Reviewed Nov 27, 2018The rooms are extremely small! Hotel is extremely clean, breakfast is delicious! The only downside is the staff is very inconsiderate and doesn't seem to know what's going on. I came in with 2 rolling luggage's and 3 carry on's, did someone offer to open the door? NO. There is no automatic door either. Front desk staff was having a personal conversation one night and I was waiting to ask where the laundry room was. Did they stop their conversation to ask how I was or what I needed? NO.

Reviewed May 8, 2018Hotel its in great shape and neighborhood was ok (big empty lot right in front of it) , front desk very helpful , the room itself was small , tiny beds and tv and no room at all, bathroom was normal size and clean. Overall good but a bit overpriced, we stay during the fair so the price will be higher but on non fair dates its probably (and it should be) a loooooot lower. 8/10 2 point deduction because of the overpriced and small room.

Reviewed May 7, 2018We stayed in this hotel for 5 days and it was not what we were expecting. First, we didn’t get the room that we booked even when I showed the hotel staff my reservation. The staff didn’t try to help us out at all, they were only making excuses to avoid fixing our issues. Also, the ceiling was falling in the Lobby area, this was really dangerous because it suddenly felt; nobody from the hotel came to check if we were okay.
