Reviewed Oct 6, 2025El servicio siempre fue rápido, amable y eficiente. El estado del cuarto denota un cierto abandono en mantenimiento, la TV no funcionaba, tenía un olor residual a cigarro, los muebles se notaban viejos. El desayuno es un bufet aceptable pero caro (300 pesos por persona aprox) para lo que ofrecen, por ejemplo, el pan se notaba que no era del día. Tenía algún tiempo sin llegar a este hotel y noté una disminución en su calidad, lamentablemente.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2022The service and people were very good, but there was a group that was very noisy, they were few sport teams, and they were at the pool with their uniforms, and they stayed there until 11 pm, I called front desk and they told me they closed the pool at 8 pm but they keep with the noise. Understand is not responsibility of the hotel but might be something they can try to control those situations.

The amenities that this location has are great like the gym, pool and laundromat (which may I add was great to have access too.) My family and I will definitely be staying here again in the future as we fell in love with Aguascalientes.

Reviewed Feb 7, 2016Everything great with the possible exception of the air conditioning; it seems that many hotel brands are switching to what they call "chiller" which is not a true air conditioning thus the temperature is not as comfortable as I like it. Other than that, I have stayed here before and it is a reliable and comfortable hotel, most possible I will stay here again.

Reviewed Feb 7, 2015The hotel is located close to the Nissan Plant. Overall, it was comfortable. Ask for a room with access to the pool and garden. You'll be able to slip out of your room onto the garden. Disappointed that the shower tub became easily clogged to the point that water nearly overflowed outside of tub. Hotel located next to a beautiful park, I suggest that if you jog in the evening (after work) you'll do so outside the perimeter of the park, to avoid jogging in the dark inside the park. There are two wonderful restaurants located within a few minutes from the hotel. Try "La Toscana" restaurant literally around the corner..I had the spaghetti al Pesto which was great. In addition, nearby "Las Costillas de Sancho" is a wonderful ribs and steak venue, you're likely to enjoy. Both are within a 5 to 10 minute walk from the hotel. Ask the front desk or a cab driver how to get there by foot.
