Reviewed Sep 17, 2026Great hotel. So clean and comfortable. Loved Alvik too. More than we expected. We would come back. Supermarket, food places, and main train stations within 5min walk. Lovely neighborhood.
Check in is later than expected, we had an option for early check in if we paid 20€, which is stated, but 16h is so late if room is already prepared. Also, we forgot some money in the top right drawer of the nightstand, and we knew exactly how much and where it was, but few hours later when we called the hotel, they said it was not there . So this made my experience a bit lesser than it would be. It was not a small amount in question.

Reviewed Sep 17, 2026A beautiful, modern hotel. The room was well equipped, very clean and nicely designed. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and spacious. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. There are shops and restaurants within a few minutes’ walk, and the metro station is about 5 minutes away, making it quick and easy to get to the city centre. Daily housekeeping is available if you request it upon arrival. The staff were friendly and helpful, both at reception and during breakfast. There is also luggage storage available. The area is quiet and feels safe, and there is parking directly in front of the hotel entrance. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would happily stay here again.

A szobában egy hűtőszekrény jól jött volna, viszont ez egyáltalán nem von le a szoba értékéből semmit. Illetve a televízióhoz mindösszesen 15db csatorna tartozott, úgy gondolom egy kicsit lehetne bővíteni a felhozatalt

Reviewed Sep 16, 2026We had a wonderful stay at Scandic Alvik Stockholm. The hotel was excellent in almost every aspect. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and everything was well organized. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of options and good quality. It was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. Our only minor drawback was the location. The hotel is a little far from Stockholm city centre, so it is not the most convenient option if you want to be right in the middle of the main attractions. However, this was not a major problem because the metro station is only about a 5-minute walk from the hotel, making it very easy to reach the city centre and move around Stockholm. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. The cleanliness, comfort, breakfast, and overall quality were all excellent. With the convenient metro connection nearby, the distance from the city centre was easy to manage. We would definitely consider staying here again when visiting Stockholm.

La pulizia della camera non è automatica: bisogna comunicarlo alla reception entro la sera precedente. La modalità è segnalata solo con avvisi in ascensore e in camera, facilmente ignorati da chi è in vacanza e non abituato a questa prassi. Anche richiedendo la pulizia la mattina stessa (provato alle 8:00), la risposta è stata che non era più possibile. Non era mai capitato prima in altri hotel.

Reviewed Sep 15, 2026Scandic Alvik exceeded my expectations, it was easily one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. Brilliant facilities, clean and comfortable room, the staff were beyond polite and helpful. I couldn't have asked for a better stay. Sauna was a huge bonus. This particular hotel was in a great location with easy access to Stockholm while being in a very peaceful area. You won't struggle to find restaurants and amenities in Alvik. I will be staying with Scandic next time I come back to Sweden.
No improvements to suggest.

I think asking a price is fair, but it's a lot just for a couple more hours of room use with no extra cost on their side. Hotel location and quality is overall really great.

Reviewed Sep 13, 2026Хороший район, есть продуктовый рядом и кафе и рестораны. Очень удобно ехать в любую точку отсюда и трамваи и автобусы метро все имеется. Хороший номер нет только холодилька , а так все есть, номер красивый и удобный.
Если бы возможность подключать ютуб на телевизор- было бы идеально.

Assez peu de restaurants ouverts autour le soir. Une très belle épicerie à côté pour éviter de sortir le soir. La station de métro est toute proche 400 m. Personnel sympa
L hyper centre est à 4 ou 5 stations de métro, même si en reps ça prend tout juste 20 / 25 mn on a pas forcément envie de ressortir. La literie est correcte mais pas de drap dessus, une seule couette ( trop chaud ou trop froid). Aucune chaîne de Tv en français

Hade en diskussion med personalen om bagageförvaring som var löst innan incheckning, under helgen jag bodde där men var helt bortblåst måndag morgon när bagaget skulle lämnas fram till onsdag när jag skulle checka in igen. Oerhört dåligt skött med hänvisning till bl a säkerhet. För övrigt har jag inget dåligt att säga om boendet

Reviewed Sep 12, 2026Шикарный сетевой отель, очень удобно, комфортно, чисто. Потрясающий завтрак. Точки расположены по всему городу, эта конкретно — не в центре, поэтому и такая цена. Но локация очень удобная, легко добраться на метро и трамвае. Отель буквально в трех минутках от метро.
Сауна не очень большая, очень маленькая комнатка в зоне с душевой. Я ее даже не сразу нашла. Бассейна нет. Но я в целом не рассчитывала на наличие сауны при бронировании отеля, поэтому это было приятным плюсом.

Reviewed Sep 12, 2026Bardzo fajna lokalizacja, wygodnie blisko jest tramwaj, pociąg i autobus. Śniadanie jest bardzo pyszne, naprawdę jedno z najlepszych podczas naszej całej wycieczki, bardzo dużą różnorodność jedzenia, miły personel :)
Jedynie dla mnie dziwna była sytuacja kiedy podczas zameldowania poprosiłam żeby nie było podczas pobytu sprzątania i żeby panie sprzątające nie wchodziły do pokoju a podczas naszej nieobecności ktoś był w pokoju i odłączył nam laptopa od ładowarki, wyjął wszystkie ładowarki z kontaktów i przełożył je i obniżył nam temperaturę w pokoju... No i na koniec okazało się że parking był płatny a przez kod QR dało się zapłacić tylko za czas do przodu a nie przeszły także nie wiem jak to działa i jak to zrobić po czasie :)

Nothing was supplied. No complimentary water in the room, no amenities, and the air/con wasn't really powerful. The room where luggage is stored was unsupervised which made me feel very uncomfortable so I had to carry mine with me. Never seen such a bad service like this in a hotel in this range.

Il personale è stato sempre gentile e disponibile Colazione abbondante, varia e con un servizio molto attento da parte dello staff in sala Posizione eccellente, a pochi minuti dalla metro Alvik,e a pochi passi presenta supermercato e vari punti ristoro
Pulizia e riordino della camera: Un servizio decisamente insufficiente per un 4 stelle. Durante il soggiorno la gestione della camera si è limitata allo svuotamento del cestino e al cambio asciugamani, lasciando persino i letti disfatti, esattamente come li avevamo lasciati la mattina. Rientrare la sera, dopo una giornata in giro e trovare la stanza in disordine non è piacevole e non rispecchia gli standard di un 4 stelle

Ho trovato l'hotel facilmente raggiungile con la metro e con una breve camminata di circa 5 minuti si arriva all'hotel. Per quanto riguarda il ristorante non posso dire nulla , in quanto cenavo fuori.
Non ho commenti in merito.
