Check in not possible without a physical credit card which was very painful staff was blunt saying it is a policy. I had to get my credit card which took me 3 hours time. Pathetic experience.

Instantly had a sinus reaction to the room, it was either the heating/cooling unit or the room its self. As soon as I left I cleared up. The room smelt like old cigarettes and mold.

We booked this stay to celebrate our wedding anniversary, hoping for a special and comfortable weekend together. Unfortunately, it turned into a complete disappointment. The overall condition and cleanliness of the room were terrible, and we even found a bee inside our room. It ruined our special occasion so badly that we had to check out a day early. We are deeply saddened and extremely disappointed by this experience.

Comfort Inn has always been our first option due to the value, cost, and overall experience. Especially when we travel with our dogs.

The reservation process when I called. After reserving, I was transferred to a marketing agent for a timeshare package in the US. I told her at least 10 times, I am Canadian, and am not interested in going to the US. She was very pushy and would not take no for an answer, so finally I hung up on her. I did not appreciate Comfort Inn initiating that process. This will make me consider other options in the future.

The shower faucet was awful. Difficult to find an appropriate temp. Breakfast area was cramped and not much breakfast selections.

The location was nice for the location we needed to be at while in Regina.

The eating area was very small & the lady keeping it stocked dropped coffee stir sticks on the floor, then gathered them.up and put them from the floor back into the container as if they never just hit the floor. Makes a person wonder what else is contaminated!

Very disappointing stay at Comfort Inn in Regina.The mattress cover in our first room was dirty and covered in stains, and the bathroom had no soap, lotion, or body wash. When I reported it, the front desk and a housekeeping employee came to the room and tried to cover the stained mattress cover in front of me. They said it was a maintenance issue rather than housekeeping. There was no apology or acknowledgment of the poor condition. We were eventually moved to another room, but unfortunately, the second room was also not clean enough. Overall, the cleanliness and customer service were far below what I expected from a hotel.

The breakfast was just okay. The staff was alright. The location was close to where I needed to be, but not exactly convenient. Not the worst place I guess but other places would be much better. That's about it.

So dark! The hallways make you feel "oh no, the pictures never showed this." The room interior feels like it's from the 70s, super outdated. No elevator? Overall experience was expensive. Do not trust the photos!

The location was good and the staff and breakfast were also very good.

I was on the ground floor, which I guess is used for people with pets as well. I did not have a pet with me but chose a ground floor room. The room smelled odd like there was still some pet urine or something in there I was able to open the window and it was better.

The hotel room had an unpleasant smell, like a mix of dirty carpet and socks. The bathroom wasn't very clean, with someone's hair sticking to the ceiling and bathroom door. The toilet also wasn't cleaned properly. The first time we stayed, it was a better experience, which is why we rebooked. However, this time was a disappointment. It looks like it's a matter of luck whether you get a clean room.

The staff accommodated me and my dog. The entire place was booked but they were able to switch my room with a pet friendly one.

It was in a good neighborhood.

The beds,mattress, comforter could have been cleaner, there were dirty marks on the comforter, the mattress had dirty stuff like it had dropped down the side. Breakfast: the potatoes had a thick long black hair in them.

Very helpful and pleasant staff at reception. Asked for a dinner recommendation and was very pleased with the pub and Grill next-door recommendation.

The place is a little older, but it was convenient, and sparkling clean

For the price, the rooms were very good. My kids enjoyed the breakfast (fresh waffles, eggs and sausage). For the price point, I was surprised to find a fridge and a microwave in the room. Good water pressure for the shower. Comfy bed and pillow. A little on the older side, but it has everything.

The front desk wasn’t very friendly. Breakfast needs to be half and hour earlier People were waiting g around for it.

Сніданок був чудовий, номер чистий, і було все необхідне, особливо у ванні були усі необхідні рушники і туалетні приналежності, навіть був фен, що особливо зручно. Персонал був привітний і старався допомогти. Сніданок цілком чудовий, гарячий і у достатній кількості різноманітний.

В номері не було води для пиття. Переважно в готелях завжди залишають у подарунок для клієнтів 2 бутилочки питної води в холодильнику, а тут мені довелося іти на рецепцію і просити набрати води, аби запити мої ліки, Це було незручно. Їхати шукати найближчий магазин, коли ти виснажена дорогою і втомлена - це теж не зручно. Це, на мою думку, мінус. А також дуже шумний кондиціонер в номері.

The bed feels upside down. So my head sleep position is in the feet area. Just to make me feel comfortable and sleep.

At 11pm the fire alarm started ringing. The employee told me to come back in 5 min if it doesn’t stop. It didn’t. When I went back to the employee was gone (ended his shift) and didn’t tell the others what was going on. I asked for another room and there was cockroaches inside. The next morning no one offered a discount or anything. Did I mentioned I had two kids under 4 while it all happened?

the hotel was so fifthy i did not want to risk eating breakfast. the bathroom was not cleaned- the sink faucet looked like it had a wad of snot on it. old used soap in the shower which was covered in long black hair. the room was old and very very musty, the filter in the aircondioner needed changing about 10 years ago. staff was very rude, i use a walker and no one offered to help and i was on the second floor no evlevator and didnt even help with the doors to get into the foyer. rude and ignorant people even the manager. AVOID AT ALL COST. sleeep in your car if you are stuck for a hotel- anything other than this hotel.

Reception and departure went very well (the same person did both). He was polite, helpful and professional.

Breakfast (self serve) was the worst experience of our trip, maybe worst forever. Posted hours were 0630-0930. We arrived in the small, overcrowded dining area at 0730. When we went to the hot food table there was one omellete in the dish floating in an inch of water. When I approached the staff member and told her the dish was empty her rude, loud reply was "nor more, finished". This was repeated continuously to astonished guests as we ate other cold items. Her attitude never changed and she was on her mobile often talking loudly and ignoring other guests. When we checked in we were greatfully offered a room on the main floor because of a minor mobility issue and it was explained that it was a room that guests with dogs were allowed. We did not have an issue with that, but the areas around/behind furniture were not cleaned well. Dog hair made it obvious that thorough cleaning is not being done. The exhaust fan in the bathroom turned, but again not much exhaust as the vents probably had been neglected as well.

The building needs maintenance. We had to climb stairs to our room and the rubber treading on the edge of the steps is gone and the potential for a slip is very high.

The check in and out process was quick and easy.

We woke up expecting 6a.m. Breakfast. After travelling 16 hours and needing to travel another 6 hours we did not want to wait. At 6:07 we sat down and watched the 2 employees prepare breakfast. The juice machine was not on, the bread containers were all empty and covered. We were greeted but no food was brought out for 10 minutes. We left, as we were in a rush, very disappointed that the breakfast we paid for and planned our travel around was not provided.
