know that ahead of time, as there are two areas and it doesn't give instructions anywhere. Parking is not covered, so keep that in mind in winter.

Das Personal beim Frühstückslokal war außerordentlich freundlich. Frühstück war ok. Leider gab es nichts warmes, aber doch ausreichend Auswahl.

Alles ist in die Jahre gekommen und die Möbel und Wände sehen entsprechend aus. Auch mit vielen Flecken übersehen. Die Heizung funktionierte nicht und wir mussten mit einem kleinen elektronischen mobilen Heizkörper auskommen.
