Clean, modern. Exceptional staff

Nothing

Loved how it's right off the highway and close to everything.

At 2am the fire alarm sounded, we were evacuated, only lasted about 15 minutes, but there was no explanation as to what happened when it was all over, just thst we could go back to our rooms.

Près de tout

Pas de réponse à mes messages

Comfy bed, huge room, hot huge shower, restaurant in the adjacent lobby

Our room was very poorly lit, dark for putting on makeup and dressing. Too dark to read.

We did not do breakfast there

The rooms and bathroom are very large, but are very dated and could use a complete update.

Can't go wrong, especially with a great rate.

Outdated, needs upgrades

We did not stay for Breakfast.

Nothing. It was very nice.

Everything was good except the bed and A/C

The bed was uncomfortable, it was arched in the middle and pushed your back in. Also we could not keep the A/C on even when clicked to stay on it kept going in and out keeping the room temperature inconsistent and the noise from the unit annoying.

The place was quite and very clean good size and price they had 2 chairs and a table as well which was nice so if you fix the two things I think you would have better star rating thanks

The two chairs need to be more comfortable, and have the tv on a mont that is movable as we had to move the chairs over the bed one on each side so you could sit beside each other to watch it .

Food terrible for pri ce

Room was very nice and comfortable and everything we wanted to do in moncton was very close

Not enough coffee pods, creamers and sugar in room

I love the hot tub and indoor pool. It so relaxing!

Our room is not that cold because the aircon in our room was not that cool.

the pool timing until 11pm.

All the amenities

Nothing

Matelas beaucoup trop mou

Beautiful property. Very clean. Great neighborhood! Really great people! Super kind and quick communication!

It wasn’t noise proof but it didn’t bother us but may for someone else. Also, make sure to put the fan on and the door shut when showering. I felt so bad! I set off the fire alarm at 6am because my daughter was still sleeping and I left the bathroom door open incase she woke up it the hot steam at off the alarm.

The property was clean and spacious and very comfortable

They had no pop machines

Location

It’s outdated and you have to watch tv no app hookup s i think it’s time they fixed the place up

It was in a convenient location. The staff was very polite. The size of the room was quite big.

The property has become dated and needs an update. Also, unlike other stays, we did not find the mattress to be comfortable.

Casino on property. Location was close to highway.

Shower had mold in it. Wallpaper was starting to peel. Dim lighting in bathroom. Furniture was chipped. Hot tub was lukewarm with suds in it. Garbage under chairs in pool area and change room.

The room was huge & clean. We loved the shower!

The only thing we didnt like was that the lighting was bad and there was no fan in the bathroom

Propre et confortable

Un petit accroc avec le personnel

We had an amazing stay at the casino hotel. Check in was easy, we had a king bed room and it was bigger than expected, and very clean. The shower was INCREDIBLE, big and great water pressure. We enjoyed the pool and of course the casino. We would definitely stay here again

Location

Room was a bit dated, peeling wallpaper, etc.

The location is good. It’s near to everywhere.

Nice rooms and within driving distance to shopping

Pillows are not comfortable . Too thick

It was a tidy place to sleep.

It was over priced for what it was.

Staff were polite and helpful.

I was disappointed to find the pool water was cloudy because that was a large part of the reason I booked with you. I found the light in the bathroom a bit dim.

Kids was running and loud in the hallway at midnight And I was leaving at 4 am so I sleep for 30 minutes and I ad a 9 hours drive to do in the morning so next time 8m g9na book somewhere else

Les repas au buffet!

Clean well laid rooms with good disability access.

Long walk to casino.

Location and amenities

The casino was fun , and the bed was comfy

It says hotel and spa , the spa closed in 2020. So that was disappointing. The bed was comfy , but the pillows were the size of couch pillows. The tv was outdated and doesn’t even have the option for Netflix. The front desk wasn’t overly friendly, the shower tiles were stained and looked dirty. We ate at the buffet and it was $80 for 2 people , the only thing that was good was the Pepsi.

No access to breakfast in early am. Had to leave your site.

I didn’t know there was a place we could go to have breakfast and what time to go.

I had to park my vehicle at the casino area for the whole night because their was no more available parking in front of the hotel.

The room was clean and beds comfortable. The bed linen was very high quality and helped make a good night sleep.

Every was great.

fast efficient service when booking in. clean facility

Nice & clean. Staff are friendly & respectful.

