Breakfast was fine with all the basics to start your day. Bed was clean and comfy.

I know that booking.com guest don’t get the good rooms but if the hotel is half empty, why not?? Wouldn’t you want your guests to return? I know I won’t return because of this type of negligent hospitality. A tiny window, covered with bugs and a view of hwy 17B when most of the rooms with a big window and view of the town were empty. Really?

The place was absolutely filthy with hair on floor and tub was black plus the towels were disgustingly dirty colour. Walls were dirty! It was shocking as we have stayed in Days Inn before other places and they took pride in what their place looked like! The lady staff was great!

L'hôtel pourrait bénéficier de quelques modernisations. Certains éléments semblent dépassés et toutes les portes des couloirs étaient étrangement collantes au toucher.

L'emplacement est superbe : le lac et un parc pour enfants à proximité ! J'ai adoré la nourriture indienne servit au restaurant Namasthey situé au quatrième étage.

L'établissement pourrait bénéficier de certaines mise à jour et toutes les portes dans les couloirs étaient drôlement collantes...

The breakfast was "okay." Bananas were overripe, not much selection of fruit besides bananas and a few oranges. The waffle machine was not sprayed, so the waffles stuck. The coffee was more like flavoured water.

I was first given a room that was dirty and the linens were not changed. The bathroom mats had stains on them, cracked walls in the washroom and the floors had not been washed. I was given another room & I was told I would have been given a partial return. I have yet to hear back from them.

Hotel was very run down. Not what we expected from a Days Inn.

The location was great. The front counter staff were polite and friendly. I did like being on the main floor so I could open the door and easily unpack and pack the car. The breakfast in the morning was decent as well.

My towels has holes in them. There were stains on the sheets. The body wash and shampoo containers were empty and I hadn't brought anything as I was anticipating using what was there. Although I believe the door to have been locked, we couldn't turn the lock in any direction from inside the room. We did latch it. One light worked, the other did not.

The only thing the location is walking distance from the main attractions.

The property was so smelly, the hallways,the rooms. It was so horrible. My booking was non refundable that’s why I had no choice!!

Property was fine. Is it older, yes. Does it need some work, yes. The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly. You get what you pay for and things what I expected. If you’re high maintenance, don’t stay here! If you are looking for a decent play to lay your head for the night it was great!

Well kept hotel & rooms. Comfortable beds, clean rooms with a balcony. Perfect location to downtown & waterfront. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent with waffles, fruit, cereal, yogurt, hard boiled cold eggs etc. Excellent price.

I called about issues with getting my deposit back on Thursday. They put in my credit card information wrong, and now I can't get my money back. They said they would call me back. Friday I asked again about my deposit. They said they would call me back. Saturday I called and asked about my deposit. They said they would calle back. Sunday I called asking about my deposit. They said they would call me back. They made a mistake, I'm paying for it quite literally, and no one will talk to me to remedy the issue. This poor quality of customer service is Completely ruining any good experience I may have had.

The hotel requires major repairs. The smell of dampness in the room. The worst breakfasts I've ever tried in Canada.

Attention from the manager was good. Front desk personnel could not do the check in properly.

The property is decadent, and unclean. Bad smell everywhere. Homeless enter without permission. Towels with long hairs inside. Bed sheets full of yellow stains, the bathroom is broken to pieces, the shower curtain is moldy, long hairs on the walls. The smell off bedding is unacceptable for a “clean” room

Location was good

This place met expectations, but I didn’t expect much. I like the big shower area, cooler and microwave included, hot water, didn’t see any bugs. I asked for towels and they were brought up in a reasonable time. Wifi was decent. Continental breakfast was till 10. Served its purpose.

Some stains on bedding. Place needs an upgrade. Hallway had a weird smell.

Decent price. Though a bit shabby generally clean. Shower nice and warm. Loud street noise in the beginning of the evening. Breakfast was as usual. I appreciate the fresh fruit and hard boiled eggs. All cereals were sugar sweetened.

Room stink sheets and pillows have stains bathroom walls have strips damages, Towles have stains and smells front door hard to open lock don't work properly, coffee maker an microwave unplugged tv speak mostly French fridge freezer need to defrost too much ice no space late check in rooms were not ready yet my door was been hanging down at 11 whiles I was just on my way out. Refund take 5 days to return said the guy at front desk price on website does not match what pay too much money for too poor quality rooms and services kitchen is close in night can't make a cup of coffee had to turn an electriction and search wires to find out why my microwave and coffee maker don't work only to know they were both unplugged and plug is popping out of wall can cause a fire or shock if not handle properly could electrocute someone..will never come back sorry this was my second time there my first time room was stink and had stain beds both beds!! We didn't complain we gave it a pass eye and just stayed hoping to get better next time we were charged less money and got back our refund same day we checked out and was on second floor. even more money for the room on first floor that we got this time with all the noise right next to the road and main hallway. Overpriced and full of inconvenience and bad attitude chinese guy. The India guy was nice that worked the night shift he tried to give me a coffee Maker but couldn't find any the Chinese guy turned me down even when I ask to let me make one in the kitchen my stomach was in bad shape I needed the warmth the Chinese guy sucks and have no customer service or consideration he could have opened the kitchen or get a coffee maker from another room rather than letting me have to deal with the unsafe wires in the stinky room.

The property is plain but close to everything. It has the great restaurant on the fourth floor and the food and staff are great.

Not enough green space around
