Ma reservation à été annulée à la dernière minute, je venais de loin, ils m’ont laissé un message vocal sans rien me dire, arrivée à Moncton je n’avais pas de place ou aller et la réceptionniste me dit que ma carte n’est pas accepté c’est pour cela qu’ils ont annuler alors que ma réservation sur booking a été confirmé et j’ai toujours utilisé la même carte sur booking, je déconseille fortement cet hôtel, ils ne sont pas professionnels !!!

Le déjeuner et parfait, la chambre était très propre et confortable!

Comfort Inn Moncton East is a lovely place to stay with helpful staff. Our room was spacious, clean and comfy.

We liked everything.

Location was great for my needs. I could easily access the highway.

There are NO ELEVATORS. I didn’t see that information anywhere prior check-in. I was travelling with my two young children and taking luggage up the stairs is inconvenient. I was told I could switch to a first floor room for an extra fee. But first floor room had patio doors so I didn’t not feel safe using that option The facilities are okay… the cleanliness is lacking. The stairwells were disgusting, the hallways are dirty. Our room was okay, although the bathtub had some mold (small amount) in the caulking. The bottles of shampoo/conditioner (squeeze style that they refill) were sticky and not wiped down. Breakfast was a little hectic. The employee working the breakfast was very overwhelmed, it was a lot of work, however she was quite vocal about her stress and it was uncomfortable. My 6 year old said we should help her cause he felt she was too stressed out. The food was meh, average to below average hotel breakfast.

Comfortable bed, nice white sheets. Generous size room.

They don't clean or change your room/towels every day. After a full day of activities we came back to wet towels on the floor. It didn't matter if the bed wasn't made. But we weren't told about the towels, Not a big thing if we had known ahead of time.

Room was recently been renovated. Breakfast was standard for most hotels. The breakfast worker was helpful and earlier than advertised.

At check in I was told to come for breakfast later due to a sports team getting priority. Strange odor coming from the bathroom sink. Ironing board was broken and wouldn't stay up.

There was multiple times throughout the night where someone was walking around the hallways yelling on his phone, had an employee uniform on. The air conditioners in the room felt like they have been cleaning since 1862, in two seperate rooms it was the same case. Breakfast was just fair, eggs were chalky and burnt and not much variety on meats throughout 2 different mornings

The bed and sheets were incredibly comfortable.

The shower curtain was dirty with black mold. It was very disappointing that the front desk did nothing to take accountability for this.

The cable plug was already somewhat damaged before we arrived. The smell from mopping the floor.

Ma réclamation n'a pas été traitée ; on regardait la tv mais soudainement les chaînes n'étaient plus accessibles ; malgré notre réclamation faite a la réceptionniste le soir ; cette dernière n'a fait aucun effort pour régler le problème ni fait le suivi pour assurer notre satisfaction qui est son rôle principal

The staff were genuinely very courteous and helpful. The room was very clean.The breakfast was very good.

There were no trays to put our food and drinks on for our breakfast and there were not enough tables or seating area to eat our breakfast so we had to go back forth to our room to bring our breakfast and hot coffee to our room to eat and drink.

Excellent location, clean, good breakfast, suitable parking, We were very happy.

There was no elevator but it was a two floor property and so it is understandable. Not having an elelvator was not a big issue for us.

Breakfast was fine. There were lots of choices. The breakfast staff was helpful and friendly. Front desk staff was friendly. The bedding was clean and it was very quiet at night.

Room was very small, but adequate for an overnight. The bathroom fixtures looked clean, but it smelled. Bedding was okay and clean, but the floors hadn't been vacuumed. We picked dead flies and other debris off the floor. Also, killed 6 flies before we went to bed and there were still some buzzing around in the morning. Staff was apologetic, evidently they were slammed with visitors and admitted that they may not have done a thorough job cleaning.

Check in ok.. room ok. Bed sheet and towels with red stain.. would be better if they can double check before placing them in the room. The bathroom sink is clogged, which could have easily been unblocked with liquid-plumr when preparing the room by your maintenace or housekeeping team.Breakfast was ok however on check in the front desk mentioned the breakfast is served before 7-10am but it was not the case its 7-9am on weekdays and 7-10am on weekdays. When i told the girl @ the front desk she mentioned she can do anything and was very rude .she had no manners and didnt know how to deal with a unsatisfied guest because of wrong infos from the office desk on checkin. she didnt even apologize for the misunderstandings.she walked away and continue to do what she was doing...I have been working in the hotels industry more for 10years and thats not the way to treat a guest who paid to get a service... i am.saying this phase to that front desk girl...ALWAYS REMEMBER WITHOUT GUEST HOTEL WOULD BE CLOSED AND YOU WILL HAVE NO JOB.. There is a say in english .. THE GUEST IS ALWAYS RIGHT!!! i will not recommend this hotel.

I have something to say: The door is not very private because you dont have a seal around the door, Also the bathroom door hinge is cracking Also the shower is hard to have a good pression. The bed was confortable. That is good point.

L air climatisé est bloqué la nuit. Elle ne descendait pas en bas de 70 et le jour on gelait. C est la nuit qu on en a besoin

Il y avait des algues roses dans la douche, comme quoi elle ne doit pas être très bien lavée… Les serviettes sentaient le vinaigre… Sinon, le personnel était très aimable.
