Comfort Inn

Location was good

Beds where so uncomfortable and it was not as clean as it should be

Location was great for our stay. Very comfortable room, lots of space

Hallways could use an upgrade as well, but overall great place to stay, price was right

Liked the front desk staff’s friendly attitude, enjoyed its proximity to the highway for travel purposes. Place felt cleaner then I would’ve expected.

Pillows were small and uncomfortable, was not able to get good night sleep due to this.

Clean room.

Poor sound isolation. Had to use ear plugs at night, due to talks in the next room.

Close to where we needed to be Good for walking the dog

Ended up on the 2nd foot and a walk to get outside we are seniors with mobility issues toiled were way too low

Conveniently located, quiet, clean and comfortable.

That it is being renovated. That they accept dogs.

Good for an overnight stay, with breakfast

Older facility a little away from everything

Breakfast was very good. Location was not important to us as we only planned to sleep.

Convenient if you’re travelling, easy access from highway, good friendly staff, free breakfast

The room has been updated and is beautiful but the bathroom is dated and showing it’s age

Coffee was good, property was clean and maintained

Bed was extra firm which was uncomfortable for me. A little pricey for what it was

The breakfast was really good. The place was very clean. The girls were very friendly.

Good breakfast Sausages were really tasty coffee was good

Le déjeuner était excellent

Odeur de colle dû aux rénovations

It was clean

For the price it was a good deal.

Matelas et oreiller pas très confortable. Pas d’ascenseur. Pour une nuit cela a fait la job mais nous n’y retournerons pas.

it was a great experience i have stayed there before and as always each stay has been a good experience hope to stay there again in 2027 if i am able to return to canada for another trip

It might have just be timing, but we had stayed at this facility a month prior and noted that bed mattresses were getting to the point where they need replacement. Low and behold this visit they were in the process of replacing all the mattresses! This is the only reason scoring for cleanliness was not 100%, and it was more due to organization than cleanliness. Obviously they were trying to swap the mattresses out without having to close the facility to do so. There were mattresses in hallways that we needed to maneuver around. I am certain once complete this will be resolved. Definitely will stay here again and highly recommend this facility!

Felt like home

Loved that it was freshly renovated, however was still on reno mode as well. Loved the more modern look, beds were great and was nice to have the joined rooms given we traveled with friends so our kids could play.

Breakfast was lacking, more options like bacon and sausage would be great. There was sausage but it would be nice to have both to be able to make a breakfast sandwich

We didn’t know it was under renovations!!!

no iron in room

Construction!!!! They shouldn't be working late hours like 8pm and charging full price for room. It was nonsense

the breakfast was adequate

construction was annoying they should not charge full price. They worked until 8pm.

Plenty of easy access parking with a full size pickup and large trailer

Bed mattresses seemed like the may need replacing soon.

It will be even better next time as it is being renovated.

The yard could be cleaner.

Location

Lil banged up. No potatoes with the hot breakfast.

Great location close to the university and right off the highway Great breakfast fresh sausage and eggs lots of other choices. They are renovating so I can imagine next time I’m there it will be updated some but I was very happy with the stay.

Breakfast

Carpets really dirty Spider webs hanging from ceiling over bed Patio door very hard to open in bad shape

The bed is comfortable

Its just dated and run down

Le déjeuner

Le 2 ieme étage l a prochaine fois je préférerais le 1 ieme étage ou RC

2ème visite à cet hôtel. Lieu calme. Bonne situation géographique. Bon rapport qualité prix. Déjeuner offert très convenable.

Location, price and good breakfast

Always tend to put people on the second floor

Bathroom repairs, caulking poorly applied, touch up paint on the vanity.

Great location for travelling through North Bay

Room was clean and fit what I need for my stay

Location

Needs to replace bed. Not sure how often they do or if there is so much traffic but bed was not very comfy.

Location!

Very old, needs updating

clean

room was too hot

Bed very uncomfortable. Screen in windows was just leaning there. Dangerous for children.

Large TV

Disgusting bathtub and soap dispenser surrounded with black mold !

The pillows were too small.

Location was great

Pillows bad

Location

My bed was not comfortable.

No breakfast-had to be at the hospital for 6am for surgery

Room smelled like sweaty hockey equipment Holes in the wall Stained Duvets Dusty and dirtry

The staff was kind, and overall was a good stay!

The shower had hair all over the curtain:( it didn’t seem properly clean and wasn’t the most comfortable

Breakfast was good

Overpriced

The breakfast was good. Location was good.

Cleanliness of the whole hotel. Room was very dated and not the cleanest. Definitely nothing gets moved when vacuuming. Disappointed in the Cleanliness and state of hotel. Very much needs to be renovated. Lots of things falling apart in rooms and around the hotel. Did not meet the standards of a Comfort Inn. We have stayed at many over the years and this one was very disappointing and not the standard you would expect from The Comfort Inn.

Convenience was great

Nothing

Thé location

The mattress is dated and needs to be changed. It would be nice to have non gluten options for breakfast

Convienent

Loved it all

Breakfast nook was great.

They would not let us move in ..😄😄😄😄

We always try to stay at Comfort Inn. Clean, affordable, friendly & accommodating staff

Good location for the venue we attended