Casino

Not enough food choices

Shortly after checking in, we noticed several small blood spots on the bed sheets. We contacted guest services, and housekeeping responded promptly to replace the bedding, which we appreciated. As we continued to inspect the room, we noticed additional questionable splatters on the bathroom wall and it looked like the counter with the coffee maker was not cleaned at all. We also found that the bedside lamp was damaged, with the shade torn, the wallpaper was peeling off the wall and there was a layer of dust covering the tv remote and headboard. The air conditioning unit was extremely loud. We were extremely disappointed by the condition of the room. We paid over $300 for our one night stay. The condition of the room did not meet the standard we expected for the price paid. I sent an email to the hotel expressing our disappointment and have yet to receive a reply. We will not be returning to this hotel.

fast efficient service

Location

No internet could not regulate thermostat cold all night put housecoat over blanket to keep warm

Convenient location, clean and friendly staff.

Professional Staff, very comfortable, clean and great location.

No complaints

Clean easy access friendly staff

Further from venue attending than I would’ve like

I stayed here for a solo weekend getaway and would describe the hotel as more of a budget-style stay rather than a luxury experience. The biggest positives are definitely the convenience and location being able to walk indoors directly to the casino and nearby dining options was a major bonus. That said, the hotel itself feels quite tired and in need of updating. The room had peeling wallpaper in the bathroom, marks and dings on the walls, and the shower tile looked stained and worn to the point that it likely needs replacing. Overall, the room did not feel especially fresh or well maintained. I was also disappointed with housekeeping service. During my two-night stay, the towels were replaced, but the bed was not remade at all not even straightened or tidied which honestly caught me off guard for a hotel of this standard. What lowered the rating further was the response from management. When I mentioned the housekeeping issue, the manager seemed unconcerned and simply stated that housekeeping must be specifically requested. A little more care or customer service would have gone a long way. Overall, the location and convenience are the strongest features, but if you’re looking for a polished or luxury hotel experience, this likely isn’t the place.

Nice bathroom, comfy bed

Room size was great, very clean and comfortable.

No complaints

Hotel is dates and worn.

Rooms were big

The pool was freezing Water was murky and gross looking Shower had to removable shower head. No microwave in the room And beds were so uncomfortable

1. The lighting in our room was not adequate. 2. The absence of breakfast in the hotel before 10am is a poor selling point. Not up to standard with other hotels.

Bed was comfortable

Upkeep of room was horrible for the amount paid . Peeling wallpaper , dirty walls , mold on the shower floor , the list goes on.

The staff were fantastic. The supper at the casino was delicious! Unfortunately, we didn't get a chance to enjoy the pool.

The bar fridge wasn't cleaned. The pillows were small (length wise) for a king bed. But there were several of them so that helped.

We liked being attached to the casino as we were going to the Michael Jackson Show..

The room was very dark, needs some brightening up for sure. I expected more for the money we paid. There wasn't a book of any sort in the room with info about the place & area.

There was no breakfast. We came down at 7:30 to go to breakfast and were told the restaurant did not open until 10am. We had a meeting at 9am so we went without breakfast. Lucky for us the meeting provided coffee and snack.

Comfort, clean and proximity to show.

Dark room and bathroom.

Easy access to drag show.

Room across from ice /pop machine. Too noisy and neighbors were abusive and noisy.

Convenience to convert venue

Noisy floor and hotel could do with a refresh, peeling paper etc on walls

we did not have any

Location, clean

High prices, no extra blankets, no microwave, no tub, furniture showing signs of wear

Was able to access our event, our stay, and our meal all in one spot.

surclassement pour raison anniversaire de naissance

Location and pub food

No room service, no bar soap, no heat for 2 hours, rude check in staff

No it was all goof

Dogs on the 3 floor, they were barking all morning

It was a very nice and big room . Wish we would had more time to spend there. Concert was good.

It was cold in the room had to go to front desk for a spare blanket. Size of the room they could have put one in the room

Tout

NA

A coffee and newspaper should be available in the lobby early in the morning so your partner could sleep in

Lavatory hand soap is not working…no good lighting…the room is so dim…fridge is not working…vending machine outside is busted.

Stayed in the Luxury King Suite.. room is huge! Separate bedroom, dining room table, kitchenette… sad thing the kitchenette doesn’t have plates or cutlery… bar in the bedroom had wine and rock glasses though

Very clean, updated, nice staff

My bed was so hard I couldn’t sleep well. The fan in the bathroom didn’t work

Emplacement. Annexé au casino

Propreté des chambres. État de l’ameublement des chambres

The beds were very comfortable and was very clean.
